I would have gave them no stars, but the two lady named Ashley and Kloudie at the Wood st location help out the new girl (Saleemah) who was doing my taxes took forever I did get out of there till 3:06pm. Always file early every December so it can be easy for me to complete it in January. Never again with Saleemah.Thank YouAshley & Kloudie

I have an wonderful time filing my taxe with the rep that assist me; she did not leave out any information that I may needed and advised me on exactly what I can expect and when I can it it. I’m thankful I met her and she helped made filing my taxes great !!!! I recommend people to file with Jackson Hewitt!!!

The guy who did my taxes was great. But I filed on the 10th of February n got a $750 advance. He said my taxes were gonna be processed by the irs by Saturday the 15th. Then he said my taxes would be on the card by 2/21/20. Well that was yesterday, I checked the irs website and theyre saying they havent even received them yet. Your employee told me I would not have got the advance if my money wasnt gonna be there by the 21st. Now last year I used ur mckees rocks office and they screwed up so bad I didnt get my $700 dollars until September. I only got 700 because my boss took out no federal this year Im expecting an additional 3400 on top of the 750 loan. And now Im finding out that apparently it wasnt even sent to even be processed on the 15th??? Id love to know what is going on because I have used your service for years and now this is the second year in a row Ive been lied to. I have kids, my car is gone, my son is autistic and I have to get a new car to get him to appts so he doesnt fall behind, that was supposed to happen this week off of your resemployees promise and now I have to reschedule his appointments again because your employee made promises he didnt keep. Did u even send my stuff to the irs? Cause theyre saying u did not. I was told it was sent and would be processed on Saturday the 15th n Id have my money by Friday the 21st at the latest. So now its a guessing game? U already did refund my money last year from your employee mistake in mckees rocks. I paid ur fee to get my taxes faster and you kept my fee when I had to wait until September!!!! Now your trying to screw me again

First of all I file here for every year this they wanted to charge me 400 dollars. Ashley was really nice she helped me as much as she could, but I will never file with them ever in life again!!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE PREDATORY PRACTICES AND FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I used JH this year to file taxes with the intent of recieving a tax advancement. I inquired with 3 staff from multiple locations on the requirements of recieving the advancement including if they would be taking my credit into consideration. Each one of them told me the same thing. I met every criteria to recieve the full advancement amount and after paying more than $450 to have my taxes filed was offered an amount significantly lower than what they had said. USE THEIR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Inquire at your local council office or library to where you can have your taxes filed for free. I just hope if I can save one community member from going through what I have it may be worth it.
