It has been over 2 weeks since I joined Muscletopia. So far the best decision I have done. If you expect to be challenged, this is the place to go. Not for the weak, only for those who want result. Ivan will train you and will target on what you need and work with. Plan ahead and be on task if you want to see results. The gym has all the necessary equipment and the atmosphere is phenomenal. Cleanness is outstanding.

Fantastic gym. Owner and trainers are visibly passionate about what they do. Not pushy about joining at all. They have an awesome environment for training and they know it. Inside the gym they have nautilus equipment among some other unique pieces that you dont normally see in gyms. Its a versatile training location that is perfect for weight training. Just an all around positive training atmosphere and great equipment. Not sure what else I could ask for from a gym.

Days ago friends asked me how I was doing in my new gym and the truth is I feel very good. I want to thank the coach for the good job he does and always give his best to make people feel happy. I have a lot of respect for him professional and personal. I always recommend people who ask me for a place to workout and this is why. Loved this place, by far my favorite gym I’ve ever been to. My girlfriend and I were in town for the weekend and wanted to get a quick lift in. We called to see if they had day passes, and the owner Ivan told us to just stop by free of charge (if you don’t count the push-ups he had me do as payment). If you’re looking for a gym that will make you want to get better, lift harder, and push yourself, then Muscletopia is the place. Friendly staff and great vibes. Wish I could have a similar gym at home, just the place I need to take my fitness journey to the next level.

If you’re serious about your training and you want to have a gym with trainers who not only look the part, but actually know what their talking about then this place is your home. You feel like you went back in time to Golds in the 70’s, it’s that same pure raw energy that pushes you to work harder. I went to this gym while visiting Phoenix with some friends. Ivan welcomed us with a smile, and lighthearted ribbing. He made us feel at home in the gym, and pushed me to limits I hadnt reached since I was in high school. What i notice when 1st coming to this gym was the owner was very outgoing and professional.. The environment is well friendly and motivating.. Clean very well kept up...

My daughter and I went out for a walk a couple of weeks ago and was fortunate to have the stars align and we decided to pop our heads in to check it out....AND instantly knew this was where we were meant to be after talking to the owner and getting the 411 we needed. He invited us to continue our workout and for the first time in my entire life I have worked out EVERYDAY SINCE! And I look forward to coming in every day....which is something pretty huge for me. I absolutely love Muscletopia,I have been going to this gym for 4 weeks and have lost over 16lbs. I am being coached by Ivan and it has been a life changing experience. When i first arrived my general goal was to slim down and try to get into shape. In the short amount of time i have been there; my life style, eating habits and goals have completely changed. Ivan ensures that every member feels comfortable during their workout. Ivan introduces me to every other member that is there when i am and it makes the environment so much more comfortable. This gym is CHOICE. Best leg equipment in AZ. The gym is super clean and well equipped, with everything for a focused, heavy workout. The atmosphere is great for anyone from first timers to pro body builders.Ivan is incredibly knowledgeable and is always willing to provide tips or assist, regardless of experience level.Did I mention best leg equipment?

Dawg!!!! This was the best workout that Ive had since I was on my high school football team. Ivan pushed me to see where I could be even with my injury which he watched out for. I like the environment that muscletopia provides where you feel like you walked into a family. The older more swole guys are like uncles that just want the best for you. They encourage you to push harder and to recognize that there is a better version of yourself that you can achieve. Heard about the place through a friend because I noticed their transformation and and when I came in I was immediately greeted with open arms and started training with Rod Harris, it’s been a month and a half now and I have lost 30 pounds. Best Gym in Arizona, well equipped, cleanest faculty in town and hands down the best staff in the world.

For over a year I drove past Muscletopia and thankfully one day I finally stopped to inquiry about membership. I had no intention on utilizing the personal training services but was looking for a place to do cardio. I have spent countless money on personal trainers that ultimately resulted in the dissatisfaction of their service and the feeling of being more of a paycheck. From day 1, the owner Ivan made me feel at home. More importantly he made me feel like family. He welcomed my family and I with open arms. It is now 4 months later and the care he showed me from day 1 is still there. Unlike the current training society, Ivan cares about his clients. Super cool gym. Ive traveled all over the country and have trained in many gyms. The vibe here is cool and Super Clean. The owner is also SUPER COOL and was very accommodating to us. Would highly recommend checking this gym out! We signed up and dont even live in the area. We will be in the area a few times a week and now have our GO TO GYM.

