My advice to all Enterprise customers, especially those using the S Millvale Ave. location: be incredibly thorough on your damage walk through when you pick up the rental.Unfortunately my experience at this Enterprise location was extremely negative. My insurance company made me a reservation for a rental car while mine was in the shop. I stopped in to pick up my rental and, as expected, the Enterprise employee and myself walked around the vehicle and determined there was no damage before I left. After a week of putting air in the tire of the rental nearly every day, I decided it was time to swap out the car while mine was still being repaired. This went relatively smoothly. Before I got into the new rental another Enterprise employee, Adam, and I walked around the car and determined, as I did with the other employee when I picked up the vehicle, that there was no damage. The next morning, around 15 hours later, I get a call from Adam saying that after I left the employee who helped me get into my original rental noticed a small dent on the trunk. I had no idea what dent he was talking about, and he himself admitted it was very faint and could only be seen in the right lighting. I of course mentioned that if he and I missed it the previous afternoon, then there was every possibility the previous employee missed it when getting me into the vehicle. Adam told me he “had” to go with what his coworker told him, thus making this a “he said she said” situation. I stopped in to see if I could sort it out in person, but Adam was unrelenting in his assurance that the very faint dent was my responsibility and that in order to remain an Enterprise customer and stay in my rental, I would need to pay my collision deductible. I obliviously decided to dispute this and therefore gave up my Enterprise rental and dealt with the inconvenience of securing another car with a different agency.Thankfully my experience with the Damage Recovery Unit was very positive, and I was declared not responsible for the damage less than five days after the dispute and claim were filed.
My insurance company authorized a rental while my vehicle was being repaired at the Millville location on a Thursday. I was contacted by the agency and I requested a rental for Monday. I was informed that there would not be any rentals until Wednesday so I was transferred to my he West Liberty location who informed me there were no vehicles until Tuesday but they will keep my contact info in case something came up? I called the West Liberty office on Monday to confirm my rental for Tuesday. I was informed my rental was scheduled for 11 AM Tuesday. Now remember I called the West Liberty location to confirm. I drive to West Liberty to pick up the rental only to be informed that my rental was scheduled at the Millville location, whom originally informed me there was no rentals until Wednesday. SO DISORGANIZED!!! It should not have been that difficult.
Wonderful customer service and good pricing. The deposit is $200 but you get that back. The selection of vehicles is great also. Definitely sign up for the emerald rewards program if youre going to rent more than once.

I got a rental car through my insurance while my car was getting body work. At enterprise I was told for $3 and change I could have an SUV. They even charge me for the first 10 days.. After having the car for 23 days I get an email that the daily rate is $6 something.. plus taxes and fees. So when I talked to Luke about bringing the car back early because of the change of rate and he informed me I owed $9.80 a day! I explained how different this was from what I was quoted. Luckily, when I brought the car in I showed my receipt with my original daily rate and explain the situation to the person working on Saturday ( I apologize for forgetting his name) and he adjusted the rate. So while I was disappointed with being told one price, at the beginning then told a different rate when it was time to return the car. The customer service of being able to help me with the situation is why I still gave them 4 stars. So make sure you understand the total price. Taxes and fees before renting a vehicle.
We only gave it one star, because it wouldnt go any lower. Trapped in Pittsburgh halfway to our destination, and then driver window wouldnt roll up anymore. Theyre supposed to be with Enterprise set duster for different Lots only to tell us once we got there they had no vehicle available. They lied. We are in a car in a rainstorm the cant roll the windows up oh, and they lied to us

I reserved a car at this location. I work oversees and have been away from the US for most of 2020. My drivers license was renewed by the state of Pennsylvania, however I only had a photo of the camera card. This Enterprise location did not rent me the vehicle even though my license was valid according to the Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicles. I will not be renting with Enterprise ever again.

