Had a reservation due to a car accident. Received an email stating that my car was available at a specific location. I had to take an Uber to that location. When I arrived at that location was told that my reservation was for another location, and not the one that the email specified. The rep at the counter was not very helpful at all. I had to take another Uber to this location and was told there were no vehicles available. What the hell Enterprise!!! Dont send emails to customers saying the reservation has been made and then you dont even bother to call your customer to say there are nor cars available. Learn customer service!!! It was only after I complained that they managed to find me a vehicle. I think I would have been left out to dry if I had not been complaining.

Very friendly. Nigel picked me up at Firestone. He was very polite. He explained everything as he went over the paperwork.

Beware! Scandalous, discriminative, mischievous sales representatives! I had dealings with an individual by the name of FRANK, my worst experience with enterprise to date! I have been a loyal customer and corporate account holder for almost 5 years. Completely disappointed! Still haven’t received my final receipt being that i was charged additional fees. I believe that would be an appropriate thing to do!

Its an enterprise, not much to say about it. Great service, good selection on cars, theyll give you a pick up and a ride if you need it. Theres also an enterprise car sales dealership in the same lot, so if youre there because you hit a deer and the insurance company is paying for your rental car, having a few cars to test drive while I waited was nice.

My experience at the Campbells Run Road location was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Even in the midst of the COVID-19 restrictions, Anthony and Tyler communicated with me via phone every step of the way. I didn’t feel like I was being talked into anything they simply presented what they had and allowed me to make the appropriate decision. At one point I was not agreeable to the length of the loan and Anthony checked on my options and very quickly fixed the issue without any delay. When I went to pick up my car I also had a rental car from another company and they made arrangements to drop the car where I needed. I can’t thank all of you enough for your time. I got the car I wanted at the best price and at no time did I feel like I was given a typical salesman routine. Thanks again! I love my 2019 Hyundai Tucson!!!!

This rental was needed due to an accident I was involved in. The staff and service were great, however, the car was clearly not sanitized and had been smoked in.I expected much more especially during COVID to endure the interior was clean and sanitary. They made a point of telling me no smoking was permitted (I dont smoke) yet you could clearly tell someone already had.

No longer renting at this location. I have an issue with the females in this office every time I rent. This is the ONLY office that gives me a hard time. Ill take my business elsewhere

Rented a car last minute for a trip. I got an economy size vehicle but turned out I needed a bigger vehicle. When I called and asked if I could change it the woman said yes and upgraded the vehicle plus gave me a deal. The vehicle I rented was nice and accommodated our needs for my trip.

Carly (hope I spelled it right), handled my not so ideal situation very professional and kind. I rental experience started out not so great and she did everything and more to make up for it! Nothing will always be perfect, but the way someone handles the situation after the fact is what matters!

Enterprise delivered on all aspects. They were easy to work with and even extended my rental time without issues. Definitely recommend them over Hertz.

Rental car wasnt that clean or deodorized . A little extra care leaves a lasting memory of renting another vehicle from a rental company or not.

I usually avoid renting a car at all costs because I have never had a great experience. This Enterprise location changed that. They were able to pick me up, and the driver was so personable and sweet. It was an easy check in process and pretty quick, considering they were swamped. The return process was also seamless. I would recommend this location to anyone in the Pittsburgh area. They truly made my experience great!

Spent an hour debating with the agent who lied to me multiple times about why I “had to” pay the extra two hundred dollars for nine days of insurance. Eventually, I called his bluff and called my insurance agent who then patched in underwriting and an hour later, his lies crumbled, he apologized, gave me a 15% discount and asked if I would “just take it easy on HIS car”. He knew I busted him lying just to upsell me. He probably gets commission and thought that deliberately lying to paying customers was an acceptable way to do business. Freaking crooks. Then, when I returned the vehicle, they tried to charge me extra AGAIN. I WILL NEVER RETURN. TERRIBLE BUSINESS WITH SERIOUS CUSTOMER DIS-SERVICE!

