This is a wonderful well-equipped gym. Lots of new equipment to let you workout any way you want to. The staff was great. Theyre too kind to accommodate even if youre a regular member. Just come and experience!
Working out in this gym is one of my favorite things to do. Id been a client of theirs for nearly a year. This gyms location and facilities appealed to me. The coaches were friendly. Here, I am able to properly execute healthy routines.

They are super knowledgeable and assist with not only small group workouts but also nutrition, kinetic stretching, one on one training and so much more. Best place to workout in the Valley! I have been working out at Spire with the owner Ben and many of the other trainers here for years, and I absolutely love it. Everyone who works here is highly trained and truly want to help you get the results that you are looking for in a healthy and safe manner. They will even cater the workouts for you in the moment to deal with your personal needs (be it injuries, upcoming events, etc), so you are getting the workout that works best for your body. If you are looking for a gym that has a lot of personal interactions and will motivate you to come in, then I highly recommend working out at Spire.
Spire has changed my perspective on fitness. I look forward to my group classes (which are small and personalized) every week! I had a shoulder injury and did not think I could do weight training untilI started working with Devon. Spires trainers are knowledgeable and incorporate functional and safe movements to help you achieve your fitness and health goals, but also motivate you to go farther. Now I have seen significant results. Fun environment. They make everyone feel welcome, no matter where you are in your fitness journey!
I’ve been to many gyms, but this is unlike any other! At Spire they focus on functional movement instead of just esthetics. Their trainers focus on technique to help you learn how to move your best for longevity. Devon’s classes are the best!
I had a couple outstanding workouts here at Spire. In addition to have certified personal trainers present, workouts designed to be effective, multiple session times, and a great facility my favorite part about working our here is their women only sessions. The gym is centrally located with plenty of parking. If you have specific questions for the trainers, they are there to offer you guidance. They can even draft up a meal plan for you to meet your goals on schedule. Come join the fun!
I have been working out with Ben for over 2 years now. Ive had many personal trainers in the past, and Ben by far is the best. He is more than just a trainer. He is extremely intelligent and knowledgable on all things fitness and nutrition. As a former gymnast, I have some issues with my knees and wrists. Ben is always able to modify our workouts to accommodate my restrictions, while still giving me a great workout. He is educated on what foods to eat/avoid, supplements that are legitimate vs. just gimmick, and exercises to achieve whatever fitness goals you have. Our workouts are always different, which means I never get bored and am constantly engaging different muscle groups. Since I started working with him, I have seen my body become more toned (in areas I thought were impossible to fix, such as the backs of my thighs and my upper arms) and I make much better choices about the foods I put into my body.In addition to being a great trainer, hes a great person. I always walk out feeling better and happier than when I walked in, and its not just from endorphins - Ben has an amazing positive energy that is truly contagious. I have referred a couple friends his way and all of them agree that he is the best in town. Thank you, Ben, for being an amazing trainer/nutrition coach, a positive influence, and an endless source of motivation to improve my life!
Spire Health Club is an amazing gym. Personalized workouts with smart trainers. The focus has been on getting into great shape through a logically thought out workout schedule. The owner Ben cares so much about giving the best service possible. He is a wealth of info on health and fitness and makes our workouts fly by.
From the second I walked into Spire, it felt comfortable- like a second home. Ben is a true wealth of knowledge. Not only did he show me proper form and technique, but also wrote me a solid program to keep me on track. I feel healthier than ever and I am seeing results like never before. Great people and a great place to be. Youre missing out until you try it out!
I have been going to Ben for just under a year and he has truly changed my life! I was exhausted, overweight and completely unhealthy. He has shown me that staying consistant and creating healthy habits with food and exercise is essential to not only looking good, but feeling amazing. I now am full of energy and 50lbs lighter. I would not have been able to do this without Ben. He is a great mentor and trainer who truly invests in his clients. I am forever grateful!
I’ve worked out with many trainers but never received close to the results I’ve seen since going to Ben for only 3 weeks now!!! What I really love about him is he not only tries to help you achieve your goals (whether its fat loss or muscle building) but he also pays a lot of attention to your posture and the way you move. This has been so helpful for someone like me who spends most of my day on the computer. I’ve never realized just how much I hunch over it how much my shoulders round forward. He’s working with me to fix these problems and strengthen the muscles that have become weak from non use and it’s made such a positive change in my back and neck pain. I can’t say enough good things about him, so relieved someone recommended him to me.
