Such great hosts with some personality. Thank god. Also amazing steam room, love relaxing in there and feels and looks super sexy. Rooms with showered could use a upgrade as the showers always spill regardless of curtain/screen protectors. A multipurpose room would be dope by getting some people involved with some on screen entertainment who are not there renting out rooms would be a fun kickback area. Lastly, some ability to light a room on for service and so forth (maybe multipurpose colored signal lights) for rooms. Overall I’d give them a 5 star but due to the minor changes without quality upgrades is why they are receiving a 4 star from me.

Flex no longer allows you to bring any type of backpack, gym bag, travel bag, knapsack, etc into Flex. [They used to always allow this.]If you dont happen to have your own vehicle with you -- say you took a taxi -- to keep your bag in while you visit Flex, they will hand you a plastic grocery bag and tell you to put your personal belongings into the plastic grocery bag. Then they will insist on going through your personal belongings to see what you brought. They insist on keeping your (backpack, travel bag, gym bag, knapsack, etc) with them behind the counter.

Have been twice now ! First time was amazing really what I wanted.Second time wasn’t very busy picked the wrong time of day.Seemed like a lot of regulars were there, so not very exciting.During the day seem to have more Biz type guys, and night is a entire different story.

Yikes!I was at FLEX last night and noticed a man that remained in the same position (same spot/corner spot overlooking 3 areas-particularly the big room-, not interested in others or talking) during the entire full length of my stay who appeared to be a dealer of sorts or what appeared to be a deal. I overheard him say: Good to see you to another gentlemen, pulling him into an embrace/hug and they both reached low with their hands to pass off some cash. I know theres a hard no on bags now, but how did anybody not notice on the cams this kind of behavior the entire night? FLEX is fun but this is ridiculous.Your no bag policy most def isnt stopping these types of individuals from still doing their business and apparently on the ground floor as well now.Edit: The room rented directly across from the small room near the big room is where the guy was in and right outside the door at the corner when coming out. I mean, whats the point of the no bag at this point? For years this hasnt been an issue but all of a sudden, it has. Doesnt make sense.

Just like the below post from which Anthony stated, they do not allow any form of bag of any type since they believe this is the only means of some of their clients from bringing in illicit substances particularly T and H. They wont check pockets, but theyll deny bags when all it takes is for someone to hide stuff on their body, pockets or shoes. They did in fact used to allow bags and the problem is still going on even without a bag. They somehow get alcohol in too.It appears they changed their pricing all of a sudden and discontinued some of the benefits including the gym, more expensive than any of the other FLEX locations. A shame they didnt have the decency to communicate (Poor Communication) this change on their social mediums let alone their own website that these changes would go in affect in ex: date. Some of these other FLEX locations still have their same pricing and benefits intact. :VLets just say, I prefer old management Pre-Cvd days.

Ahhhh this is what FLEX can be like. Accessible guys, friendly staff, sundry corners in which to hold prayer meetings and such. Glory to God!

I love the atmosphere and everything the staff is welcoming there are guys there who are very welcoming as well but I guess the only problem I have is if youre not skinny you dont get bottomed at all

Hal is a great massage therapist, my whole body feels incredible. Got the 60 minute Groupon and felt completely rejuvenated. The spa looks a bit like an office but theyve got aromatherapy and great decorations to add charm and relaxation.

A private club where members can relax and unwind. From the outside it looks questionable but once inside there are a number of play rooms and a decent gym. Lets not forget the salt water pool and jacuzzi. I love their extra large steam room. The crowd is always mixed with a good variety of some pretty hot Guys. And believe me they are not shy. Mix and minglle make new friends. Its the perfect place to hide out or just get away without leaving city limits. Oh and how could I forget on Sundays they have a poolside BBQ event serving free cheese burgers and hotdogs with all the trimmings.😉

I have been to the Flex many times, always clean, always friendly. Love the pool and jacuzzi and have always met nice guys.guys

Enjoyed my time spent there. As far as places to check out for alternate engagement with others, I would highly recommend this place to others.

This place is truly awesome...but they discontinued their gym membership :( its now economically unfeasible to go here to hang out and enjoy the scene on any given day.

It is great when visiting Phoenix as it is the only place in town that has a pool and full spa. The downfalls of this place is that the staff can be rude the rooms DO NOT have a locked compartment for your valuables (every other place I’ve visited has this) and they have raised the prices so it is a bit Expensive for 8-hours, so sadly I can’t frequent Flex as often.

The guy in the picture has the nastiest attitude in Phoenix, my guy, it’s a spa, act like it.

This was my first visit. I have been to other spas in other cities. I found FLEX to be clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. I was able to move about comfortably. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but still plenty of amenities with the weight room, sauna, hot tub, mazes and movies.I did go on a Tuesday morning so it was very reasonabel too and yet there was a good number of men there. I was really looking forward to laying out in the sun a little and this time allowed for plenty of open seats in the sun with full sunshine. It was very relaxing. I also found some time to play with some of the other patrons which is all part of the relaxation of going to a spa.I can only imagine it is that much more fun during busier times, but this time was perfect for my needs. Thanks FLEX! and thanks to your staff there too!

Great pool. jacuzzi. Larger rooms with videos. Smaller rooms and just the locker. Of course the eye candy.... Much improved lately.... Only negative is the high pricew at peak tomes.

The steam room is perfect. This is the spot where you can relax and feel refreshed. The staff is friendly, they also maintain the cleanliness of their place. I will definitely come back here.

Great place,been coming here for years.The staff have been great 90% of the time.they started serving pizza slices for a dollar.!! Awesome idea.

Its not a bad place just a bad rep.There is a pool, hot tub, TVs, maze ect. I have seen the staff cleaning areas several times while I was there. The pool is also clear of any leafs or dust. Prices are expensive, best days is Monday/Tuesday since those are the cheapest days. They are also often the busiest days.The guy selection there is very hit or miss. But I have met polite and respectful men there. Its cool to try your luck or just hang out. Only pool in all of AZ where clothing is optional.One thing that does need work on is getting guys in there. There are too many days where its a ghost town.

I came from Chicago to Scout out the area a while back checked in with flex its a nice place theres a few recommendations Id have for him if they would take the advice I know the bathhouse industry I run a very successful one in Chicago and I purchase some land in the Phoenix metropolitan area im doing a three-story bathhouse will give future updates via Facebook and Ill let everybody know what to look for in the future as for now Flex is a nice place but I aim to give them a run them and Chute my project is already approved by the city council and the state and also the county so we will seeJust went back here they raised prices for what reason power is loosing businessWhen new place opens this place will close as well as chuteThese places are dilapidated out dated and lacking sex appealWere 5 months from opening day

Love this place, they have done some updates recently. Its very clean.

I almost always have fun and good time but the last 2 times I went the staff seemed numb ... my room was not clean and still had the previous persons discarded items in the room. After a run around I was offered a different room and seemed like things were looking better but we discovered ANTS were all over the room.... tried to get staff to fix the situation but they ignored the issue.... so I left... no refunds offered.... It is not to cheap to get room lockers for guest

Can be fun at times. Depends on the crowds. Lately though been striking out. Not as dirty as they say but of course these places never seem 100% clean. Best show in town though..

Good place just depends on the day and if their busy.

I worked there for about 3 months. I saw more overdoses, men tweeking, on GHB, or other things than I can count. I would not recommend going for ANY reason. Not to mention its less than a half a mile from an elementary school and the place is VERY dirty (I should know, I cleaned the place) .
