Dr. Roben is extremely friendly, professional and takes his time to explain what TMS is and what to expect. Ashley is super nice, always upbeat! She is an amazing, caring professional who is always willing help. My appointments are early in the morning, and she never made me wait. She is also bilingual (Spanish), which helps a lot! Teresa is great, extremely friendly. Monica helped me get in quick and worked with my insurance in a way that I did not have to do anything on my end! The Saint Pete facility is clean, the environment helps one relax during the treatment. And I had never felt so good - the results are amazing, life changing! If you suffer from depression, insomnia, anxiety, do yourself a favor and contact them. You wont regret! Overall, my experience has been extremely positive and I sincerely thank you all for everything! I would add a some more stars if I could!

Clean, very friendly, & comfortable. I would usually dread venturing from home but everyone there is so welcoming and the atmosphere itself is therapeutic. Because of the time of day Im able to go Ive been treated almost exclusively by Teresa, I cant say enough good things about her. She truly cares about the people getting therapy there. Its clear that its more than a career for her but that its a personal passion to want to help people who are suffering. Shes in the right place because TMS therapy does just that. I didnt realize how much I had forgotten about what a life without symptoms of depression and anxiety is like. I feel like Im starting to wake up from a bad dream. Im even beginning to be able to enjoy leaving home. One of the best parts about TMS is that it doesnt have any of the negative side effects associated with pharmaceuticals. I almost didnt make the call to NeuroSpa, Im so glad I did. Thank you to all involved in what happens at NeuroSpa.

I would highly recommend Neurospa TMS.The procedure itself is not painful. I also did not find it to be too loud. I never felt like I needed earplugs like some people. Each time you go the levels are adjusted to fit what you can take that day and you gradually build up a tolerance.The other half of treatment is the setting and relationship with your technician. They talk to you about your goals and help you see the better parts of yourself while youre in the healing process. Specifically the two women working at this location are kind and attentive. They helped me realize my goals and dreams that depression and anxiety had robbed me of during those rough few weeks.Its worth your time to look in to if youve tried it all like I have. Dr. Gil, Teresa, and Nashalie have helped me get some of my life and confidence back.

I am so happy that I am getting the TMS Therapy, it has helped me to have more energy, a clear head, and curb my appetite. There is absolutely no pain involved! Dr. Robben is very helpful and willing to answer all your questions. The girls in the office, Teresa and Nashalie, are so kind and helpful....they even get me coffee and bottled water every visit. I truly enjoy going to my therapy sessions because I know they care and will have my best interest at heart. Oh, I should also mention it is reducing the issues I have with my RLS (restless leg syndrome). Im finishing up my last couple of weeks at NeuroSpa TMS and this therapy has literally changed my life! I feel better than Ive felt in over 15 years. Ive been on many different medications and nothing compares to how I feel with this therapy. For years, I never went out of the house. I had everything delivered. Now, Im out and about almost every single day. My friends and family notice a huge difference in me. I know it can differ from person to person but I noticed a major shift in my mood and energy after the 2nd treatment.Not only is the therapy spectacular but the entire office staff exhibits consistently outstanding customer service -- every single day. Amazing place! Teresa was so nice and welcoming, shes the best and I look forward to seeing her! I was hesitant on doing TMS therapy because Ive so many different methods to deal with depression and anxiety throughout and I would give up and use drugs and alcohol to self medicate. I have been doing TMS through neurospa for 11 sessions now and I can feel a difference already and Im not even half way through my treatment. They also take insurance so it was very little out of pocket and they can work with you. I highly recommend this place, the facility and the people working here are amazing.
