Lucky helped me and got me truck towed back to my house. Super nice dude. One of the good ones.

Was told a certain time. Time was never met. Brought the wrong car to my house. So the time they missed to retrieve my car made it possible for the D.P.S to tow my vehicle away.

I called this company at 6:25 in the evening. I was told it would be a 3 to 4 hour wait, but they were cheap and I was able to get a ride so I decided I would wait. I called at the 4 hour mark because I hadnt heard from them and they didnt pick up. I called 20 minutes later and there was no pickup. I called at the 5 hour mark and someone answered. They stated that it was another 3 to 4 pickups before my vehicle. I called at the 8 hour mark, no answer. I called at the 12 hour mark twice and no answer. These guys are terrible. Might be the best prices I could find, but what good is that if they dont do the job or answer the phones?

This place is very unprofessional had car towed from hotel which wasnt clearly marked handicap, so pretty much stole the car, then when you call them they absolutely start hating on you as soon as they have laws thrown at them cause they cant push you around... worst customer service and they try to force you into illegally paying them to get it out of their yard!!!

Came when they said and charged what they said. Great people.

I had moved the abandoned vehicle into the garage to keep the HOA happy, the driver called and I didnt have a chance to move it back out before he arrived. He backed the truck right up to the garage, hooked up to the very crooked vehicle and pulled it out with about 1 inch of clearance (tall vehicle). Thanks for the service!

Good all around service

I was involved in a rear end collision and they towed my car here. The people there were very nice, and kind enough to let me get my things out of it before it was towed to the repair shop for assessment.

They only got one star because there isnt the option to leave a 0 star review. Very very poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone looking to get their vehicle towed, completely unprofessional and unimpressed with their service.

BEWARE::::To Whom it may concern:I am writing to you regarding my White 2001 Dodge Durango number . On sat September 1, 2018 at approximately 4:00 PM in Glendale, A & E Recovery and Towing was video recorded taking my truck off this property without the owners approval. I have emails to verify and confirm that nobody else had permission to have my vehicle removed from the above location. As I stated I have a recording of one of your trucks and driver backing up to my truck attempting to lift it and get it out of where it was parked and the driver dropping my truck on a cement stopper. Not only did my truck get dropped once but 2 times. I know there was nothing wrong with my truck when it was illegally towed. I do understand that it has been some months since this happened, however I lost my job because of this, and then I got really sick. If someone could please respond to me and let me know the status of my Durango, I would be forever grateful. Also if someone could please explain to me why the Durango was towed all the way to Tempe and not just to your yard on Glendale Ave. To be fair I was told I could go pick up my Durango (which I went to get it) When I got there not only was my Durango parked so far in the back ( 6 cars would of had to have been moved) but it had 3 flat tires the windshield was busted and the battery was dead all of which were not like that when they took my Durango.

A tire of mine had blown today and after searching for a towing company, I came across AE Recovery and Towing. The original times that I was quoted (30-40ish minutes), no one arrived so I called them back to get a status update. Apparently, another driver had to be sent out due to some issues, BUT from my perspective, I obviously know that things can happen at random so I feel that I cannot hold them to any issues that they may have ran into themselves, because THINGS HAPPEN - so its understandable. Especially based on their previous reviews, I expected that they will handle the situation and despite the hickup, the driver that arrived found me was able to get me hooked up (literally - to the tow truck) and to my destination within a timely manner. Anyway, definitely one of the more economical deal that I found, so I feel that it was ideal. Would I use them again? Hopefully I dont have to get towed again, but I would. Thank you for you assistance and service! :)
