My fathers clothes dryer wasnt drying, so I found this place on Google and liked it because they didnt deal in used appliances, so I told my 77 year old father to give them a call to come out and fix it. When, I guess it was Patrick, came out, he discovered there was nothing wrong with the dryer but rather that the dryer vent (very long run under a porch) was clogged. Instead of performing unneeded repairs and taking advantage of my Dad (which has unfortunately happened before), he recommended a company to clean out the vent and didnt charge my Dad for the call. Thats really being a 5-star human right there. Thank you!

Patrick was excellent. Responded promptly to my voicemail, was able to fit me in same day. Very knowledgeable. Quickly dissembled my dryer and fixed the problem, reassembled, all while it was stacked on top of my washer. Maybe 45 min tops. Very reasonable pricing comparatively. Friendly and nice. Our Kenmore dryer stopped heating. After replacing the thermostat ourselves with still no heat, I texted Patrick on Monday morning. He responded right away and was at my house by Monday afternoon. He brought the part and quickly repaired our dryer by replacing the heating coil.Patrick also provided a quick diagnostic of some other issues we were having with our dryer, and explained the parts wed need to repair those problems. We havent used the phone/virtual repair service that Appliance Services LLC offers, but what a great idea! I will consider using that option in the future should we get stuck trying to repair something ourselves.Patrick was prompt, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.We definitely recommend Appliance Services LLC and will use this business in the future.

Patrick was far and away the most professional handy man Ive ever worked with. I had a simply inquiry that turned into the best experience you could ask for in these situations. My wife was doing laundry and the dryer stopped working, just wouldnt start a cycle out of nowhere.Working from home due to the pandemic, he was flexible with my schedule, and able to start the job while I finished a virtual meeting with a customer. He was very informative on what he did, and how to prevent things like that from happening again. The cost was much lower then other people that I got quoted, and I know for a fact that I would not get better service.I will certainly call him for any future repair needs, and cannot recommend him enough. Best service Ive ever had with an appliance repair. Patrick knows his stuff! He investigated the problem using the model/serial number before doing anything and talked me through the issue. He wont waste your time or money, especially if he thinks the appliance isnt worth repairing. I will never call anyone else again, and have been recommending to everyone.

I am pretty handy and so when my top load washer started failing I looked it up and diagnosed that the bearing was bad. After seeing how extensive the repair was to replace that, I decided it might be best to call an expert instead of DIY. I looked for an appliance repair biz, most are just clearing houses and could not give me a price. I called Patrick at Appliance Services LLC, he picked up and confirmed my diagnosis and gave me a quote of about $400 and that other things could be wrong too. He asked the age and said at 5 years old I be better off just replacing it. Now I am a LLC owner and I know what turning down work means for me and I know about being ethical and this man is top notch. To turn down a $400 because it is in my best interest is huge. It not that I am even a repeat customer of his. That honesty that really hard to find these days. He even gave me a reference to used appliance shop where could get older washer that is a tank and even if used would get 10 years out of it, instead of the now common 5 years of the junk today.

He was extremely honest when asked if a repair would be worthwhile or not and troubleshot the issue with me on the initial call. He suggested a part to replace and walked me through how to do it over the phone. He didnt charge me a dime, wasnt pushy or impatient, extremely knowledgeable, and diagnosed the issue correctly the first time without even setting eyes on the washing machine.He will be my first call for any major appliance issue I have from now on!BTW his Angies List reviews are incredible if you need more reviews to back this one up.

Patrick is super-responsive and with 30 years of experience he knows his appliances...youll have to leave model and make information on his voicemail which is very efficient considering hell know whether he can repair the appliance ahead of coming out. He wont charge you unnecessarily. How refreshing is that? Patrick came when every other South Hills appliance repair company claimed they were booked. One company talked me out of booking an appointment only to show up when I specifically said I wouldnt be home! Patrick, on the other hand, showed up since he was in the area and MADE MY DAY! I highly recommend his services!