I am about to lose my mind!! I rented a 12 passenger van from this location on Thursday, 6/25/2020. I assumed when I agreed to pay the close to $1200 bill, the vehicle would be maintained including the tires. First issue, they gave me a 15 passenger vehicle instead of a 12. Then 2 hours into our travel the back drivers side tire exploded!! WITH MY 4 SMALL CHILDREN, MOTHER AND HUSBAND IN THE CAR. Luckily we did not full on crash and I was able to pull over. Also thankfully my husband can change a tire and there was a full spare. We were able to reach our destination But in dealing with Roadside Assistance, my local Enterprise manager(who would NOT get on the phone with me) and the local Firestone, I was given totally different information and contradicting customer care. Firestone evaluated the tires and stated that they were old and cracking. They did not feel they were safe to drive. They made the effort to replace the tires but the process took 6+ hours and Enterprise was LESS then helpful. I was help hostage at a Firestone for this entire time while my mother was dealing with our children. Soo Fing disappointed and frustrated. This was my first experience renting from thus Enterprise and I will not be back. Thanks for nothing.

Made a mistake renting from Hertz. They didnt have my car so I called Enterprise and needed a 7 person car. Spoke with Brandon and within an hour we left with our rental. Totally hooked us up!!

The rental experience was superb! We were upgraded due to availability of vehicles which was unexpected but much appreciated! The vehicle was a pleasure to drive and ride in. The staff was so kind and professional as well. Great experience all around.

Made reservation, got a confirmation and when I arrived the vehicle that was reserved was not available. Only a vehicle for twice the price I had confirmed. Very disappointed with service, the call center should have an accurate list of what vehicles are available and not make any confirmation to a customer without confirming with the requested pickup location.

Enterprise Rent A Car on Campbells Run Road, is truly my life saver. I have a small car, which does not hold alot. I rent from them several times a year to take my daughter back and forth to college. I have never had a bad experience with them at all. They really go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Kudos to all of the members there.

Good service and the car was very nice at the Las Vegas Airport facility. My only issue was getting an e-mailed copy of the receipt at the end.

Our minivan was clean and performed fine. The price (via Costco) was a good value. The folks at Enterprise were helpful, accommodating and friendly. Well gladly use this location again for our future rental needs.

Adhered to all the CDC protocol. Disappointed that some of the functions of the car we rented were not operating 100%. However it didnt effect our driving.

I needed a car while mine was in the repair shop. Enterprise picked me up at the shop when I dropped off the car. The process of renting at their offices was smooth and coordinated with my insurer (Nationwide). When my car was done, I was able to drop off the rental at the repair shop making returning it very simple and convenient.

I called at 8:30am seeking a full sized car. I was told there was a car waiting for pickup at the Moon location. I was told I would get an email confirming. I never received an email. When I arrived, I explained I needed a car and nothing else. The young man took my license and credit card. He then said they have no cars available. They have had many recalls. I explained I was told a car was reserved. He said some service picks up the phone and he was not responsible for what they said. I said if I couldnt get a car, I wanted nothing. He said how about an SUV?I called Budget and got a full sized car. The price was a few dollars short of HALF of the Enterprise price. The Budget staff did not waste my time. They gave me what they promised. Imagine, customer service in 2016!

The folks at the Robinson Township, Pennsylvania location were awesome. They were extremely friendly, courteous and professional. I will continue to rent my car through them.

I am buying a car from the sales office and they are very helpful.

I arrived right at 1:00 on Sunday afternoon, and the door had already been locked. Several employees were inside, but when I knocked on the door, they chose to ignore me. I could have understood if they were unwilling to put in extra work and had said to come back tomorrow, but it was very unprofessional to completely ignore a customer. The next morning when I called to arrange pick up of the vehicle, I was told that there were none available to me because my reservation was for Sunday. This is despite the fact that I was being charged for Sunday, Monday and the rest of the week on my credit card. Obviously, I no longer recommend the Campbells Run Road Enterprise.

Not happy. Did not have the vehicle we reserved two weeks ago. We even called this morning, and they didnt tell us it was not on the premises. Husband will have to take 1/2 day off work tomorrow. Good thing we werent leaving today for our trip!

Excellent staff! I needed a pickup truck for the day to do some moving; arrived and spoke with George, the manager, and he was so friendly and courteous!! Gave me the choice of truck and I was on my way quickly! Will definitely use this location again in the future!

Love dealing with the people at this location - always prompt and always professional and good experience!On this occasion, the vehicle was gorgeous, but had a very strong cigarette smell odor and the interior was very dirty to the point I had to wipe everything down myself before I felt comfortable letting my kids going into it. I was surprised at the odor - I was under the impression that you were not permitted to smoke in their vehicles.This was part of an insurance claim on the part of someone who hit us, and the actual process and dealing with there staff was excellent. The issues with the interior are not the norm for this location.

