Just amazing from start to finish! Everyone is super nice, they make the process enjoyable. Almost like youre going to hang out with friends. Super knowledgable and incredibly helpful. Was very sad getting my tattoo removed but they make it a very fun experience. Not to mention they have the newest (and quickest) technology out there. Ill be sure to post before and after pictures once Im finished. They also give you cream to help with the wounds and a very helpful cheat sheet of how to best take care of your treated area outside of treatment.

The new machine is GREAT! It is not nearly as painful. The staff is always friendly and they make you feel very welcome. I would suggest bringing up lidocaine use during the consultation. I didnt know I could use it for a long while and it makes the world of difference in pain level.

Removery, previously Disappearing Ink, has been fantastic and easy to work with in removing one of my tattoos. Their business is clean, the employees are courteous and efficient, and what is probably portrayed as a generally not fun experience is (generally) painless (on your tolerance of course) and easy.After my tattoo is removed, I hopefully never have to go through this again. But if I did, and if you or someone you know is looking to get a tattoo removed or faded for cover up, I cannot recommend this place any more highly and would give them my business again for sure.

Ive had 4 treatments at Removery/Disappearing Ink. The entire process has been easy and straight forward. I was able to get a quote after filling out a questionnaire online. I couldnt be more excited to get this tattoo removed. Ive been waiting forever to get this taken care of to set up a cover up. Even in the midst of a pandemic they made it happen.I called Disappearing Ink for just a consultation, and they told me that they would be booked out for 3 weeks, and I said thats okay my schedule is extremely flexible. And then he said wait...are you busy tomorrow at 1030 am? I said no. I have a pretty big mistake of a tattoo, I honestly wasn’t sure it could be fixed but Ian was so kind and professional he gave me the encouragement I needed to take the first steps in getting it removed, he assured me that it will be something I can love in the future. I went yesterday for my first removal session. I was greeted at door with a welcoming smile, introduced to Jenny who was actually going to do my removal. She is was extremely patient and understanding of my anxiety about getting the laser, she kept me calm, gave me juice 🧃 and walked me through every step. Was it painful? Ya it stung but it was extremely quick. I did purchase a numbing cream that I will use next time before I go to help but it was super fast and I had 3 done at same session. I’m glad I came here, I’m a big baby with pain and Jenny was so supportive and calm and patient with me. Plus it’s only been one day and I see a dramatic difference already, I’m excited to see what happens over the next few weeks.

The whole experience at Disappearing Ink on Butler Street has been amazing! I sent an email for a quote with pictures of two tattoos I have. One I wanted to lightened for a cover-up and the other I wanted to remove. Jenny gave a quote, estimated timeframe, and details on what to expect based on the age of the tattoos, quality/color of ink, size and location. I waited a while to decide and scheduled an appointment - absolutely no hassle in the meantime. Scheduling is easy and all appointments have been organized and on-time. The facility is clean and professional. Jenny has been great at explaining the process, answering any questions, and making you comfortable during the process. Results have been fantastic! I had two treatments on the shoulder tattoo and they recommend checking in with your cover-up artist to see if additional treatments are necessary. Ive had three sessions on the other one I want to have removed completely and its breaking up nicely. You can also bundle a few sessions together in your payment. Their estimates on number of sessions is spot-on, so buying a few treatments at a time works out to your advantage. Great job all around - very happy with Jennys work - glad I finally got the ball rolling!

Jenny suggested hitting one with the laser to see how it would react and it lightened to the perfect shade so I came back and we hit them all! I was made so comfortable and its obvious the staff here knows their stuff! I ended up booking time to remove a larger piece on my arm that didnt come out well so I can cover it up more easily! So excited with the progress weve made so far.

I had my first of a few sessions done today at disappearing ink. I would like to say that it was such and easy and painless experience start to finish. The staff was so easy to deal with and extremely friendly. It was an all around amazing experience. I would recommend them to anyone for tattoo removal.

Knowledgeable staff and beyond courteous and he stayed open late for me. First treatment: Hurt worse than when it went on- imagine 3rd degree burn pain -however, it doesn’t last long. The entire process was sooooo fast. I actually took about 30 seconds breaks in between about 10-15 seconds of zaps.. and it really didn’t take more than 5m total. Tattoo size about the size of a grapefruit in diameter.

