I got my nails done there yesterday and I asked for dip. They didnt have any colors they had advertised. I didnt ask for glow in the dark nails and thats what I got. I wanted a natural look and did not get that. She dipped glitter on top to try to cover the mistakes. I did not want glitter on all my nails and she started dipping before i could stop her. Some nails are not even. They chipped when my lady had me wash my hands and when she tried to fit it they got bubbly. She argued that they looked so good and perfect. I will never go back to them again. My nails look HORRIBLE. The equipment they use is not cleaned either. 10000000000000% unsatisfied.

Ivebeen here twice. My first time the tech Sandy was so gentle and kind. I have a very painful leg and she was very patient. My second visit when I went in I did have an appointment with Sandy but another tech was waiting for me. When I talked about wanting Sandy the other girl and two others were nasty! I wanted Sandy as she was so kind and understood my pain. But I didnt appreciate that behavior at all! Otherwise I am happy

She did an amazing job. I got a full set a d gel polish done in about only an hour. And they look great!

These ladies do an amazing work . I have never had any problems with them and the results are outstanding. I have been getting my nails done here for over 10 years and I highly recommend them.

I come here quite a bit to get my nails done. They usually do a great job. However, when I used my stamp card to get the 10% for my nails today they became hostile. They refused to stamp my card for my new purchase which was above twenty dollars. When I asked the owner why... she explained that because I had a coupon that I couldn’t get a new stamp or card. Honestly they are very cheap and treat their customers rudely. If your card says get 20% after five stamps for twenty dollars and above, then you should honor getting a sixth stamp on a new card.

I don’t usually make reviews, good or bad but I needed to give a bad review because of the terrible job that was done on my nails. I had the dipping powder done yesterday and a day later my nails are chipped around the nail and at the tips. I waited months to get my nails done because of COVID and am totally unhappy with the results. I’m not hard to please but this needed to be shared. I will not return. I can spend my money at another location.😪

Im really not a fan my nails were supposed to be coffin shape and this is after she called herself fixing them I gave up after hour and a half of her fixing them will not be back.....They did do a great job on my toes.. okay so the next day I went back and they were able to fix them a different lady not the same one so I will give them four stars but I dont think I will be returning at least not to that lady.

I really dont like leaving bad reviews but this place really hurt my feelings. I am not a picky person but I was passed around to 3 ladies during my visit and the first lady set the tone for the visit when she applied really big tips on to my nails. Luckily the second lady took them off and reapplied ones that fit and shaped them for me but theres clumps under my nails and the paint is already kind of coming off. They charged me for gel even though I said a thousand times I do not want gel and I believe I picked the colors from the regular nail polish. I dont know the last lady was extremely nice to me so I feel bad leaving a bad review but if youre looking for quality work this place was extremely disappointing in that area.

My friend wanted her nails to look sleek, a simple nude polish with thin black lines going around the nail! Listen, her nails look like a block! The nail color is not even nude; it’s an off white! Plus, they would not redo; they kept telling her, “oh, it looks like this because they aren’t done yet.” The whole service was rushed! Beware, DO NOT GO HERE!

I went in for a pedicure the first time and had a great experience, so I decided to go back again this week.The woman who did my period scrubbed my feet with a cheese grater type tool so hard that they are cracked and bleeding. The skin on my feet is tight and dry and there are deep cracks in the soles of my feet that werent there before. It hurts pretty bad now two days later and it makes it painful to walk.Pretty bummed because I like this place, but my feet look and feel way worse than they did before I went to get my pedicure.

I had rose do a dip on my nails. I love them. It was my first time having a dip and I would definitely have her do it again. She is very sweet and did exactly what I wanted.This place treats you really great and very professional. I broke one of my nails totally my fault and I went back to have them fix it expecting to pay for. And they did it for free and put gel again on all the rest of my nails too to make them match again. They are great definitely will keep going back.

