Be Epic is my home gym! They offer CrossFit, and the instructor/owner Jacob is amazing! He goes above and beyond to help you with your fitness goals, and nutrition. He actually cares and you will not be disappointed.

Jacob is the best coach around. Hell meet you where youre at with your fitness ability and modify for any injuries in a non-judgemental environment. Jacob is a wealth of knowledge in many areas including fitness, health, and nutrition. Ive been to a lot of gyms in my 10 years in the Phoenix area, Be Epic is by far my favorite, worth every penny!

Jacob is an awesome person and trainer. He helps you in your struggles and guides you through out the workout. Gym is awesome and is conveniently located. After I joined my endurance has increased a lot and am More fit than ever. The program helped me in building my personality and confidence a lot. I would recommend this Gym for anyone.

Dropped in to get a workout with a buddy. Not only was the coach incredibly kind but all the athletes were nice to us. Got tons of great tips. If I lived in Phoenix this is where I would go to get a good workout.

This is by far the best box I have been to. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed and accepted into the group. The coaches are great and never hesitate to correct your form or motivate you when lifting! Crossfit Untouchable provided a great example of what all boxes should be like!

Dave and I used to work together at the office. He got me into the best shape of my life. You wont find a better instructor or more motivated guy.

These guys are great. I try to be in the gym consistently 3-4 times a week. 1/2 on the bike hour or so with the weights yet these guys crushed me. Great workout, great instructors. Dave and Monte push you as far as you can go and maybe just a little past. I am sore as I write this. Totally recommend it.
