The daily works are always challenging and never become monotonous. It is a great way to loose weight, tighten up, make friends, and feel great about the many accomplishments you will have by being a member...mine so far are a 45 lb. weight loss, awesome muscles, and more energy than I have had in years! Best powerlifting gym in AZ! This place has everything you need. Staff is extremely helpful and nice. The gym is also clean and kept up with. The gym environment very encouraging and has definitely kept me motivated.

This gym is incredibly welcoming and in it for the right reasons. My 2 roommates joined a couple months ago and raved about the gym! Great little powerlifting gym. Good community. Lots of engagement if you want it. The only thing theyre lacking is a shower/water fountains. Not enough to keep me away.Update**They have a water machine now! Perfect for those Arizona summers

Ive only been here for less than a month but so far this is one of the best gyms Ive attended since moving to Phoenix.Great equipment, great prices, friendly people, and the perfect environment to workout in. If youre serious about lifting and sick of commercial gyms I would come here.

Hands down the best gym Ive ever been to! Whether youre a powerlifter, bodybuilder, or someone just trying to get in shape, this place has it all. From multiple power racks, platforms, bars, and even calibrated plates! Not to mention the owners are amazing and tremendously passionate about lifting. Theyre always striving for ways to improve the gym and make it the best possible environment for everyone. Also 24 hour access with key code, so youll have a place to call home!

Great gym, with almost all of the toys a serious lifter could want. Owners are amazing, taking time to communicate any issues as they arise.

Love working out here. Staff is helpful, clean facility, and members are supportive. The Owner is always cleaning the equipment, making sure that they are up-to-par. Totally recommend you come by and try it out!
