Great, friendly customer service every time I called. Fair pricing. Very nice and accommodating when we had to switch the scheduled time at the last minute. Driver showed up on time and knew what he was doing. They moved a 20 sea container for us.

Kudos to Junior the TOW MASTER who arrived in his truck. Extremely professional. Had me hooked up and home in no time. Junior deserves a bonus. I had had several bad days of bad towing service from the Urgently providers.. Actually 2 days of them not showing up ever... 3rd times a charm... They sent me Freeway Towing... Brent showed up within the hours... He checked my battery... Looked over the overall condition of my vehicle... Told me I had a bad tire... and then hooked my car up and put it on his tow truck... He was fast and efficient very professional.... I was extremely happy with the service I received from Freeway Towing.The very next day I had to have my car towed to the dealership... It was dying and I had to trade it in.. I called Urgently and requested Freeway Towing and they obliged. Though I did not personally meet with the driver. They are very unprofessional. I called to ask why my ETA was taking longer than expected and it was so noisy in the background I could barely hear. He was working the phone from home and I suggested he go in another room. That was met with disgust and the noise continued. He also told me it was going to be at least another 1 1/2 hours after I was already promised 90 minutes. He told me that they had had a problem with their previous tow. Shouldnt I get a phone call? He rudely told me that we dont need to discuss it any further as I was told it would be another 1 1/2 hours. Done!

Arrived a few months minutes early and worked quickly to get my truck where it needed to go safely. Will use again, but hope I dont need to. Ha

These guys were assigned by my insurance company to come and tow my car. Waited for over two hours and nothing. Not one call from the company to let me know anything. I tried to call them, and the voice mailbox was full. Super frustrating to be stuck in the heat for 2 hours thinking someone was in route, only to find out differently. The kicker? When it was reassigned to another company, I heard from them within 5 minutes and was towed within 35 minutes!

Tow truck claimed to have come to our house but our ring never showed anyone out front. Guy on phone was rude and tried arguing with me about whether or not his driver came to the correct address. He called me weird and hung up. Absolutely unprofessional service. Do not reccomend.

If your car is disabled in a parking garage, don’t call Freeway Towing. Two separate drivers were sent from Freeway Towing and neither wanted to go into the parking garage. This is after I was specific with the road side assistance company and with the 1st tow driver that the car was in a parking garage. The second driver told me to find some guys to push the car out of the garage so it could be towed. Seriously, am I the only one that has ever needed a vehicle towed from a garage? Apparently not, as I called another company and within an hour they had a tow vehicle at the garage and 5 minutes later had the car out of the garage, without the driver even having to leave his vehicle. Maybe Freeway Towing should get some trucks that can handle low clearances of 610. Comes down to having the right tool for the job.

I had the best experience with this company! For some reason I always thought this service would be hard but it was very easy setting everything up. My driver got to were I was broken down in less than 30 minutes! Would recommend to everyone!

Props to the management for allowing customers to ride onboard with the towing driver admidst the pandemic. The wait time of 45 minutes had me uneasy at first as i was located on the shoulder of a major highway. But the driver Dave was very quick and kind and had no trouble finding me. 👍My family will be using this company from now on.

Cant speak for their service as a customer; But it took multiple calls to get info on an abandoned car. They were kinda rude and you can tell they just want to keep the car to resale after a title transfer. But they did offer to bring the price down a considerable bit after 35 days in the lot. Im thankful for at least that, but service could be friendlier. It took a few days of consistently calling both their numbers to finally get them to work with me.

Our transmission failed us on our truck while hauling our boat coming back from lake Powell . We were stuck in flagstaff headed home back to Mesa .. freeway towing was able to get to us quickly and not only towed our truck but also our boat behind that ! The gentleman helping us was courteous and professional and my husband and I enjoyed great conversation the whole way home. I highly highly recommend this company if you find yourself in any type of unforeseen vehicle issues ! I’ll only be using this company in the future :)

Sometimes your car gets towed which is never fun. At least this place wont steal anything from your car even if their prices are so high its absurd. Its like highway robbery literally!