My friend went to get her nails done here and they completely gave her to opposite of what she asked for. When she noticed they were messing up, she spoke to the person about it and they pretended they didn’t understand her. Horrible service. If someone isn’t happy you shouldn’t charge them for something you messed up on.

Went in for my first gel mani-pedi after some recommendations from friends and they didnt exaggerate on how wonderful it is here. Tina was super patient and had an excellent eye for detail. I love how everything looks and how soft my feet are after the pedicure. Ill be a lifelong customer and after anyone tries the nail trap I cant see them going anywhere else!

Always get a great pedicure at this place! They take their time and make you feel so relaxed. Tina does a great job on my eyebrows every time. I wont let anyone else touch them. I recommend them to everyone!

The manager Tina give you fantastic service and oversees the rest of the staff making sure they are doing a good job. Appointments are beneficial. I get a manicure and a much needed pedicure. Tina did my nails and did an awesome job as always. Very percisp and took her time. She was very friendly and social as always. You definitely feel like your with close friends/family.Truth is everyone there does such a good job and you could visit any of the nail text and be one hundred percent happy at the end of your visit.

I visited it today for the first time getting a full set, eyebrows, and fill in on my toes.. very fast service greeted me soon as I came in, I got French tips on my toes there very nice and they didn’t rush me. This is my new place to go and very good prices🖤

They do an excellent job on a full set of acrylic nails, they are flawless and thin just the way I like. They also do a great job with eyebrow waxing and didnt leave me all greased up with oils after. I went last week for a deluxe pedicure, she took her time and didnt rush at all it ran over the stated ddd and it was very relaxing. The chairs are comfortable, staff is friendly but they speak very little English and talk amongst themselves, which really doesnt bother me. The only thing that was kind of impolite is the lady was watching a TV program on her phone while doing my pedicure so she Seemed a bit distracted. I will still continue to go there though because of the quality of theyre work!

My experience here was absolutely horrible!!!!These people flat out steal money from you! I went on a Saturday.....My total was $52 for services + $8 tip =$60 & they ran my card for $72 & claimed it was my banks fault. Mind you I checked my bank and the whole transaction was under them. Then they proceeded to tell me that it had something to di with the card machine / settlement and it would be refunded no later then Tuesday and if it wasnt refunded they would give me $15 instead of the $12 they stole. This was Im my first time being there and it was absolutely horrible the owner proceeded to tell me that it was my bank and then turned around and said that it wasnt my bank and that it was his card machine that ran me for the extra $12 but did not want to give me my money back in cash. I will never go here again and warn everyone who does.

$25.00 for a normal rushed pedicure that’s not even done nicely when you can get both a pedicure and manicure for 30$ elsewhere (Nails shop located in Walmart). This place sucks. Don’t waste your money here I’ve been to other salons that have given me a better experience for 25$ such as diva day spa in tyrone.

I really wanted to give them a 5 star. I first time I went they were awesome. I came back today and Im so upset but I know its pointless. The woman beside me started before me i asked for be deluxe package that is suppose to last a hour. She is still getting her feet rubbed as Im getting my color. She has rushed me through and it sucks cause Im a server and my feet hurt and I was so looking forward to the foot massage that lasted not even 3 mins a foot. She has other things to be than my feet and that is not cool. The last time i was here I tipped 20 on 55 but she will not get much today. I just really wanted a good pedicure

Smudged my toe by dropping my wallet on it . And the workers were mad that they had to re do my one toe. So if you take your children here be careful because I remember once when I was kid always messing up my nails . Any nail salon never has an attitude I can’t believe it . I got attitudes from both workers. I came here twice before this and thought I would continue coming back. Bad service and I won’t be back . Disappointed.

First time I’ve ever left a negative review but it needs to be said. I Went with my girlfriend to get a pedicure and figured I’d get one too. It was my first time and figured it would be interesting at least. Well, it was definitely interesting, and by that I mean interesting that a place with such horrible service is still in business. Both of our attendants were insanely rude and acted like they did not want to be there. Mine (Lee) literally had a scowl on her face the entire time(no my feet weren’t that bad..lol). I get that looking at feet all day must not be ideal but there is really no need to be rude and angry about it. The people sitting next to us had the same feelings as the lady basically manhandled an elderly women’s feet.In short if I could leave 0 stars I would, and then I’d ask if possible to leave negative stars. This place is the worst.

