Ive worked with CPA offices for years and all over different states and have NEVER experienced the lack of respect on the phone is the man that answered the phone. I originally called regarding one of our mutual clients on receiving tax returns since a CPA usually retains this information. I asked to speak to Frank (who does all the tax work) and the gentlemen on the phone completely disregarded anything I said. Mind you the call was made for MY client and HIS, to help the loyal client save money. Whoever was on the phone told me you can call back and hangs up in my face.

We have been going here for a number of years. Have found that they quickly and accurately complete our return, and always take the time to sit with us and discuss differences year to year.