Unfortunately I needed the service of a rental from this company and from start to finish it has been a nightmare I had switch my vehicle out at least three times due to the actual physical cars now that is not a fault of enterprise they did not make the vehicles however the main theme of the vehicles are atrocious they gave me cars that they said were clean upon my visiting the vehicle before leaving that was never the case all three times I felt bad to keep asking for the crew to make sure it was clean blatant food was left everywhere however it still was deemed clean by the employees. I was able to afford the rental per my insurance my insurance covered it from the very start however there has been some miscommunication and now my insurance company has stopped as of two weeks ago apparently no one had the integrity to call me and let me know that they had stopped being that they were covering it from the very very start it shouldve been a red flag and that in itself is disgusting to me now there is a massive bill that may go un covered im doing groundwork to see what has happened but I am very disappointed in the integrity of this location.
I called in advance to tell enterprise I was on my way and I would be there at 5:56pm because AAA just got my rental started and suggested that I get a new car because the Ford Expedition wasnt safe. I got to Enterprise at 6:01pm (they close at 6pm). I explained to the manager what happened. He said he couldnt help me. So, I asked if he was suggesting if i should drive an unsafe vehicle 6 hours. His response was thats why we have road side assistance. Does the photo demonstrate how F this rental is? But, I will call Road Side assistance when I break down.
I needed a minivan to travel to a convention with several friends. I had placed my reservation a few months ahead since the summer months can make it difficult to get a larger vehicle at the last minute. When I arrived at Enterprise, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica as my rental. It was spacious, roomy and held five adults, one child and lots of luggage, and a walker, without any major problems. The ride was extremely comfortable, and all of my passengers were happy. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again!
I love Enterprise in general but I am having a terrible time getting the type of car that I order. I am very short in stature and always order a subcompact or compact car but when I get there, the lot is filled with nothing but SUVs and full size sedans. It used to be occasionally but now it is all of the time. If I wait for them to go get a car from somewhere else, like Midas, who does the oil changes, I can get one but then I am delayed on my trip. Whats up? You should have what people or tell them that you cannot meet your request before you get there. I have started to cancel some trips because of it, just deciding to take my own car. Most disappointing
I carefully researched the vehicle that we needed for our weekend trip. A large, SUV, not too high end. I thought I was getting a Ford Edge or similar for $250 for 3 days. When I got there they only had a Jeep Wrangler SUV. This is a giant, 4-wheel drive capable, vehicle. We did not need this car. They charged me $275, which is above the quote that I got. I was not happy with this car. It is very wobbly when driving. It sways in the wind because it is so high. They said that you just have to take what is on the lot. Not happy.
Horrible service. Unbelievable. I requested a standard sizes SUV. They called two days prior to confirm. The morning of pickup they offered a compact suv for the same price as a standard SUV. I refused, they instead offered a dirty standard SUV that had visible dirt all over the exterior and windshield (spots, mud splashes, and such), dust, fingerprints, and pet hair in the interior. Were in a pandemic people! My partner had to fight to get it washed as the rep kept insisting that it was clean but they could rinsed it. The only vehicle beyond that was a slightly larger Durango that he offered at the upgrade price. I refused. They rinsed and wiped down the vehicle. Gave it to me with an empty tank that was displaying the warning light and the windshield had this hideous residue the wouldnt remove so it altered your visibility against the changing daylight. I wouldve left all together but I was against a timeline and no other rental place in the city had a vehicle large enough for my needs. I will never use this location again. S. Pretty much the worst experience Ive had with a rental car agency. These rentals are not cheap. I expect service to at least be on par.1.) I reserved a car a few weeks ago. When I went to pick it up (within the time window) I was told it was no longer available and had to get a smaller car instead.2.) I was billed by Enterprise twice for a parking violation (even though I already paid the ticket to the City of Pittsburgh). The citations department then told me I had to submit documentation to have the double charged reversed -- a waste of my time. Enterprise should have taken care of this and not made this mistake in the first place.
My car insurance set me up with a rental here when my car was in the shop. Staff was really friendly and efficient. They gave me Mitsubishi Outlander which is honestly more car than I wanted but I had a GREAT time driving it lol.

Ive hired vehicles several times and would go back again. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Cars have been in very good shape and practically new. Both times Ive actually been upgraded to more premier vehicles which was an excellent bonus. Prices seem very fair and the estimates Ive gotten to hire cars are very accurate to what I ended up paying. After returning the vehicles they have even offered to shuttle back to where I was staying and I really appreciated.
Another in a series of frustrating experiences at this location. The initial vehicle issued to me had an unbelievable scent of smoke; truly overwhelming and sickening to be in with the windows rolled up for any amount of time. I had to track down the Enterprise Agent after he completed the transaction to explain the issue with the vehicle and ensure that a note be made on my rental account so I would not be held liable. He made a note, but explained he was unable to exchange the vehicle. After taking the vehicle off the lot and driving home only about 2 miles, the smell was unbearable. I had to return the next morning to exchange the vehicle, delaying my travel plans substantially.This is the last time I will attempt to rent a vehicle from this vendor at this location.
The pandemic has left this location very short handed. The lady who handled my paperwork was also in charge of washing and cleaning my vehicle. The vehicle also was smoked in and very heavy the next day when the air freshener from the pick up day wore off. The employees were very nice its just the times we are in I guess.

