Met Michelle a few years ago in Buckeye. She was riding a bike as were myself and my wife. We were talking and she gave me her card. Boy I am glad I kept it. I broke down west of Goodyear and I called AZ MC TOWING. As luck would have it, they had a truck in the area on another job. They were there within 30 minutes. Driver had seen me pulling over while he was on the other job! Picked up and home within an hour. Reasonable rates and they billed my insurance direct. Would highly recommend this company!!

I recommend this company to anyone who rides. After being stuck in the center median of the 202 freeway for 5 hours and having USAA & AAA tell me they couldnt help me on a Saturday afternoon a friend suggested I call them. When I called the owner Michelle answered the phone and had someone to me in 30 minutes. When Ryan got there he was knowledgeable and polite. We had the bike loaded in honestly less than 5 minutes. Then instead of leaving me stranded on the freeway he told me to hop in. Thats when he offered me a bottle of water which I really needed and appreciated. The system they have for bikes is much safer and quicker to tow a motorcycle and Im pretty sure they can even load a a trike. I have been riding all my life and this tow company is honestly on a whole different level. They are now in my phone and the only place I will be calling to tow a bike.🎯💯

I forget who my driver was as I was in the middle of moving. I had my sporty towed on 5/25 for you guys at AZ Moto Towing invoice 21-07623, and my road glide earlier this year. As always the driver was on time professional and took care of my bike as if it were his own. Ive used these guys twice now and will not use anyone else as the service and care has proven consistent. RYAN, Let me know immediately when he received my request for a tow from his dispatch .He sent me estimated time of arrival. Showed up was gentle with my Scooter (Betty Glide) loading her. I was impressed by the vehicles loading system I was at ease with my bike being on the truck. COST was better than other companies that had me already waiting 2hrs when I reached out to AMT.With out a doubt if ever in a situation where I or my friends new their Scooter Towed I will use them 100%

Barbie (office) and Shawn (driver) are exceptional at getting things done! Shawn communicated directly with me right away about his ETA. He also provided instructions to give to GEICO for Arizona Motorcycle Towings very specialized towing service. I had a flat on my Goldwing and Shawn arrived very soon considering he was all the way up on the north side of Phoenix and I was on the extreme southern end. His specialized rig is the ONLY way to transport your motorcycle. Dont let a regular tow truck attempt to load your motorcycle. I selected Western Honda to drop it off and Shawn knew the service manager and helped get a new tire installed as quickly as possible. Nice. Just a completely top shelf company.

Bike had a flat on I 17 north after happy valley exit this morning. Called 3 tow companies, no luck. Found Az motorcycle towing on google maps. Called them, dispatch was awesome and attentive. Had me a tow within 30 minutes. Even recommended moto tire for a tire change which they took me too. Had me back on the road quick. Cant thank yall enough. My go to tow company from now on.

Awesome service. While riding I lost the key fob for my motorcycle. AAA refused to tow my motorcycle. I called this aervice and they were there in less than an hour. Would recommend to anyone. Excellent a+++++

Cant say enough good things about Michele and her crew. Im Canadian and had my motorcycle stored in Phoenix. I shipped my keys to Michele and they picked up my bike and held it until the long distance hauler could pick it up. Communication was excellent, service great and very fair pricing. I had asked them to check a couple things and pack some items into my panniers...no issues whatsoever. All this as covid was starting to take over in the spring of 2020. My husband was broke down out in new river on his bike that hes been building, and I tried to call several different companies but none of them would go get him because of his distance. There seems to be some question on the appointment time that was set they wont go out of their way if they give you a discount so my bike wasnt picked up the way it was supposed to be so now I have to pay storage at my mechanics thank you Arizona towing