I visited friends in Phoenix and used Muscletopia because they have a trainer there. It is Covid so there was a check-in procedure and temperature checking every time we arrived. The gym was cleaned every time I was there. My friends love the owner but I didnt have any 1:1 sessions. Equipment was is great shape, never crowded, good location.

I’ve worked out for several years now and I haven’t gotten the results I expected, maybe was my lack of knowledge about proper and correct weight training. Having been in the fitness industry for quite some time, I was honestly surprised to see several pieces of equipment I had neither used nor seen before.Ivan is knowledgeable, encouraging, and ensures that members work harder than they would on their own. There is no room for slacking when you’re here, and I wouldn’t have my workouts any other way.

Awesome facilitie if your serious about lift weights and fitness. All the necessary equipment is there. Best leg equipment selection in the state. Owner is extremely nice and takes pride in his gym. Good community of members. Highly recommended it.

I had the great fortune of doing legs at this gym and had a great time doing it. Everything about this gym is geared toward making the clientele feel like they belong. Amazing energy and some unique equipment that really makes this place stand out from a lot of other gyms I’ve experienced. Definitely looking forward to going back!

Cleanest gym in town! No corporate feeling or hardcore sales person trying to get your money, I signed up the first day I walked in and they gave me 2 free PT sessions to help be get motivated. The gym is super well equipped and machines are all working. I’ll give muscletopia a 5 star review for the gym but a 1000 star review for how I was treated. If you are looking for a small size gym with better equipment than the big box gyms this is the place for you!

Ivan is amazing and this gym is a place of true support. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Then Ivan helped me to identify my personal health goals and created a plan for me. Not an plan printed off the internet but a true healthy workout plan and nutrition plan. The support he gives is amazing and encouraging. This gym has everything I need (and more) to achieve my goals. This is not a place that wants to take your money. As soon as I walked through the doors at Muscletopia, my energy and motivation to crush a workout increased 100 fold. This environment is extremely conducive to intense, diverse, and complete exercise routines.Will be coming back - great clean facility, and very knowledgeable staff.

Legit gym, super clean, nice employees, and top of the line equipment. If you haven’t already, I recommend you check it out! Has all the classic things you’ll need plus some really cool machines I’ve tried for the first time that work the hell out of my legs.

I cannot say enough good things about this gym. I decided to come in with some friends, Ivan Almonte, took time to sit and answer specific questions I had. The people here are so sweet & you can tell that they genuinely care to help you & motivate you. On top of all of that, it is so clean & well taken care of, as there are people constantly walking around and spraying down the machines. Seriously, if youre looking for a smaller gym, that has all the equipment you could need, that has a friendly & welcoming environment, this is the place for you.

Muscletopia is a fantastic gym in Phoenix. Ivan does a wonderful job of operating the gym and is welcome to everyone that walks in the doors. They’ve got some very rare equipment in here that’ll definitely give you a good workout. I’ll be coming back here every time I’m in Phoenix!

Love this place since I started my nutrition and work out plan with Ivan I have lost 10 pounds in less then a month. He truely cares about the people that come to this gym u can really feel it once u walk through the doors..highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout experience.

First thing I noticed was just how clean the facilities are, comforting to see a Gym take pride in its commercial hygiene. The trainers and Owner treat you like family and make accountability, hardwork, discipline fun. No better place. Family, Fun, fitness.

It’s way more than a “gym” that you’d find at Planet Fitness, Lifetime, or any other chain gym out there. It’s a legitimate dōjō and Ivan is the Sensei that brings all of the learning, training, and wisdom that comes along with working out in a wholistic perspective.I’ve gone through 5 other trainers in the past 4 years, all of the others at the chain gyms were just supervisors and never taught or pushed me to become better. Ivan is the first trainer who has been able to lift me to the goals I’ve wanted to achieve and continues to train me to be self sustained for the rest of my life with the knowledge I’m getting with each workout.This is a smaller gym, but with all the equipment you could want, great for avoiding the crowds, and has a much more personal touch. Ivan makes it a point to make everyone who walks through the door feel welcome. I can’t imagine going to any other gym now that I’ve switched to here.