I had a very pleasant experience with this location generally and with assistant branch-manager Lamier Dodson specifically. Having missed my original reservation I was afraid I wouldn’t find a car; however, Mr. Dodson and his staff were patient, helpful, and informative, and I was able to drive away the same day with a suitable rental. So far so good. Recently had someone hit my car from behind. Got a rental the next day but it did take some searching for which all the rental cars in my area had nothing available until the follwoing day, except this place!Great place, easily found location, & nice employees. No parking available however. I got a 2018 Hyundai & its not a bad car. Happy with what I was given. I had to pay a deductible. I also paid for the prepaid gas because it made sense to especially with the gas prices being so high. It was worth it to me. Hopefully you have just as easy of an experience as I have. Ill update any changes
I use this Enterprise location often. The representatives are friendly, accommodating, and quick. They truly will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Its a busy location and they do a great job at managing that. My only complaint is some of the drivers who will drop you off dont wear seat belts, have their headphones in while driving, and drive a little too quickly for my comfort level. However, this hasnt happened the past four times Ive been at this location and requested a drop off so the issue may have been resolved.
Got to the Enterprise at 10am Friday and only two vehicles were left on the lot, both of which were not cleaned yet. After waiting for first vehicle to be cleaned, noticed car had a damaged hood and grill going through initial inspection (which they didnt notice themselves). At this point they decide to give me the last car on the lot instead. The windshield and rear windows were so marked up, I needed to stop and buy windex shortly after leaving on my trip. Long story short, get to the lot here early as they cant seem to manage their rental volume.
Friendly, open early, and great customer service. Adam was kind enough to call me mid-way through my trip and ask if he could improve my rental experience further. Ive dealt with the other rental companies before (ahem Hertz) but Enterprise may become my new preference. I was impressed with the service and the vehicle. Rental prices are competitive too. Great experience.
Theyre nice. Do NOT take a friend named Hannah here and help her rent a car to see her family at Christmas. She will smash up the car and leave you with the bill.

I was very pleased with the service and product that Enterprise Rent-A-Car provided me with. The car that they lent me was a new Dodge Charger. I really enjoyed driving it, and several people commented about how nice it was for a rental car. The agent who gave me the car was very polite and thorough, explaining where the gas cap release was and informing me about the drop off lot and box for the keys. I will definitely return to this Rent-A-Car whenever I need to rent a car in Pittsburgh! Great operation!

