Three internal miscommunications concern me:1. Dave was not told via his computer that my appointment on September 2nd, 2021 had been made by me for State Inspection. I had to add that.2. Because of mileage Dave advised some minor engine work; but he could NOT access my service record on his computer to confirm that possibly, as I suggested, that work had previously been done. Dave did promise to ask about it. I believe he did ask.3. Although Dave copied my discount coupon for brake work if needed; my invoice at check-out OMITTED the discount. Brakes were needed. By phone, Dave promised to investigate this issue.

Our Grand Cherokee was making a strange noise when shifting gears so we took it in. The team at the Shorkey North Hills Service Center was able to run diagnostics to find a solution, same-day. They were very kind and professional! Would definitely recommend!

Have jeep advertised on 2 different sites with a certain milage and its like 100k more miles then you thought . waste of time Front lady was nice tho so 2 stars for that

I bought my car here back in march 2021, they sold me the car knowing they had lost the second key and told me they would contact me in 30 days to get my second key. Over three months and numerous time contacting i finally was told my key was ready. I set up an oil change 2 weeks after being notified my key was in so i could get both the service and they key as I no longer live in the pittsburgh area. As soon as i got to my appointment I explained why I was there and that it was under either my name or my fathers. 30 minutes go by and Rob from parts came to me to tell me the key was never in and they need to order it. Then 2 more hours go by and they finally finished my oil change where they did NOT perform any of the services they wrote down. I called my father as I was speeding to get to my doctors appointment that i purposely scheduled 3 hours after my appointment here. My father called their office and they said the key was there the whole time, didn’t know we were “that Hartley that was in the schedule for the key.” I then had to drive all the way back to Jim Shorkey to retrieve my key and told the worker I was there to see Rob from parts and was told “There is no Rob from Parts that works at the North Hills location.” I then called my father and as soon as i put him on speaker the worker said ohhh Rob why didn’t you say that. Just because I am a Woman does not mean I deserve to be treated like less. I do not understand how as soon as my father was involved everything worked the way it should’ve in the beginning. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. And I will never refer anyone to this location.
