I worked with Bert and Audrey and couldnt be happier with my ring! I found three designs online that I wanted to combine, and they helped me custom design my own ring. Not only did they accomplish the aesthetics I wanted, but Bert made several suggestions on how to design my ring to accommodate an active lifestyle and potential arthritic (expandable) band in the future. They provided CAD renderings as well as image mock ups that I was able to provide feedback on for free. They also brought out different types of stones so I could compare them side by side. I chose a Moissanite center stone instead of a diamond, because its significantly cheaper and looks almost the same. Once we settled on a design I was happy with, I placed the deposit and they had the ring made. It turned out beautifully and was under budget! Great experience all around!

I purchased an engagement ring for my fiancé at Henne earlier this spring, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. I was fortunate to have been able to work with Meghan, and in one afternoon, we were able to come up with the perfect ring design. I never felt rushed or pressured during the process, and Meghan was able to answer all of my questions and give me such valuable advice. In the end, I was able to give my fiancé the greatest surprise, and she absolutely loves her ring. My only error was in sizing the band, but Meghan and the rest of the team at Henne have been extremely helpful and supportive in ensuring that the ring will be re-sized appropriately and in a safe way. All in all, I cannot recommend them enough. An absolutely perfect experience start to finish. I submitted a request for a particular watch I was looking for on the Henne website. An associate, Debbi N. reached out the next day and confirmed availability. I made my way to the store the following day, met Debbie, and purchased the perfect watch for me! Went in to get a piece of jewelry appraised. Bert ever so graciously agreed to see me on short notice. I found out that i have a truly unique piece from him! Something i thought had no value turned out being an authentic gold ring (with real diamonds) from the 1920s! It has been and always will be my favorite piece of jewelry and I have Bert to thank for that!!

I went into the store a couple of days ago. I was treated very poorly by the staff member that waited on me. She was very rude and acted like I could not afford anything because of what I was wearing. Friends and family have recommended this store and specified that they loved Nina. Thinking it was not a big deal I did not request to see Nina. However, I wish I had. I was placed with Megan and my experience with her left me very upset. Upon leaving the store, I proceeded to ask around for other jewelry stores recommendations. Everyone asked me why I did not like Henne. After talking, I learned that multiple people have been rubbed the wrong way by Megan. The consensus was that Megan is a bad representation of the store. However, I am still unsure if I will give the store my money after my experience. In conclusion, if you decide to go to Henne ask for Nina! I have never written a google review before and I feel badly about complaining, but I thought the owners should know.

There are many Authorized Dealers of Rolex around the greater Pittsburgh Area. As someone in Sales myself (Real Estate Agent) I started my watch collecting journey going around to the different ADs and comparing the customer service that I received.I didnt want to feel like I had to dress fancy or pretend to be someone Im not. Also being a young collector a lot of people will scoff at you or not give you the time of the day.Jami at Henne helped me buy the first watch in my collection. Then an Omega and a Tudor. I stop by a lot just to go browse and she is always friendly and cordial. I never have been in there and felt pressured to make a purchase.I like how nicely they treat their customers. I am always offered a coffee or a water even if Im admittedly in no place to make an acquisition at the time and really just there geek out about whats in the cases.Ive walked in there and seen a platinum daytona just sitting in the case amongst other rare sports models that are difficult to obtain. In the pre-owned case Ive seen a steel sub, a pepsi GMT, a skymaster, amongst other rare models I would never have the opportunity to see in person. But I was greeted with a smile by the staff and we immediately started talking about what brought me in. I brought in three watches to get some input on how to best sell them. The associates put me at ease and made me feel like a valued customer.We talked through various scenarios for how I might move forward with selling the watches; whether it made sense to have the watches restored or sell them as is and what the various outcomes maybe. Henne jewelers turned an unfortunate mishap into a wonderful experience. My ring was sent to a 3rd party to replace missing and cracked stones. However, the 3rd party lost the ring. They repaired my herringbone gold chain necklace that I had bent PERFECTLY! I thought for sure there it was going to be permanently damaged, at least slightly, but I was so pleasantly surprised when I picked up my piece. The damage was completely reversed. I had two matching custom made rings made by Henne. They were very thorough and communicated well throughout the whole process. We are very happy with how the rings turned out!

I worked with Nina Pugliese to help me design a Mother’s necklace. It involved 4 stones, three of which are similar color, a ruby, garnet and amethyst, and one diamond. She came up with the idea of having them be varied lengths on the chain, and the colors organized so they are best seen and appreciated, and a bail with inverted diamonds holding the chain. Outstanding. I cant say enough about the team at Henne. I worked closely with Debbie. She was patient, kind, knowledgable, and made the experience an absolute delight! There wasnt a single second where I felt uncomfortable or rushed. Together, we were able to design and build an engagement ring that my fiancé cant stop looking at. My wifes ring has several small accent stones on the side of the ring and they are exposed to many little hits and snags throughout the day and has caused the accent stone to fall out 3 times within about 6 months of repair. The first two times one of the stones fell out, I had it repaired by another jeweler, but both times the stone fell out again. When we took it to Henne Jewelers, they suggested a reinforcement and a better setting of the stone. Since then (about 3 years ago), the stone has not fallen out again! We are very thankful that we dont worry about the accent stone anymore.

Had a great experience yesterday at Henne. Andrea in the estate department helped me trade in some old jewelry that I wasnt wearing anymore. Although I was definitely hoping to get a little more for my trade ins, Andrea did a really good job explaining why I was getting the amount that was offered. (I was trading in mostly very old, low quality jewelry where the sentimental value was high but the actual value was understandably low.) I used the trade in funds + the extra 20% and tax credit to purchase a new wedding band. Jami the sales person was amazing and very patient with me while I tried on about 10-12 very different style bands. She helped me narrow down my choices and in the end I ended up ditching all of my initial choices and going with a band that she suggested! The whole experience from start to finish was seamless. I will definitely go back here next time Im looking for something new!