All was fine except the smell of the car. It made us nauseous the entire trip.
I am a very frequent renter. Every time I enter, they use my name and provide extremely quality service. If there are any vehicle issues, they are quickly resolved. I cant count the number of times I have been there this year, but every time I have come back satisfied. They accommodate my requests and go an extra mile to make sure Im in the right vehicle. The manager has been there for a few years and knows what he is doing. Its always great to go there.
This is my second time at this branch. The location is a little inconvenient, however, the service is AMAZING! I walked in to pick up a car and there were 3 other customers. Within 7 minutes all 4 of us were done and out the door in cars. When I dropped it off, the parking lot was packed with returns (it was a Monday) and there were 5 people in front of me. It only took 10 minutes to get through all 6 of us. Thats consistence, time management, composure, excellent customer service. This is the ONLY branch I will go to in Pittsburgh from now on.
This business rocks! They gave me a choice of several cars based on my reservation and car class. The car ran well and I appreciated the text asking midway through the rental period whether all was well and could they do anything for me. The attitude of the staff was clearly cheerful and they seemed delighted to do business with me and the other renters at the desk. One woman came in and said she had just had an accident with her rental and the staff instantly became even more helpful and supportive of her, not accusatory or defensive. I thought that spoke volumes about the professionalism of this establishment.
My wife and I have rented from this location multiple times over the last 1.5 years. The cars are clean and in good shape. The service is friendly and excellent. Its the first place I look for a car. There is also a gas station right down the street, which makes refueling easy. Prices are reasonable.
Rented a car for a one-way drive to NYC. Very easy drop-off in a 24-hr garage on 53rd St. All receipts and documents sent over email. Very easy and efficient all around. Very satisfied.
Although it is now a very long process to rent a vehicle, it’s all understandable. I truly enjoyed the customer service, especially from Lameir, who was so patient and helpful through this whole process. Now knowing all the if, ands, and buts, I’m better prepared to rent another vehicle with this enterprise especially with the various options they have in stock to choose from.
I rent from here all the time. 1-2x per month. Have been doing so for a little over 2 years. Customer service is good. Decent selection of vehicles. 3 stars because the condition of their cars keeps getting worse. They need a complete overhaul of who cleans the cars and raise their standards. Crumbs, stains, cigarette smell, cigarette burn holes, sticky steering wheel... the only thing it’s missing when you get a car here is actually trash in the car. This has been my experience the last 4-5 times here. Most recently they upgraded me from a dirty car that I wouldn’t take to one Hey smelled like cigarettes and had crumbs everywhere. I wonder if there has been a change in management. It’s an ideal place for me to rent from based on location. I hope they can clean it up!
The team here provides excellent service, especially around the busy holiday times. When my car wasnt going to be ready at the time I reserved, they gave me a call plenty ahead of time to allow me to adjust my travel plans. Most importantly, I was given a discount to compensate me for the partial lack of service agreed upon. One time, I was even given a complimentary upgrade to an intermediate Toyota Corolla with convenient cruise control that got me 45 MPG! Thanks for being uber polite, friendly, professional, and above all AWESOME!!!
Great customer service. Great Vehicles. They are very efficient in what they do, and will go out of their way to help you. The day I had gone to pick up my reserved car, they had been overbooked. Instead of refusing they called up one of their other locations and brought down a car for me. I had to wait for less than 30 minutes. Just awesome customer service.
Cant beat the service anywhere in Pittsburgh. Every time I go in I am treated well and everyone is working REALLY hard to provide everyone with a car and ideal service. They are one of the busiest branches in the city. I witnessed the day before Thanksgiving when the manager had a lobby full of last minute reservations at 5:30 pm and got enough cars for all of us. It was amazing, and that is not easy to do. I rented 90 days last year and every single time I went to this branch, I was genuinely regarded and got more than I expected.
The gentleman that waited on me was very polite, well dress,courtesy and knew what he was doing. Overall the people in the place was very polite,smile on their faces and helpful. Matt was the one that waited on me was so helpful he does not know that he was blessing from God. I will refer other to you to rent cars.

Your managers have been very courteous professional and proficient, I have experienced the last 5 managers that have all been excellent their team is wonderful. I have rent with Enterprise on and off for the past 16 years and steady of the past 5years. I became very spoiled with having a new car every week. I just purchased my own car 4/10/16. They have very good service and the website is very efficient and intuitive for booking. It takes around 15 minutes tops to get over with the paperwork and payment, which is very fast. The car variety is good although can be 1.5 the price on weekdays, so plan accordingly.
I ran into a problem with my rental, and the district manager handled my issue with quick professionalism and excellent customer service. I truly appreciate Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Millvale Avenue and their wonderful customer service. This is by far the best location to rent from. Thanks again!

Customer serviced very good. Rental cars were poorly cleaned. Had to return first car dirty smelled. Second car much better but had tape on outside of front window both sides giving appearance that window was taped in.

Very good response from staff guy at Millvale. Best was when he explained that the return at Pitts. airport one of the simplest -- no shuttle but just in airport. That convinced me to return car there. Only minor complaint was that car was low on gas, and as a newcomer to the streets of Pittsburgh, had to find a gas station rather promptly.

I needed to rent a car for a business trip. These guys were great. A car was clean, ready and waiting for me when I got there, and when i dropped it off, they happily drove me back to my house right away. My only minor complaint was the car didnt have much gasoline in it when I picked it up, but I understand that they are not like an airport rental counter and dont have their own gas pumps on site
The insurance company put in for a rental. Within 30 minutes, Enterprise had called me to make arrangements, before I even had the chance to call them. They picked me up at the bodyshop and dropped me off when my car was ready. No wait time! Excellent service and friendly staff. Very speedy efficient process!
The branch itself, and the staff are very professional and accommodating. I got a rental due to a car accident I was involved it and the other drivers insurance company was paying for the car while mine was being repaired. I was unable to get the original car due to a smell the inside of the car had, the employee quickly got me a different vehicle. The only downside was once i got that car home I noticed it had only a 1/4 a tank. I called just to let them know so I wouldnt be expected to bring it back full. They noted on the paperwork that it was so there was no issues there. Slight inconvenience but they had to get that vehicle ready quickly so i could take it since my original rental was not able to be used. I also had the tire pressure low light come on after the first hour. So to sum it up. Office staff was wonderful. Maintenance and detail crew, not so much.
I have been renting from this local for at least 10 years. My experience has always been very good. This is my favorite place to rent a vehicle. The staff is very nice and willing to help. Keep up the good work. See you soon.

