My car broke down on the side of the road and they towed it within the hour illegally. filed a replace report and they told me to have a lawyer looking into it. The people who work here are very corrupt and unethical take your business somewhere else!

Sticker was tiny and illegible. Then they wouldnt release it for 3 days and wont let me get my insulin out of the car. Illegal as hell!

It was bad enough my car got impounded. I had a hard time finding the place. I wasnt able to contact them directly. I had to call the airport community center to relay messages. On top of all this..... My invoice was never processed and I had to wait longer for them to go thru their people. The communication between the employees sucked. They ended up over charging me. I was able to talk with somebody and my money was reimbursed. That was the best part of my experience with this impound lot.

They have a Chandler yard, yet the MFs towed vehicle to Phoenix from Mesa with a punctured CV axle joint boot. That really grinds my gears and they still chapped my hyde. $1575.00 in re-pairs later... Po pup
