I was able to get an inspection appointment next-day for my 2006 Acura TL. The staff is very friendly and professional. Prices are a bit higher than what you’d find at an independent shop but the service comes with complete peace of mind knowing certified Acura techs are working on your car. No cheap parts or fluids used here. All in all, I paid $480 for a multi-point inspection, brake fluid flush and refill, and transmission fluid flush and refill.

I have been receiving the best service from Acura of North Scottsdale. The service manager Matt Williams is the best. he is knowledgeable very customer oriented. Very satisfied.

Matt Williams has been my service manager since 2015 and without question provides some of the best customer service, reliability, and brings a human element to the process. Acura is lucky to have him. I wouldn’t likely have bought my 2nd Acura without Matt servicing it

I had the worst experience ever. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please stay away the management and sales person Don are very disrespectful.

We walked into the dealership with high expectations, and they were exceeded. We worked closely with Don Fisher, and we walked out with not one, but two new Acuras. Feeling blessed and happy, we left knowing we had made the best choice.

Dropped off our vehicle last night right before closing and Ian set us up with a loaner until our vehicle is repaired. He was very efficient and got us checked out and ready to go home in the loaner in just a matter of minutes. Thanks Ian!