Extremely customer unfriendly! People with debit cards are supposed to carry bunch of documents to proof their reliability, simply because their stupid system is not functioning! Total loss of time! Hertz - just few minutes away, way better! Highly recommend Hertz office on Baum Blvd!
I recently rented from Enterprise in Pittsburgh PA (July 2019) and Punta Gorda FL (Aug 2019). I was very happy with both sites, where I was welcomed as a valued customer, and offered great vehicles, both upgrades. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again soon.

I like Enterprise, and the Oakland office is very convenient. My experience this time was slightly off. I had requested a pickup that didnt arrive until over 30 min. late. This plus traffic set me back over an hour. The rental was fairly quick though, and the car was nice.
My experience was up real.....Not at all nice. My insurance rented the car for me due to someone running into my parked car. I received the e-mail notice and then called Enterprise to make sure they were aware and to request a pick up. I was told we dont have time we are to busy. When I arrived they dont have a car equal to my car and offered me a Chevy Cruse. I asked if they were offering me this till Mon and then changing? Response was No. I suggested they re-check the insurance co. information which called for a car equal to or an upgrade. He did then waled around the lot and found a Mini Van. I was then asked if I knew how to drive a Mini Van? Interesting I thought and said yes of course. They then ran it through a quick wash, no sweep inside and gave it to me dripping wet. I asked them to at least dry the windows. When time to return I again requested to be dropped back home and was told no we dont go there. I live 6 miles from the rental office. So I dropped the car at another Enterprise office and they were glad to drop me home. In the mean time I forgot to take 2 bowling bags from the back of the Van. I realized it about 5 pm. I drove over to the office I left the rental at and they told me the other office had them return the car to them ASAP, which they had done. I explained the concern and they were surprised the other office hadnt called me since they had called this office and asked it the bowling balls belonged to an employee and was told no that they must belong to me. It was suggested they call me and ask. Your right no call and an attitude when I got there. I guess the commercial on TV is a lie....because it says anywhere not just a certain area.
Poor customer service. The staff was very rude after expressing we wanted to decline some of their insurance (our car insurance was already covering) and lead us into having a 7 day rental that ended up in around 800 bucks. Compact SUV. Using Turo or Budget now.

I have used this location numerous times over the past few years and have always been happy with the customer service.My only negative is that sometimes people smoke in rentals, and even the cleaning Enterprise does cannot completely mask the smell.All-in-all, I have always been happy with the ease of use and friendliness here.

I reserved a full size car. Upon arrival, there were no cars available, only a couple SUV. I complained and they threw in the gas. But then, the SUV was low on gas and smelled sort of weird. They drove me to the gas station and filled it up, which was good. But ultimately, I was sort of in a hurry and this took forever. When I returned the car elsewhere, they said there was some damage that this location failed to note. They found it in the national DB, but it was another hassle. They told me to call this location to complain, and they apologized and waived a large portion of the fees. So ultimately, they made it right, but it was far from smooth.
In Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I rent my first car in my life. I never rent a car in my home country because I have my own car in my country. I feel very good when I rent a car at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. To rent a car at Enterprise Rent-A-Car is much more simple than I thought. The condition of the rental car is very good and the procedure is very simple. I think I definitely come back to rent another car!
The first vehicle that I received had a safety feature on it. The driver seat vibrated when a car either got to close or when no car was around. At one point it vibrated and I almost hit a vehicle, because I was not expecting it. Needless to say it was nerve wrecking. I call Enterprise to see if it could be shut down because I liked the vehicle they said no because it was a safety feature. They did however offer to exchange out the vehicle needless to say I was on my way. I will continue renting from Enterprise the people are great and helpful and the vehicles are nice.
We booked a rental through Costco travel with Enterprise but the car was not there when we arrived. They would not give us another for the same price, although we had a reservation confirmation number for what was supposed to be there.
I basically had good service and the car was fine. The only complaint I have which was Major is it the windshield may have been cleaned it but not dried. As result I could inside and outside of the window. That is not a very safe way to deliver a car to a client.
So helpful and easy to work with! Im always satisfied when I use this branch to rent a car. Its been the place where I send my friends when they need to rent. The service is excellent and the staff are pleasant and efficient.
