JML has been the landscaping contractor for Laurel Village Apartments for many years now. I cannot begin to express the level of quality that they give us every season. On the rare occasion that there is any issue, they provide immediate response. Their creativity in our planting beds for flowers etc is unbelievable! Would not ever entertain the option of brining in a different contractor. Great job Leah, John and team!

Will, Larry, Marcellino, and their labor did a very good job for us in design and installation of two retaining walls, pathway, and steps for the front yard of my house. Would recommend Getting a quote from this company.

We had JML install landscaping in our yard. Dave Penkrot designed a beautiful landscape for us to enjoy everyday. Phase 1 took place in the fall of 2019 that included arborvitae emerald green trees, dogwoods and mulch. Phase 2 took place in the spring of 2020 that included small rose bushes, holly bushes, Japanese grass, Russian sage, a mini French drain and stone to emphasize the unique border. Dave was great to work with..... personable, responsive and professional. The crew was efficient and hardworking. We highly recommend JML Landscaping!

JML was quick in response time by emails and phone chats to my needs. As soon as I notified them, they came over to survey the amount work to be done to my back yard that looked liked a jungle forest of wild over growth shrubs and bushes. The quote was reasonable too. For a full days of work with two of their dedicated workers, the back yard and our side yards looks so good, a face lift of sorts, all debris was taken away too. We are so pleased with the job.

Dave Penkrot our contact and man in charge is exceptional with fast response and knowledgeable experience in what we need. Our neighborhood looks great, the crew works so hard to keep it that way and work long hard hours! When dealing with nature and fighting elements there will always be issues but there initiative to get it right isHighly commendable.

We are a small HOA, and a number of years ago, we needed professional assistance with our grounds. JML has always been very professional, bottom to up, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. What a difference it has made to our small community! I am happy that they are on our team!

As a chairperson of HOA landscaping committee, I find JML easy to work with. Dave Penkrot, who is assigned to our community is very pleasant to work with and takes care of all my landscaping needs(big and small) for our community. He handles all questions well and in a professional manner. Excellent company for any type of landscaping projects.

Had my mulch bed prepped for winter, it looks great! Very happy with the work. They also bed prepped for Spring. I understand they had a labor shortage for the 2019 season but with a little patience was able to have my lawn work done and was very satisfied.

Doesnt show up when committed to. Its been two weeks since they were supposed to come and still nothing. There are plenty of reliable companies in the area that wont cause you problems. Hiring them would be a mistake. See other reviews for them.

Tried for 3 days to get hold of this company and their automated system kept circling back to the same thing. I never got anywhere, couldnt leave a message... frustrating. So, our work went elsewhere.

JML employees are hard working individuals that work well with clients. They have great core values and make you feel like you are an important part of the company. They have great opportunities to grow within the company based on your experience and position.

The company cant hire enough labor for the work they contractually committed too. Therefore, the work is well below the minimum standards of the contract if they even show up in a timely manner. I would not recommend them.

Extremely disappointed with JML Landscaping. I had contracted with them early February 2019 to repair and regrade my front lawn. Mike Giarusso was the individual I was working with; he never returned my calls and I had to continually reach out. The crew finally showed up August 2019. The rock installed is NOT the same rock as the front beds, they did not regrade, but instead threw some topsoil down and laid seed. Tubers are growing everywhere, there is a root still sticking out of the ground, and the tree they planted (cost $750 for the tree) I could have bought at Lowes for $99. Again, no response from JML.

Will and his crew arrived when they said they would and did an amazing job with our landscaping. I would HIGHLY recommend Will and his crew for your landscaping!!!

Good bet that JML had a dedicated group of H2B Visa workers in the past but apparently this did not happen in 2019. JMLs service rating used to be in the B+ to A- range in years past.2019 is at best a C- or D. At the current point, they are incapable of performing on their recurring contracted work let alone any new work. Suggestion in the future is to have performance clauses related to timing and to have your management company bird-dog them on every cut/visit

Highly recommend, I am a former landscaper and they surpassed my expectations of quality work! Knowing about the labor shortage I was a little skeptical but they were able to meet my needs and really stepped up to the plate!

Worst landscaping company. Do not waste your money. Horrible employees. This company is built on lies. They also love to hit cars with equipment. Ive seen an employee peeing in my neighbors shrubs. No class. Terrible customer service. Id rather burn my hard earned money then give it to this company.

I had Jml grade my backyard for better drainage. Will came and gave the estimate and had great communication through the whole process. They came when he said he would and finished in one day. Everyone was very neat and professional. I would use and recommend in the future.

JML Landscaping put in a french drain & planted grass for us, they showed up on time & worked the entire time. No one was on their phones, they did a fantastic job & I would highly recommend them.

We are new to this company however since the beginning when we interviewed to the beginning of service, the results have been top notch. David L. Is our service rep. And walked the neighborhood in 28* weather answering every question and giving expert advise and choices so far could not be happier!! We live next to a facility in Cranberry TWP and in the summer months it feels like we live in a Zoo. We cant even sit on our front porch or open our windows. Terrible management of landscaping clippings. Weve asked, begged, pleaded for weeks for them to clean up the piles of clippings with no results. If they lived here theyd take care of it. Terrible. Terrible.

Jml does snow removal/landscaping for The Edgewater housing development in Oakmont where our family owns a townhouse. The neighborhood has never looked better!
