I ordered three keys and one didnt work it was too big but thats to be had. But I kindly informed customer service of my issue, and they reply back promptly within the given time. My issue was addressed through email with a personable response, and concluded a refund would be the best solution. Im happy to say that Im planning on using them once again and try with my key fob for my car and see how that works out but all in all great job.

I had 3 new keys made to my apartment. It worked like a charm and was handy having it right inside Frys.

Pricey but the convenience and speed the key was made were worth it.
