My fiance got stranded on the freeway the other night with a flat tire after dropping me off at work. He didnt bring his wallet or anything, and when he found himself with a flat, we werent sure exactly what to do. After about 15min of not hearing from him, he called to inform me that Shamrock towing has saved the day!! Earl stopped to help him get his tire fixed and get him and our puppy home safe and sound! THANK YOU SHAMROCK TOWING AND EARL!

Earl, Driver #90 is absolutely amazing! I was coming down the 17 around Northern at about midnight when I had a blowout. I pulled off into a old parking lot and got out, already using my spare on a different flat earlier. Before I knew it, a Shamrock truck had pulled up beside me. I had left my wallet at home, and instead of towing me to a shop or even pulling my wheel, he helped my brainstorm an idea to get me to the tire shop up the road. Ultimately, he helped me fill a tire and get it to hold air, AND lifted my car with his truck to help get it put on quickly. Didnt ask for a penny! He absolutely did not have to help me, but through the kindness of his heart, he helped make what could have been a nightmare just a small bump in the road. I am absolutely bringing all of my future services to Shamrock! 10/10!!!!

To pull an RV out of a pot hole in my front yard, JUST PULL IT OUT, they quoted me $1050.00 and it would be in about 3 days to a week.Ya, what a completely capitalistic corporation.I ended up doing it myself with a shovel, car ramps, and jacks. Thx but the RV itself didnt even cost me that much, I just needed a lil umf out a hole not another one in my wallet.

The thing that impresses me so much about this company shamrock towing is that theyre always on time when they say theyre going to be there there at that timeand they dont make you wait longer than 20 minutes tops but I also believe that their drivers are very helpful and and anyway they can be and very friendly as well.

They had an online auction today in which I purchased 3 vehicles. I was just notified that they had “technical issues” so the bids I won were canceled. There were a bunch of people bidding, they just didn’t get a lot $$ this time around. So they are going to auction the vehicles again tomorrow. This is not acceptable. Everyone can see who is bidding and if they thought there was an issue they could have canceled it then, not after everything was sold. Shady business dealings! Bidder beware!!

If I could go back in time and called anyone else, or dragged my crashed car away myself, I would have. I dont write reviews for online businesses, either, but these are extenuating circumstances. The good news, however, was the driver who originally towed my car to their yard on Smith road in Tempe, Allen, was awesome. Professional and knowledgeable - the man deserves a raise. When I called the yard to have my car relocated, I was greeted by a boorish and curt man who just kept answering my questions with you gotta pay for it! After a drive to the yard myself, I was helped by a nicer woman who helped me get things sorted out. Behind her, I saw the man I had spoken to earlier, still as distinctively unpleasant as ever, lazing around and playing chess online. I dont begrudge him for the chess, but he may want to pick up interpersonal skills in his free time instead. After hours of watching my window to see if my car had been driven back to my apartment, I decided to search my entire complex. Lo and behold, I found my car sitting in nearly the opposite corner of the complex, key in the ignition and receipt nowhere to be found. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it seems that the driver who delivered my car and I have vastly different interpretations of words, numbers, and the alignment of earths magnetic field. All in all, Im sure not everyone will have a bad time, but Im not impressed.

Horrivle experience with this location, really called fast towing working under the shamrock banner. Killed my battery and drained my gas, caused additional damage to my already damaged vehicle, nail in the coffin type stuff. Would not suggest them ever. Rude customer service. Dropped my vehicle right at their front gate, gave me 72 hours to move it with no offer from them. So i called AAA best service ever

After being referred to them I got a quote of $110 for 42 miles. I told him Id have to talk to my mother about the price and was told that the call would be saved in case I decided to call back. I ended up calling back, asked if it was for sure $110 and was assured that unless I gave him the wrong make and model of vehicle or changed the delivery address the price would remain the same. When the driver got there he immediately said it would be 41 miles to my house. The ride went fine and then when we got to the destination I was asked to stay in the tow truck while he wrote up the invoice. He called dispatch and I watched him write prices adding up to a lot more than $110. It ended up being $218 and some change. Of course, I immediately became upset. I assured him that dispatch told me $110 and thats what i was agreeing to pay. Als attitude immediately changed. He became annoyed and was being rude constantly exasperating and rolling his eyes. While he talked to dispatch he told me that if I did not get off the tow truck the cops would be called to have me forced off or arrested and that if I didnt pay the full $218 my truck would be impounded making the price to get it back even more expensive. I asked to speak to the manager and was denied by dispatch because they were too busy talking police calls. About two minutes later a manager/owner (Al kept changing his title) called and accused me of confusing them with the wrong towing company. I assured him they were the only company to give me a quote. so then he changed it to accusing me of misunderstanding. Dispatch said $210, you heard $110 Again, I assured him I didnt misunderstand since i even called back to be sure. & even then how is it more expensive for one mile LESS? 42miles=$210 but 41miles=$218? Didnt make sense. Again, he tried to use the scare tactics on me about impound and arrest since the call was being recorded. Realizing calls were recorded I asked him to listen to the call to prove that i was quoted $110. He said only accounting could do that and that they wouldnt be in until Tuesday after Memorial Day. I the agreed to pay the $218 only if I would be refunded on Tuesday. He agreed to refund me on Tuesday if the price from the phone call was different than the price charged on the invoice. I was confident the price was different so I agreed, but asked to have it written on the invoice just to be sure. The driver immediately began saying he wouldnt write anything claiming hes only a driver and the manager was hesitant but then agreed and convinced his driver to write the agreement in the comment section. Tuesday came around I called accounting and I was told that the money was already being refunded to me. I would give one star but since accounting was at least professional I will keep it at two.

