Rented a 15 passenger van for a family trip. Best price I could find locally, simple process.Shelby and Cassie were very understanding when I was 2 hours late with the return. Would rent from them again should the need arise.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They quote you one price and then when you get there the price increases tremendously. We had to cancel our trip because there was alot of hidden fees and just a blatant waste of our time. The so called owner seems to be confused or does not know what he is doing. I repeat if you need a 12 passenger car or rental car from here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Very rude. I was just on the phone with them discussing rates and in conversation I said, “ these prices are ridiculous!” He gets very upset and loud then hangs up the phone. I used to use this place frequently but never again

Econo saved graduation 2020! We were only allowed one vehicle per family for a parking lot graduation ceremony at our HS. So we had rented a 12 seater passenger van through Budget so all the grandparents could come. Had it booked for a month. Graduation day, we got a call saying, Sorry, we have no van available today. We scrambled and made phone calls and I came across Econo and called. The owner answered from his hospital bed and said he thinks he can help. He had us a van ready in an hour. Cassie in the office was great. And all the grandparents were able to see their grandson graduate! Thank you Econo for the exceptional service and kindness.

They seem a bit overpriced for their vehicles. In a situation where youre renting over the weekend, youll be charged additional days even if you can return the vehicle early. They should take a look a updating their polices.

Enterprise, Hertz and Budget all failed where Shelby came through. I called at 1pm and was in the rental (delivered to my door) by 4:30pm. Very professional service, would certainly recommend to anyone in need of a rental, and this will definitely be the first rental adjacency I call if I ever need a rental car again. Thanks again!!

The van itself was good. The owner was the issue. Paid cash the day before for the van said I wanted it for 2pm.. arrived at 2:10 he had decided to clean it.. at 2:40 I said I need this now or Im done. And also I made it up the street 5 mind and the gas light came on. Had to put $40 in just to get to where I was going.

If I could give a 0 I would. Reserved van via phone call with owner 2 weeks prior to needing it. Called to sign papers as instructed to finalize details and he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. Ruined our plans for a trip. A joke of a business. Don’t waste your time.

Econo Rental is thee best place to rent a vehicle. The prices are very reasonable. Cars are very nice and clean. Shelby is very professional and offers great customer service.

Personally dealt with shelby, nicest guy ever. Worked with us on a fixed budget, and went above and beyond. Took the van and got an oil change and air in the tires for us before we left. Great guy, definitely will use his vans again.GO TRUMP!

Worst place to rent a car never ever be there bcz they don’t follow the contract .they say different thing and make the people in problem after picking the car ...we call them and reserved the car For unlimited mileage for $540 later on when we be there they told $633 we don’t care about 100dollar and say it ok bcz we need the car so we take a car and they call us With in the hour and told us it’s not unlimited mileage they told us $1 a mileage So we return the car waiting him in front of his store for 1and half hour ...never ever be there that’s my advice for every one all over United state Econo car and van rental....Worst car renting place

I have rented from this company numerous times over the past 10 years. Shelby is always very accommodating. You wont find better prices either.

This place is horrible. Everything takes so long. The guy who owns the place doesnt keep his word on time schedules. Charged me for mileage without ever telling me there was mile restrictions. Even though I returned his car with a half tank over what I picked it up at. I run a business and he lost me a client because he was late when I was returning the car. Told him I couldnt wait 25 mins for him and he told me he would charge me for two days if I left the car without seeing him. Got in my face when I told him I was unhappy his services. Will never go back.

The owner was 2 days late getting us the vehicle and then when we finally received it, it was the wrong vehicle and it was on E. . No gas! At the end of our 7 days we called him to take the van back one day early under the allowed milage and he would NOT make himself available until a couple days later THEREFORE, KEEPING OUR 150.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT!!! THEN CHARGING US 60.00 ON TOP OF THAT!!! Then reminding us to make sure there is 3/8 of a tank of gas in it hahahaha Last, he was very combative and rude when my husband pointed these things out. If you have money to waste and like dealing with people that have no sense of honor as a man and does not keep his word then by all means have at it.PS. .. I promise to whoever reads this I am not one of these crazy people who are negative and make bad reviews. I sware I do not have time for that. I am just so mortified that this is really how some people are in the world today.

Do not rent a car here!!! Terrible costumer service and lies are the only thing we experienced. The rental car was dropped off a day late. It had over 70K miles on it, smelled, dirty, the engine sounded like it was coming through the vents, the back brakes were dragging, there was a headlight out, no windshield washer fluid, and the list goes on...

Very unprofessional when I called to book a reservation. Made it seem like a huge inconvenience when all I was asking for was to rent a van. Asking many questions about our trip that had nothing to do with the van rental. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.