Do not call these people. What a joke. Idiot who took my call gave the driver my wrong location address. Took double the time to get truck to me. Driver didnt speak English. Dont make this mistake. They dont own their mistakes and they are rude and inconsiderate.

They Absolutely took great care of me from the jump. They made me feel comfortable as I was so worried about my truck and leaving it there overnight but they got the job done on time and my truck made it home safe!! Great service!! Daniel was awesome. I needed to tow my car that had all four wheels stolen. Daniel told me it was cause more damage to car and drove me to dealership to get 4 new wheels and then drove me back and put them on the car. I highly recommend this company and thank them for their honesty and integrity.

They took 3 hours to drop my car off. Said the tow truck would be there in 40 minutes and then that tow truck was taken off the job and I was never updated, I had to reach out an hour later. Tow driver was nice. Tow ended up being more than they quoted me. Was overall bummed on the experience and having to stress over them picking it up or not.

I called and spoke to Miguel last night about getting a tow truck to my son and his girlfriend. I was in Tucson and he was in stuck on the side of I-17 at Bell Rd. As a mom I was in a bit of a panic not only because they were on the side of the freeway but also because my sons vehicle has been altered so it’s only about 4 inches off the ground. Being a Manager at a Tow Company in Tucson I knew that the vehicle being altered could be a problem which in turn could possibly leave them waiting a long time for someone with a truck and experience to do the service without causing any damage to my sons vehicle. Miguel sent one of his drivers to him immediately and my son and his girlfriend were off the road and at their hotel within 40 minutes. My son said the driver was absolutely amazing, he made him feel at ease and comfortable which made me feel at ease and comfortable even being 125 miles away from him at the time. I didn’t catch the drivers name so I am so sorry. But please know Miguel and that particular driver you sent were absolutely amazing. They both made us feel that they truly cared about us and the situation we were in and getting us comfortable as quickly as possible. Thank you both so very much! I hope you both have a wonderful day. And to the owner it is very apparent that you take extra time in evaluating who you hire, these two proved that. We own a restaurant. A customer comes in and tells us that my partner has a flat tire. We are in the middle of the dinner hour and down a cook, needless to say, this was a frustrating evening. Freeway Towing was extremely helpful on the telephone—explaining all our options. When Junior arrived it was like looking at a knight in shining armor. He was efficient, personable, used his own tools because we couldn’t find ours, and just provided what felt like a life-saving service. We can’t thank them enough. We highly recommend this company.

Jenz is an amazing person and great tow truck driver, very personable and is well versed in his trade. He towed a trailer that had a broken axle and was difficult but made it easy to load and unload. The truck arrived within the stated timeframe and the prearranged price was reasonable. The truck was super clean, the driver competent and pleasant. Stranded on a road with nothing in sight, he didnt make this female feel anything but safe and comfortable. Definitely would recommend.

I found Freeway Towing and Storage on the internet. I called and made an appointment for a pick-up as my car was broken down at home. They were courteous and helpful as they offered to drop my car at the repair shop and provide my details. I did not even have to go with my car!

I just had them assist me with a tire change and they were trying to charge me $160. The driver was nice enough to get it down to $70 but this is ridiculous. All that money just for you to help me change my tire.

Stuck on I-10 East near the airport thanks to ADOT and their terrible road conditions. They showed up in under $20 min and were priced reasonably. No gouging for being on the freeway.

I called this business for an estimate as I was going to shop around and then I got an email from my insurance company for roadside assistance flatbed tow and wench for $160 after a previous tow. I needed another tow and I had to go out of pocket so I called FTS back and they said $120 and I said okay. Within 10 minutes, the driver was there to pick up my car. An hour an half later, he dropped it off and there were no hidden fees or any extra charges. You pay at the end of the tow. If youre in the area and looking to save money, these guys are legit and they will take care of you.
