Fast and affordable. The service tech, Sam, was here within an hour of our call. He knows his stuff. Quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problems with both appliances (dryer and dishwasher). I will definitely use this company the next time I need an appliances repaired.

I made an appt this morning at 8 am to have my refrigerator repaired. I was able to get a prompt repair appointment for first thing the next day. 11 hours later (7 pm) I received a call to tell me that my appt was canceled because there was no technician available and they dont service Kenmore fridges (something I specifically asked this morning when I called). I had no idea that my appt was not confirmed when I made it and therefore have now lost an entire day to finding someone to repair my refrigerator. I have to wait a week for another company to come out and repair my fridge. I have an infant daughter and Ive been trying to keep her food at a safe temperature in order to be able to feed her, so the fact that this company canceled on me because they dont repair my brand of refrigerator presents an issue to the well-being of my child. I would have appreciated knowing that the appt wasnt confirmed when I called this morning so that I could have looked into other options while I waited for confirmation.

My fridge is not working properly so I called the nearest appliance repair. I live in Edgewood, which is right next to Wilkinsburg. I was told that they do not have technicians that service our area.

I called this company which is in my area of Wilkensburg, the person told me they dont do business in Wilkensburg. I asked if it was because it was a Black area and the guy claimed he doesnt have technicians in this area. (B.S) I will.make sure all of my workers at Port Authority know about their business practices. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!!

Technician was polite but he had to come back after the first visit. My dryer works but the turn knob is still not moving. This is not a local company they just set the appointments with independent repair men.

Called to book appointment...the gentlemen was nice.. wanted my credit card before they even came out though. But, then another guy called back saying they didn’t even have a washing machine technician!?!?? and THAT guy was really rude! Don’t advertise for what you can’t do! Glad I didn’t give my card info.

He arrived on time and immediately got to work with our Bosch washer. He replaced the broken part and charged a reasonable price. We found him to be polite and trustworthy.
