Horrible communication, very poor customer service, disrespectful behavior with the patrons. The front desk boy was extremely rude to me and refused to give me his name and said the manager is on the maternity leave and cant appear. 10 AM June 13th I was asked to leave because I didnt have paperwork for my service dog, that was wearing the vest (I never carry them unless its a plane). I was eventually leaving and didnt deny my fault of not having papers but the guy was very rude saying get out of here, I can care less, I dont care. He needs some serious training or he should be fired. He cant talk to patrons who pay money to be there like this!

Well the easiest way I could describe an average experience with this facility is extremely underwhelming, almost as if it is run by a bunch of money hungry goblins that have no concern for there own actions, today there was probably almost 1,000 people there for multiple different sports at the same time, talk about a mess and to make things even better there is only 1 public restroom with one toilet. Another down fall of the facility is it easily has no insolation, the temperature will easily match whatever it is outside, just so happened to be cold outside today so it was very cold inside.If your planning on going to this facility for a sporting event just count on everything being delayed, no WiFi, and the electricity going out. I would only recommend this building for people that hate themselves and have all day to waste because the people in charge have no idea what their actually doing.

Manager does not know how to talk with people. Without listening others, he was keep talking and saying that he does not want us there anymore. Even though you have a problem with us, explain why or at least he can give us a warning. He acts like he is the owner of the place. I will never go there again and would not recommend anyone to play there. They should hire people with more experience and know how to communicate others.

Has 2 bathrooms (1 for each gender) which includes 1 stall per room and a urinal. The line for the bathrooms were so bad people were lining up to go outside. Oh I should mention that the bathrooms had no toilet paper and USED paper towels on the floor.

Had a wonderful day! The staffs were very friendly and helpful! Marco took such good care of my family and we all had a blast! We definitely enjoyed his fun sense of humor and how passionate he was about working there.Will definitely be returning in the future.

My son attended a one day sports camp and had a blast. Marco is awesome and kept the day filled with a variety of activities. Will definitely look forward to their new planned summer camp. This is a hidden gem!

Generally a poorly managed staff. Weight room downsized and all equipment is out of date. The locker rooms are run down and the sauna was turned into storage. Membership costs are $30/month... All other local gyms are cheaper and overwhelmingly higher quality. Batting cages aren’t included with membership, I was told it’s $35 for a half hour. They don’t provide real baseballs and the cage is only 20 feet long.

Gets the job done. could use some improvements. Such as warm up areas before games.

Daughter, really enjoys the facility and the volleyball camp there.

I got a very good deal on a day pass by staying at the Hampton Inn across the street. The facility is huge. They added a new weight room downstairs with quality racks and bumper plates. Unfortunately, due to the ceiling support beams and ceiling fans, I couldnt press overhead at any of the five racks. There is an older weight room down the hall which is still pretty nice and that worked out fine.

As a fitness center user: The management in my experience is great, the employees care about your experience there, it is much cleaner than it use to be, and there is an appropriate amount of equipment.

Nice complex, quite run down though, could use some updating. But otherwise, the only place I can that has volleyball and basketball courts, that they allow anyone to rent out for a great price!! Staff is always super friendly, and place is clean.

My daughter had a softball tryout here and really enjoyed the amenities. On top of that my daughter left here glove and we live 3 hours away. Eric shipped it out to us overnight to arrive in time for her softball tournament. Thanks so much, great service.

This is a great small bargain gym. The teachers and classes are wonderful. Management is very unorganized... they never notify members of changes and if they do its very last minute. They also sometimes overbook their classes when they offer promotions for new members or drop-ins and they end up turning people away. Parking is hit or miss...since they rent their facilities(nice indoor fields and quaint exercise rooms) you may have to park a mile away or you may get a spot close to the door.

If i could rate this a 0/5, I would. There is no parking, the wifi doesn’t ever work, and the place is dirty. If you are a travel team looking for indoor space, go to Bianco’s. The Sportsplex is a dump.

Abosoloute Ripoff they charge 45 dollars for an hour and a half of batting and do not supply any balls or machines. On top of that they have two batting areas connected with no where for players to stand and in order to get in or out you have to walk under duct work and try not to get hit by live baseballs. Very dangerous they offer nothing your better off just going to your basement. Very disappointed and wont ve back.

Great gym and intense place to exercise! All exercise equipment, free weights and all cardio machines are fully functional and operational. Cardio machines are brand new! Many options for exercise from fitness boot camps to traditional gym equipment to sports activities. I will continue to recommend this place.

There is a decent amount of gym equipment here; however, many of cardio machines are broken for extended periods. Additionally, some of the strength training equipment has been broken for many months on end. (ex: the seat adjustment on the leg press 1-2-3 machine). I would find another gym but they are really cheap compared to other local gyms.

Small weight room but field and court available. Nasty locker rooms. Usually not very crowded though.

So many options with the ball fields, gym equipment, boxing, CrossFit!

My daughter takes dance class up there, never any parking and I have almost been in an accident more than once.
