My wife dropped her newly upgraded wedding and engagement rings down the garbage disposal right before all of the holiday gatherings last November. After retrieving the rings, we immediately called Edward Warrens, they did not only calm us down by ensuring us that they will take care of us, but they also stayed open long enough for me to drive across town to drop the damage rings off to them. They were able to have the rings fixed and back us, at minimal cost and before the holidays. They have superior Jewelry at the most fair of prices and the best customer service around. Two different older women, on two separate days, were rude, condescending,curt, and did not seem happy to be helping us. This place made my custom rings beyond my dreams and expectations! Not only did they charge a very appropriate price, but they actually CARED about my rings as if my rings were the only ones they were making. You can’t get that kind of customer service, craftsmanship, and customization from a mass production jewelry store like Jared’s or Kay’s. All of the diamonds in my new rings except for 3 on each side of the engagement ring came from my mother-in-law’s old ring. It’s barely recognizable to an amazingly beautiful degree. I look at my rings all the time with wonderment and gratefulness to Edward Warren. I am never going to another place for future jewelry as their expertise really shines! They even gave us a free appraisal of both of our rings and gave us the advice to add it to our homeowners insurance policy in case something happened to them. But honestly, if anything ever DID happen to my rings I find them irreplaceable as they took my mother-in-law’s old ring and turned the diamonds into something magical! They also gave my husband a free silicone ring to wear to work as his job is labor-intensive and would wear on his gorgeous ring. Here are the before and after pictures of my beautiful rings. It’s almost impossible to believe they made such an amazing transformation!

I came in to have my old stone reset on a new band. The process was so easy and there were so many options to choose from. Cory made sure that the new setting would be the best option for my stone and what would look the best. Even with resizing and the work to mount the stone the price is still amazing.
