I came to Jam with a goal to get stronger after going through back surgery and being unable to work out at the gym without consistently reinjuring myself. Jon targeted exercises that were easy on my back and slowly but surely I became stronger and learned what I can and cannot do. I have an arsenal of exercises now just for my body! Jon is knowledgeable and pushes just enough, without being bossy. I am grateful that I found this little gym in the South Hills. If your working towards a goal, no matter how small, they can help you get there.
The JAM team is awesome! As someone who does not like working out, they make it fun while incorporating their knowledge and skills to help you reach your goals.
I love JAM! The trainers Jon and Matt are so knowledgeable and motivating. They take time with each member correcting form and pushing you to go further than what you “think” you can do. The workouts are constantly changing so you don’t get bored and aren’t always doing the same movements. I can’t recommend them enough. You won’t find a cleaner gym or better trainers around!
JAM consistently helps me attain the goals I set for myself. I’m not a person who enjoys working out at all, but they make it fun and answer all of the questions I bombard them with. Definitely recommend their services!

JAM Fitness is the best place to get serious fitness results with the added bonus of stepping into a community of people that care about you and your fitness goals. Jon and Matt take the time to teach you proper form and push you whether it’s encouraging you to pick up bigger weights or cracking a joke (or a good pun) in the middle of a workout. Jon and Matt are great! There is a big focus on coaching and making sure that I’m doing the exercises correctly. The workouts are always different and fresh which makes me want to go more often. I came from LA fitness and making this change was a great decision

This place is awesome and very clean. It’s like having a personal trainer without paying a fortune. Every day is a new workout so you won’t plateau. The trainers are friendly and care about your progress. The other members are just as friendly and motivate you. I strongly suggest you give it a try.
John and Matt are both energetic and knowledgeable about what they are teaching. They are always offering tips on how to get the most out of each exercise. The workouts are always something new which I like since I was tired of doing the same old same old of doing 3-5 sets, 8-20 reps and the cardio portion is something new as well each time.

Love coming to Innate Fitness. Matt and Jon really love what they do. They work hard to create new workouts for each day so that the classes are not boring or repetitive. They teach us how to do the exercises properly. People of all different ages participate. The class times are convenient. They start and end on time 😁
The trainers are very attentive to their individual clients needs and they make you feel like part of a family! The workouts are challenging and they do a great job of changing them up so you never get tired of them. Im always looking forward to starting or ending my day with a JAM session!
I decided to give this brand new gym a try and Im happy I did. Equipment is all brand new - the instructor was friendly and good at motivating me to push myself when I started slacking. I love the diversity of the workouts and the open gym setting. It made me feel like I wasnt suffering through the workout on my own. Highly suggest giving it a shot if you are on the fence - you wont be disappointed.
Jon and Matt are doing something right to keep motivating me to get to the gym 4 days a week at 5:30... Before coffee! They keep the workouts varied and challenging. I love the pace, we show up, we work hard, get stronger, to home.... All before my kids are even awake.
Love this place and John and Matt are excellent trainers. I feel like I’m constantly learning from them ....and they make it fun too! If you’re not working out here you’re missing out!!
I’ve been a member for about a year and love this gym! The workouts are never the same and are always challenging but can be modified for all fitness levels. The trainers are the best and are always there to help with your workouts, mobility and nutrition.
The trainers here are great to work with, they push you farther than you thought you could go, but do it while being your biggest supporter. The gym itself is a great and positive environment for everyone who comes in.
Innate fitness is such a unique experience! I tried a chaos class during a ladies night event (which was fab by the way) and fell in love. They make modifications available based on your fitness level while motivating you to push to your max and take as little modification as possible. How? I dont know to be honest but it was so great!
I have been a member here for 8 months and have seen a noticeable change in my physique in the mirror and on the scale. The trainers are very fun and easily modify the exercises for my bad back! Plan on staying here for a long time! Thanks Matt and John
My wife have been attending Innate for just under 8 months. If you are concerned about form or the same old work each day. Matt and John will ensure you are doing each exercise correctly and each workout is planned and completely different from day to day and even week to week which, we love. Ive been doing the zoomer program for over a year and yvonne is tremendous at adjusting exercises to my ability. I feel more energized and its easier to get around. Jon and Matt provide a supportive environment and are always willing to provide their expertise to help me along the way!
