Great experience overall. I had contacted them because my das purchased my mom’s engagement ring from Helfer’s in the 90s and had a great experience. Ira provided EXACTLY what I was hoping for and my new fiancé could not be any happier with the ring. We were using the stone from my grandmother’s ring and he took excellent care of it. Will definitely be back for regular cleanings!

We called about a stuck ring and they had absolutely no obligation to help us but Ira and the rest were persistent with helping us get it off, even when the stuck ring was stubborn. Were grateful and would highly recommend them anytime!

I came here as they were highly recommended in a wedding group on Facebook. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. I had my white gold engagement ring sized down and they did a good job overall, though seems like they didnt re-coat the rhodium, so the seam yellowed very fast. I would have gone back to have it fixed but I waited till the last minute, so I had someone closer to my house do it.

They do amazing work! I took them a fashion ring of my late grandmother and had it reset into a more desirable setting. I couldnt believe the final product- it was better than I ever could have hoped for! Thank you for making something that I can wear every day in her memory.

These folks are old world craftsmen. The service reminds me of village artisans I experienced in rural India and in the highlands of Sri Lanka. Very high quality work, personal attention to detail and 4 generations of experience. It is worth the trip into the Clark building.

My wife took in 4 necklaces of mine to be repaired and when we got them back they were all 4 inches short and possibly switched out all together. They literally removed 4 inches of links on every chain and returned them thinking we would not be able to tell. The chains wont even fit around my neck now. We had to involve the police and are pursing legal actions. BEWARE stay away from this place at all costs. Also while we were their arguing this issue their was another customer complaining of a similar issue who is also talking legal actions. So this appears to be common at this business.
