The Camelback KIA team was Great from the Owner taking care of a fellow Marine, too the service department that kept me informed and to the mechanic that worked on our van.
I can say that if you own a KIA of any kind, you should definitely go to Camelback KIA to get your service done. It is hands down the best service department I have dealt with in recent time. Adrian Jaramillo was my service dude and he once again knocked it out of the park and had my oil change and inspection done in no time flat. I bought my KIA Forte5 aka Darth Forte at another dealer and let me say their service department is terrible. They dont do anything right at all, and it makes me sad that I didnt purchase my KIA at Camelback KIA. The folks at Camelback KIA just follow the Golden Rule, Treat people how you would like to be treated. This is why if I have any service that needs to be done, I drive out of my way to go to Camelback KIA service and ask for Adrian Jaramillo. Last year I had my car decarbed and it was awesome as well. I also want to say there is another gentleman Mr. Baine, who is also very awesome as well. Dont waste your time being frustrated by other KIA service departments and go to Camelback KIA. It is a breath of fresh air, when you get quality service like this. Keep up the great work, I will definitely be back.
Lately the service is getting worse. Paid for paint protection and the buffed it out now it just looks cracked

Charles saved me thousands and has earned a loyal customer. I brought my car in solely to get a key programmed for it. The engine to my knowledge needed rebuilt/replaced. While programming the new key fob, Charles came to me and said he was pretty sure he recognized the noise and was confident the issue was covered by recall/warranty. After a couple weeks, involving a rental car at no cost to me and a few free Lyft rides, I have my car back as good as new. Charles went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of, and has earned a loyal customer in doing so.
I took my NEW car in for its first oil change and to have it looked at. My car was at the dealership from 9 am till 230. No one updated my husband. I had to call after waiting 2 hours for the service advisor to have no information for me. The service associate has still never called me. I have purchase 4 cars from this dealership and because of their awful service I will be search else where from now on.

Charles!!!Charles!!!Charles!!!Hands down Charles is the best from honest, caring to hard worker. I been here a few times from oil changes to getting other work needed done. He has taken care of my kia and me. I needed some work done and Charles was quick to jump on it and reach out to my extended warranty with Auto Nation. Best part I didnt have to even left one finger. I love how they have a Uber or Lyft take you come while they work on your car so you dont have to wait around in lobby. Very Covid19 safe doing it this way bravo to Kia Service team for good quality work and being a service center I can trust.

Two and a half hours for an oil change that was scheduled is not acceptable.