Excellent service, nobody tried to push me into a car that wasnt me. I knew what I wanted and bought it from another enterprise lot without even seeing it. Jeff delivered it to my house later that night and took back the rental. The rental fees Id paid in advance were refunded promptly. Youve got a customer for life! Will recommend to anyone I know is looking for a car.

Great place to rent from. Standard enterprise rules apply here but this location is very centrally located in the area. there is a gas station right near it for easy fill up upon return. Lost a star because they never seem to have enough guys to pick you up in a reasonable time frame.

Awesome car sales! They went above and beyond for us to get a car within our limits. Even staying well past closing to help us get our car the same day we went in, we were not expecting to drive our beautiful Nissan Sentra away the same day we looked at it. Well, this review is for both my initial and recent rental experience from Enterprise. Few months back I called customer service to reserve a car for the weekend. The rep I spoke with took down my info and said everything is set up.. just bring your license, copy of insurance information and a major credit/debit card. I went to pick up my vehicle and to my surprise I was notified I could not use my debit card (which can be used as credit) and I needed two bills with my home address. Frantic, I pleaded I was not notified this. After making some calls on my end and about 20 mins of being irritable, I signed and drove off. On the contrary, my recent experience was fantastic! Staff was nice and personable. I even received a free rental upgrade on the spot. Process was quick and easy.

The price is right. Exceptional service. And you cant beat, pick you up!

They were very accommodating and quick getting us out the door. Also returning the was also quick process. The only problem was after returning the vehicle we left sunglasses in the glove compartment and when we called we were told they didnt find them. I find that hard to believe. This has happened a couple of time. Enterprise what do you everything you find? If you them out just say so.

I love this location. I hated driving out to the airport just to rent a car. I also love that with Enterprise, you dont have to use a third party site like hotwire because the prices are the same. Anytime I go, the staff is friendly and the car is ready to go at the time of pickup! I wont rent from anywhere else!

This is the worst Enterprise in Pittsburgh area . They follow their own rules and charge the double money . They usually cheat customers and charge lot of money . I was charged 3 times my weekly rate . They are not customer centric. If the customer does not check the rates and receipts in this location they are more likely to cheat the people. They usually try to get business And not help customers . Worst location with worst staff .I think that the staff at this location are under trained and lack common knowledge to serve customers. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. THEY CHEAT PEOPLE AND CHARGE YOU LOT OF MONEY.

Ive just bought my truck for the second time from salesman Chris out of the Robinson Township. Once again I knew what I wanted and they brought my truck from another location to test drive. I love my new purchase as they even came to my home to pick me up once my truck was back from being detail. The next day they even met me at my credit union for their check which save me a trip! Thx salesman Chris for all of your patience and outstanding customer service once again!

We have been using this company and location for several years in the fall months for weekend trips and it has always been a great experience. The employees are extremely nice and make our pickups and returns very easy transactions. We will continue to use this company for all our rental needs.

Location was not convenient for my use, but the airport was out of cars (?!?). Staff here was very good - nice, accommodating, and did their best with a tough situation (mine was the last car they had to rent too). Unfortunately, I had to rent a big, boxy minivan that was underpowered, and gobbled the gas. And the rental rate was MUCH higher than I anticipated too. Overall, great staff made the rental okay, for what was otherwise a bad experience.

I rented the truck with unlimited milage for $800. There was a $450 deposit to be returned upon completion. I was told upon return I owed another $225 as a high milage fee. How was there additional fees for milage when I rented the truck with unlimited milage? I also fixed a leak they had in the windshield. I could understand a fuel fee, I received the truck with 1/2 tank but returned it with 1/4 tank, but a high milage fee on unlimited miles. After much arguments they waved the high milage fee but have yet to return any of the $450 as the truck was returned in better condition than I rented it.

Made a reservation for a standard size vehicle to rent while my car was in the shop for repairs. I got there at my scheduled pick up time only to be told they had no vehicles for me and my reservation got moved to their McMurray location. Would have been nice for someone to have told me this, especially when the McMurray office closed at my scheduled pickup time.

Well I picked up a rental car due to an auto accident. They car was not really clean at all. The representative at the counter tried to rush me threw the walk threw with the car and missed huge scratches on he car. So if I would have not noticed these huge scratches I would have been liable for them once I retuned the vehicle... The car must have went threw a rush job to be cleaned because the outside was filthy the rims has so much dirty and dust on them. And the Windows were horrible. Not good at all!!!
