I bought my wife and mother each a $50 gift certificate from DaVi nails this past mothers day. They go to redeem them today and received an amazing job, Ill give them that. My wife and mother decided they wanted a little more than the gift certificates were good for, so i gave her a credit card to pay what ended up being $27 more. When time to pay, DaVi was handed 2 $50 gift certificates and the credit card. The total bill was $127 and in that $100 was paid in advance leaving $27 dollars to be paid. My card was charged $57 by mistake of the employee. Then claims she does not know how to reverse the charge of the $50 she overcharged. The employee them decides the solution is to give another $50 gift card to make up for her mistake, insuring that the $50 would be brought back to them. In other words, their employee had decided herself how i will spend MY money by her solution. Well, that does not sit well with me. She should have asked someone else that did know how to make the transaction. So if you do use DaVi nails, be careful at the counter at pay time.

They value you as you value them! This is the main place I go to for my nails to be done! Oh! Also, the have the best hand made masks. To die for! All the brands we love! Try them out! Best prices and work in town! Dont let a Karen ruin your chances of coming here! You dont want to miss out!

Excellent service as ALWAYS. They follow the safety guidelines, WEAR A MASK!!! Dont get upset that it may take a little longer, be kind and respectful THEY are doing you a service and trying to keep YOU safe.

I have been going to this salon for 8+ years and the last couple of times Tom who normally does my nails decided that appointments mean nothing. First time this happened I made an appointment and when I got there he had just started on someone else’s nails telling me that I would have to wait until he was done with hers. Then the second time it happened again, when I arrived on time for my appointment he had just started someone else saying it would take an hour and I would have to wait even though I made an appointment. I got upset and tried to tell him next time if he can’t do it on time to just say so and not have me come all the way down there if he does not have time. He decided to make it seem like it was my fault and that I had no right to be upset when I set an appointment and had other things I had to do that day so I had to leave and drive there for nothing, because I did not have time to wait. When he got upset with me I tried to tell him the point of an appointment and he just did not care at all. Then he decided to tell me after 8 years of me being a loyal customer through covid and all that he will never do my nails again! So if they treat customers who have been with them for years I can only imagine what they will do to someone who just walks up and is unhappy with their customer service.

Only place I go. Couldnt ask for better service. You get your moneys worth.

They’ll charge you for every little thing that you ask them to do. I used to go to this place place frequently, but I’m not going no more, last time I went I ask one of the ladies to do a design I show her and she did something completely different and told me “ oh it’s too late now” not satisfied.

Im using my uncles phone for this so I just wanna say Im not a man lol.. Im a 29 year old Woman named Kaitlan but I just wanted to say that going there last week to get my eyebrows waxed & also being my first time there & I absolutley LOVE how they turned out! Definitely going back soon to get both my nails & my feet done. I cant wait until I am able to get them done finally since its been forever since Ive had them done

This is the best nail place my husband and I have ever gone to. We live in Tampa and go over there every time we need to do a pedicure or “dip powder”. The people who work there are friendly, and committed to doing an excellent job. Today we went, for the first time since quarantine and our temperatures were taken before we entered and masks were worn by all staff and patrons. After our pedicures, the bins where we had our feet were cleaned and the utensils and towels taken away. The chairs were sprayed and wiped after each person was finished. Even though my husband and I live together, we were required to sit every other chair. We did not mind them sticking to the guidelines to cut down on the spread of this horrible Covid! Thank you for your attention to detail!!! Love this place!

This location is the only place I get my paws and claws done.

Usually they do an awesome job. But this time thumbs down. They are lumpy and bumpy. On the side you can see where they did not put the acrylic. Not a goid job.

Reading their menu its states that childrens polish change is $5 hands and $5 feet. It also states that the age is (under 14). Perfect since my daughter is 13. Upon being charged I was told the price owed was $15. After repeatedly questioning the nail tech why she was overcharging me she replied that the $10 price was for the little children, ignoring her under 14 age policy. We wont be back!!!!!

Great friendly service

I used to come frequently but after today I wont. They made me wait almost 30 minutes in the pedi chair without telling me there would be a wait. I dont mind waiting, I was just confused and when I asked the lady about it just to make sure they didnt forget about me, she was a little snippy and then started talking in Vietnamese and laughing. I felt as if she was mocking me for sure. Maybe she wasnt but Im not going to pay good money to feel uncomfortable. For that I stay home and do my own toes or go somewhere with a little more gracious nail techs.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Tom is the best! He always has the new trends and knows how to do nails perfectly! I wont be going anywhere else! ❤️❤️💅💅

I walked up to tom he was on the phone texting. He said hey ! I told him what i wanted and he seemed unsure about taking me lol he wasnt doing anything. So he sat me down and as soon as he started customers came up and he was like, hiiiii !!!! how are youuuuuu !!! He was very good with them. I didnt get greeted like that I guess they were good tippers or his favorite whatever every customer should be greeted like that.He did a good job my full set is good so far. The only reason why i tipped him was bcz I like my nails but I tip depending on service I only tipped a couple of dollars bcz they need to greet everyone the same not just their favorits. Also I noticed a couple of wonan that worked there werent that friendly. They need to smile more and treat customers right. EVERY CUSTOMER!