I dont usually write bad reviews, but I think I need to this time. I had a new set of acrylics put on and, a few hours later, I felt slices on each side of my nail caused by the file and each one was glued down by the nail glue. For the next three days, the pain and bleeding were on and off until it could partially heal. I decided not to return and, when I went to another shop two and a half weeks later, I had to replace the whole set because they were falling off. Bottom line - dont go there.

I come once a month for a pedicure love that they leave my feet in parifin wax. Helps keep my feet happy.

So my wife went to this place to get her eyebrows done and got more than she bargained for, she now has chemical burns in her eye from the wax that one of their so-called professionals used on her skin I would not recommend this place for anybody!

Best place to go for waxing eyebrows! They have always done a great job at that.. they arent the best for pedicures. They are too quick, they cut corners and dont give you a massage, even when you pay for deluxe. They are at least friendly.

I am currently here for the first time....4 employees and 1 other woman besides myself. I walked in without being acknowledged like Im a pain in the ass for them. They are literally ignoring me, I keep telling them I am here for a pedicure and manicure. I dont understand what they are saying but they are beyond rude and Im sitting here with my feet in cold water. One lady is giving a pedicure, the other 3 employees are clearly not putting the only customer here, besides for the one other woman, first. I will not be coming back. I dont treat myself often, and th atmosphere is pretty and clean....but the staff is without a doubt the rudest staff I have seen anywhere, in my lifetime.

I am so upset after leaving this salon. I decided to treat myself and my friend to girls days. We walked in and I asked for a pedi and to have my eyebrows done. I asked that my friend get a mani done since she had never had one. The tech told me okay thats fine, sign in and pick a color. My friend picked a color and sat down and told the male tech it was her first time ever doing this. So he knew she didnt know anything about the process!! He then asks her if she wants the polish to last long and she said yes not understanding what he was really saying to her. He gave her gel nails and never once told her that it would almost an extra $15 on top of what she asked for. I had tell him that it was dishonest and he told advantage of the fact that she didnt know the process or prices. I clearly stated more than once what I wanted her to have. I asked him if he told her the difference in the prices and he said no. He said he didnt explain it. I will never go back to this location. they never once offered to discount the service or offer a free eyebrow service or anything after I complained to everyone in the salon. DO NOT TRY TO CHEAT customers.. Explain the process and prices. If she would of been alone she would have never known they tried to get over on her!!

My nails looked horrible! This place is ridiculous! I had to reshape my own nails and repaint them. They ARE NOT up to date on new styles or colors!

This is the first review I have ever done, because my experience here was just that bad. The nail salon I usually go to was closed, so I decided to settle with a nail salon I had never been to before. The first issue I had was the nail shape. I asked for coffin shape & was given a horrible un even oval shape. I asked him to fix it, in which he just continued to file down & create an even more uneven oval shape. He rushed through my nail set, & gave me a tacky paint job. Not neat at all. I still tipped & paid although I was unsatisfied. The very next day one of my nails just broke off. I went back into the salon to have them fix it which led to an argument with one of the nail techs. She was upset that I came there asking them to fix it for free. She was extremely rude and told me it wasnt there fault since I had only gotten a fill in there & not a full set that I needed to go get my nail fixed wherever I had originally gotten my full set from. Which makes no sense. She had an attitude & argued with me the whole time she fixed my nail. This was a horrible experience, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

If I could figure out how to give zero stars I would. I waited for over an hour without being acknowledged or given a time frame for when I would be seen. In the hour i had to sit and wait I had a lot of time to observe and their cleanliness is lacking. I walked out.

I came in, asked for a mani + pedi and was served right away. The nail tech I got was named Linda, she did AMAZING work on my nails and toes, I definitely recommend her.
