Regardless of your profession, having proper etiquette is or should be a given. This holds true even outside of the workplace. My overall experience with this company was such that I strongly feel the need to share it with my lawyer. Being this is not my field of expertise or the laws therein, I had looked through the revised statue the night before. The person attending the office window, was not very friendly, unprofessional and honestly did not make any effort to somewhat informative or helpful in any way possible. The information or answers given to my basic questions were contradictive and more of a standard phrase than an actual true answer. Example Q. Why is it this amount, whats being charged? A. Because we had to file for abandoned title. Q. After 10 days are you kidding? But it had no police holds or 30 day detainment. A. Because its an impound. Q. If its a. Impound, isnt there a 30 day hold? A. Because its a police Impound.This didnt go on much longer. It couldnt it wasnt getting anywhere. I finally ask is there a bill you can give me or payment arrangement or something to show what Im required to pay? No. Was the answer given to all these. Ok, confused and perplexed even more at this point I left I returned 2 more times about a week apart. Again getting nowhere I collected property from vehicle . Whilevit collected more fees. Fees, not only am unsure of other then a $32 day storage.So, if you find you should have the pleasure of also making their acquaintance, my advise is know your rights, take an officer if necessary (I ordered one but they didnt arrive in time). Get vehicle out as soon as possible, before 10 days if you want to have even a small chance of recovering your vehicle.

They were quick, close, and convenient. Anthony showed up and took good care of my car and was even willing to help us push it back into the garage after dropping it off. Props to him. Prices werent too bad either.

The lady up front I believe her name was Mary was completely out of line cussing at us talking to us like she knew us. It wasnt til our lawyer called her that she changed her tone. Most definitely would NOT reccomend.

My car was in an Accident but was still easily drivable, asked about 4 or 5 times if I could just drive it home, waa forced by Highway patrol to have it towed to this yard, same officer left the scene with my drivers license and my car was towed off while I was givin zero information how to get it out and zero warning that I was going to be charged for the time it spent there, now being forced to pay hundreds of dollars to get it out or hundreds of dollars to abandon it. This place is garbage and so everybody associated

Just before the 4th of July I broke down North of New River in my older Suburban. I called and spoke with a young lady and she immediately took my information and had a tow truck in route before we hung up. It was less than 30 minutes and a driver showed up with-in 15 minutes we were loaded and on our way to a repair facility which was next to their offices - Northern Auto - They fixed a broken belt and we were back on our way in less than 2 hours and at a fair price for both. A disaster turned out to be just a short delay. Thanks again!

They left the area of the accident without any paperwork for my vehicle or where it is going. Reported it abandoned to the city then came after me for money or my title there words. This seems to be common practice and i dont KNOW how they are still in business and better yet with DPS. Im ashamed this day having served this country ridiculous! All of you should file a complaint with BBB and contact you local congressman and go hard with this seriously!

Be careful with these thieves.... They will inflate the prices, overcharge and the worst is that the government is part of their scam... I am currently investigating the contract they have with the Department of Public Safety of Arizona, We have to do something to prevent these thieves from scamming people.... A tow that is normally $350 ended up being $2,000+ and Mary the lady working there simply told me if you dont pay you dont take your truck.. and wanted cash....Be very careful people we will be opening an investigation and submit complaints with DOPF... Stop the thieves...

I lost a bearing on my dump trailer with 4 tons of HOT asphalt inside and a crew on the jobsite waiting for me. One call and Mike was on his way with an impressive Landoll. He loaded my truck, trailer and the still hot asphalt and delivered me to my jobsite. I was able to lay the asphalt down before it cooled off and keep my client happy, my crew working and my profit margin! There is a reason why I wont use any other company for my towing needs!!!!

I was broke down with my RV on my way to flagstaff az, called they were there within 40 mins which was awesome considering it was 120 degrees outside. The driver hauled towed our rv to a workshop i found, they handled all the insurance billing and everything. Very good experience, nice employees and the ladies in the office were really helpful. They held my car that was stolen and refused to release it untill I paid over $1000 they never notified me that it was in their possession I found out from a police officer responding to my post on offer up from when I was trying to sell it before it got stolen how is it my fault they recovered my stolen car

I didnt know where my car had gone after it broke down on the freeway and I had to go back to get it. I called this company to see if they had my car and some lady rudely put me on hold right after she had answered and sounded very mad when answering my questions like if I had made her job more difficult. I feel like people with such attitudes shouldnt be serving the public. I left my car near tempe and the I-10. This is in deervally so you can just imagine the fees.

Watch out for these thieves they siphoned all of my gas while my vehicle was in their yard. Shady dirty scumbags.

Lady answering the phone is very rude. Answered my call asked me how can I help you in a nasty voice as soon as I started talking she said can hold then put me on hold. Came back to the phone sounding irritated and told me to call back because shes to busy and there customers at thr window.

Broke down on the side of the road, came back about 1.5 - 2 hours later to get it and it was gone. They have no one in the office for me to come pick it up, and since I need my medication, I have to pay $50 for someone to come meet me there to get my meds. The old term highway robbery is very fitting for this company.

This company engages in unethical and illegal business practices.

The assistant in the window was really mean and wouldnt even let me talk. And when I did finally ask her a question she didnt even let me finish when she yelled NO!