So happy I found disappearing ink! From the moment I inquired I couldnt have received better service. Scheduling is easy, everyone who works there is genuinely friendly and knowledgeable, and I am seeing great results after a few sessions. If you have a tattoo you arent entirely satisfied with, I highly suggest disappearing ink. Life is too short to be unhappy with a tattoo!

Today I went for my first removal session at the Lawrenceville location. The facility was clean and welcoming and the staff was warm and friendly. Just had my first visit to Disappearing Ink in Lawrenceville, and am very impressed. The new store is fantastic... very well lit and nice treatment rooms. But the best part is the staff.Wes is the owner, and was also my laser technician. He did a great job of explaining the procedure, including the effect of the different colors of ink and their corresponding reaction to the different laser wavelengths. He also showed numerous previous examples of work he has actually performed with tattoos that were similar to mine, and discussed the potential number and frequencies of treatments that would likely be required based on those previous tattoo removals. And he also discussed the different payment options and what might be right for me.Treatment was over relatively quickly, with the overall actual treatment time on the order of at most 15 minutes. There is some stinging involved, at least with my chest tattoo, but icing it before the treatment definitely helped to numb the pain, and I thought it easily bearable. And Wes explained that follow-up sessions would be less painful as more and more of the ink was broken down and the tattoo faded.After the session, Wes then reviewed the potential after effects to expect, and how to treat them in the event they arose.All in all, an excellent new option, location, and staff for removing those tattoos you no longer want or need.

Looking into getting my tattoo removed was quite the decision for me. It had sentimental value but I wasnt really happy with keeping it on my body forever. That is when my boyfriend and I started looking into places that removed tattoos. After various sites and reviews we found Disappearing Ink. Not only were the reviews great but SO many people had attended this location. Taking a leap we scheduled a consult and they were able to get us in NEXT DAY! During the consult everyone was so welcoming and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered and I was put at ease. Having some extra time between appointments, my first laser session was done only minutes later and though a bit painful I felt full confidence in the tech. I had such a great and professional experience! With 4 more sessions to go I cant wait to see the final outcome and honestly thank DI for everything they have done so far.

I was able to come in 2 hrs early to have a numbing cream (sold at the location) applied before my treatment by Jenny.Jenny and the entire staff Ive Ive encountered at Disappearing Ink have been extremely kind and helpful. Jenny is also a skilled technician who made the session as painless as possible with both the cream and icing the area. Though the treatment can be a little more painful than getting a tattoo (even with the cream), it is VERY short in comparison to getting a tattoo. Also, the cream is affordable and may last you for multiple treatments.Finally, the only tough thing about this process is finding parking. Just come a little early and/or ask the staff for recommendations on where to park. Theyll be happy to help you!

After 2 sessions I see more progress with the tattoo going away than I have seen on other people that had 5 sessions at other tattoo removal establishments.

Super friendly staff who had the answers to all my questions. After my first session, did not see much results, but I was told that would be the case. Cant wait to see the final outcome! Definitely recommend this spot for laser tattoo removals!

I decided to get the black ink on my lower arm and wrist lightened enough so I could get a cover up to make a full color sleeve. It was all pretty dark. These pictures are after 1 treatment a few weeks ago. My friend got tattoos completely removed from Disappearing Ink so I figured I would give it a try. Totally worth it! It was about the same cost as an average tattoo appointment for me. I’ll have to go back 1 or 2 more times probably, but it will be worth it after it’s done. Jenny was absolutely amazing through the whole process. Super nice, professional, and she conversed through the entire process. She made recommendations, explained everything to me really well, and answered all my questions. She really knows what she’s doing, and has a lot of knowledge with everything involved. This did hurt slightly worse than getting tattooed, but with the ENTIRE process I was in and out in about 15 minutes. That’s walking from my car, filling out paperwork, talking for a a few minutes, her setting up, doing the removal, talking some more, and then paying, and walking back to my car. If you want something removed I highly recommend these guys. I’m highly impressed with the progress after just one treatment. I’ve read horror stories about the pain online, so I was a little unsure, and like I said it was a little worse or maybe just “different” than a tattoo, but it all happened so fast it really just wasn’t that bad at all. I’ll post pictures after my second treatment.

Just finished my first treatment, All I can say they are really professional and friendly staff. The treatment took only 20 seconds and went very smooth. Big thanks to Wes and the staff.