It was 100 on the stress meter. No one can reason with all the lies. They tow my car after the posted time on a gate sign: Of course my receipt doesn’t give the time they towed my vehicle... a Why? Because it was after the posted time on the sign! That’s not all the tow truck guy does. he gathers up vehicles then stages them behind another building. Calls tow truck coworker because he can’t tow 3 cars at once.So I look at it as Shamrock stole my car before towing it to there lot. My window lock was broken. It’s all about the money. Right or wrong. Do not call Shamrock if you need towing service. There are other towing companies here in Arizona

After scheduling my tow a week in advance Shamrock towing was 1 1/2 hours late due to a police tow and then once they got to my house they left to go to another police tow. Dave is the Man! Its 4 in the morning and I have my first call is Shamrock Towing, with in the 3rd bell tone Jessica answers my call ... and says a driver will be with you shortly.Im checking out their reviews and most are 3 stars and below, so I call many of the other towing companies out there that are open 24hours and have 5 Star reviews. Apparently they are not as they advertise 24 hour service! I did all this as I was waiting for Shamrock towing. Less then 30 mins later Dave arrives with a positive attitude and the job is done in lesser time as expected.Money is not everything, it comes and goes. Everyone has a price. Pay to this whom answer your first call.Im so glad that they where their when I needed them most.Ps. I have left many voice mails, and text messages. Some dont even have a voice mail inbox. If I could I would write a negative five about this so called companyi would...I went down today to look at auction cars and had the worst costumer service experience in my life😡 the lot attendant was checking out my wife and whistled at her... mind you he looked like a cracked out actor from the hills have eyes. From the moment I arrived I made sure to lock my doors BC the car I pulled up next to had a group of guys in it smoking something from tin foil. The guy I first talked to was really disrespectful BC he couldn’t hear right I guess... last complaint is that most of the cars that they have listed with keys in them don’t even have them. That’s waisting everyones time if you go for a certain vehicle... I don’t know why they hide them BC I bought a car before that didn’t have keys when I looked but played magicly appeared once I bought it... scum bag of a company and the employees at the main lot have piss poor attitudes from not getting enough smoke from their tin foil. Will never go back and I hope people will never experience the same problems I had today.

The overall service experience was misleading and poor. Upon calling in to inquire about towing an RV, the dispatcher explained they charged $240/hr. Next, a second dispatcher explained they charged a minimum of 1.5hrs labor and the base tow price would be $400. At this point I figured it would still be ok and I should expect possibly paying 400 - $550. The tow was just under 8miles and ended up costing a whopping $792. The labor was for 2hrs, but I was billed for 3hrs. Apparently, Shamrock charges you for the time it takes for the driver to get from their previous dispatch to your location. In effect, you can pay a different towing charge for the same tow depending on how far their driver has to drive from his previous dispatch. Absurd. Also, none of this was disclosed in advance. Further, the tow driver complained throughout the process he didnt have the right tools to do the job when he was getting frustrated hitching up the vehicle and disconnecting the drive train. As a result, it took him 1hr 45mins to hitch and unhitch and only a 15min tow. Pick another tow company.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU. I called this company needing a tow because my car battery went dead. The agent said the cost after fees and taxes would be $95.37 based on mileage of the destination address. I said are you sure? He said yes. He also said it will be a 30 minute eta before the driver arrives to the pickup location. but, he never showed up. So I called back and asked for a status update. This time the agent said 10 more minutes. When the driver Mike finally arrived he took several pictures of the inside and outside of my car and loaded my car up. When we arrived to the destination Mike the tow truck driver handed me a paper and said please sign. I read everything and noticed that I was now being charged $104.94. So I said this is not what I was quoted and this is not the amount I agreed to pay for the service. Do I need to give your company a call back? Mike said yes, so after calling the agent back I asked why did the price change from what I was quoted and he said because the tow driver drove 7 miles to your destination and not 5. I said you gave me a quote based on the address that I said I wanted my car to be delivered to so how is it possible that the price changed? I said you should honor what you quoted me and what I agreed to pay because you made a mistake!!! Not me!!! And if you would have told me that the price may change before we ended our call I for sure would have selected a different company to give my money to. And then he said he would give me a discount which did not meet the 95 dollar expectation. I said I don’t want a discount!! I want the price that you originally gave me. At this point I’m ready to give the payment and part ways with this terrible, unprofessional, deceitful company, and dispute this with my bank. The conversation was getting me nowhere after 10 minutes of trying get the pricing that I was originally given. So my husband gave a call back and gave them the payment so they could release my property. After the payment went through the guy told us he charged our account $130. I really could not believe my ears. What type of faulty business is Shamrock running???? This company should be called SCAMROCK instead! That would be much more fitting for what ever they are running because it’s surely not a company of integrity, and trust! Do not hire Scamrock!!!!!

High rates and slow service. Took over 2 hours to pick up the car. The dispatcher was rude, and the driver was rude. Also they post their times as 8-5pm but were closed 5 mins early after sending me off for 55 mins to get documents. He probably hoped I wouldnt be back. They have contracts with the city and the state, which this is a violation of. It was a very poor experience.
