Not sure why this idiot feels the need to idle his truck right next to my house but hopefully something gets done about it. There are plenty of places not next to my house to park and rest. Use common sense

I recently applied to this company to be a driver and despite the fact that as a Professional Driver I have no discredit to my record as a driver, I was not contacted by this UNPROFESSIONAL company.

Ms Abercrombie and Ms Morgan are great people and care. The rest well they are like a box of chocolate 🍫

Nice place to visit. Safety staff are really nice and helpful. Maintenance shop staff are helpful and knowledgeable.CONS: Lunch truck does not serve good food. They can barely cook or dont follow recipes. Prices are high. Not worth paying for. Hopefully another catering company will replace them soon.

Training was Super Awesome! Safety is the #1 Priority at Werner. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in working for a CDL Company.

Dont ever try to make a complaint against a driver because you will be transferred to death only to be sent to a line that is never answered. If you ask for a direct number they tell you there isnt one. Its funny how I can get through to Schneider in a minute and over forty minutes later still Im no closer to reaching someone. They have some rude drivers as well.

Absolutely one of the best Trucking Company to work with if you ever wanted to become a truck driver or better yet traveling...Werner is there for you all the way...providing free training with Road Master and pays you $650.00 weekly while your in training...who does that? I say no more because Im living proof of it and experience in my life right now. Thank you Werner...I feel like new family once again.

Very poor safety staff in keeping you in the loop.I would be delivering Werner loads threw a company who leases there trucks. That company was Eagle trucking. Went out with a trainer for 11 days and everything was great.Eagle sent me with a truck assigned to get a tablet installed and as I was waiting for over 10 hours and truck is ready. I was informed i need to road test and complete computer based training. Instead of being on the ball and telling me while I was waiting its extended to another day. I could not leave with the truck. I had to uber home on my dime. I complete the computer training at home. Show up at 7am the next morning via uber. Again nobody is aware what one hand is doing with the other. Not till 830am i was told we will go road test. I complete the test and I was told I failed the road test for splitting the lane and when I backed up i unbuckled to look out the window to do my 45. They said they need to submit it to corporate. So now they have me do driving simulators. Complete that. I sit and wait down stairs. Then I went back to the truck. Its now 4pm and nobody has told me anything. I go back inside and i sit and wait. Bryan has me go upstairs to his office and then informs me I was disqualified for my actions during the road test. No second chance. Come back in a year if you want to try again. Now I need to clear the truck out with all my belongings. Im there with no car. Got to uber again. Came back the next morning with my car. Clear out the truck. I go inside and ask Bryan for receipt or acknowledgement that I turned everything in. Tells me there is nothing to give me. I told him I saw a mechanic quit yesterday and you had him sign a piece of paper. So there was a back and forth and then he finally says I can write an email. I need to cover my butt. Its a $100k truck. Just common sense. This whole process was terrible and a complete waste of my time and money. I would not recommend anyone to work with Werner. A week later I was employed by another trucking company who has there act together.

The company is hiring some strange people but the company is doing ok. They have trainers and good trucks and the orientation classes are not to bad. They give you the information you need to drive a truck.

Big changes from a year ago.

Warner enterprise is a joke. The don’t give you correct information and give you the run around all the time. They are very disorganized and don’t keep track of if you check in while being a student trainer. My husband has been here for almost 2 months and has got the pay he has suppose to since he has started. And they don’t care if your pay is correct or not. The trainers while you are a student trainee don’t follow the right procedures therefore messing with your pay and then the company says oh well basically. Thought this would be a good opportunity for what my husband told me when first starting out but starting to think this company is a joke. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Decent company. Pay could always be better but my miles are good and the benefit package is up to par with the rest of the industry.

It could be alot better better pay better trucks and given what we are promised but I guess what you get for a company that only care about the dallors then its people who drive for a living.

Not recommended for those with families to get back to. Poor communication and not organized at all. No one know what the other half is doing. Get ready to feel like you are left in the dark all the time. And new drivers when you get your first truck get ready to clean the last drivers mess. Oh and if you need a c-pap/bi-pap be ready to buy a converter to use it, the power in the truck isnt sufficient. Even tho its necessary for you to have. Be ready for a lot of out of pocket costs that the company does not provide or reimburse. Get all promise in writing still doesnt mean they will keep them. Great that they take new drivwrs but if you dont stand up for yorself you wont get what you deserve.

Love being at this Werner Enterprises terminal... some of the nicest person in the world works here... I cant wait to get back.

Ive been a truck driver a long time, but Werner Transportation is by far the most supporting employer that Ive come to know as an employee driving truck over the road.

Was nice to come in get the truck fix and do my laundery in 2 hrs time

Good place accommodations are good. Treated fairly maintenance could be more friendly and informative. Free coffee is a plus at Phoenix az terminal. This place is clean.

Low cpm. Rude staff. All around a bad company too work for. The only reason they have any drivers at all is they provide the platform for inexperienced drivers to get their foot in the door until their driving record will allow them to obtain employment with a real trucking company.

Your drivers going down hwy 17 to Phoenix are very unsafe drivers. One of them steered into me and almost ran me off the road.

They say they care but they really do not. I worked hard and had to fight for home time. I was sick on the road from stress from the company. I never made it home to my appointments on time. I got to the point I had to go to the emergency room to see a doctor. This was the worst place I have ever worked. I will never go back or advise anyone to go there... I was forwarned but I thought they treated veterans better. Boy, was I wrong.

Well I was terminated because of an accident that happened 6 years ago and the application review stated they only look back 5 years. Run away while you can the recruiters only care about getting money off students. They will leave you at the closest terminal to the trainer when fired. Werner does not care about your convencne. To the company your just a dollar sign.

I learned the hard way. Great for beginners but dont stay. Equipment is well taken care of BUT the fleet managers will cheat you out of trips if you dont keep real good track of trips to # ship cons and etc WRITE IT DOWN CHECK IT OFF! I waited almost 2 months for one hoping Id forget itll be on next check sitting waiting weekends for a load another problem. Then fighting to get $20 for it. The BS doesnt stop. This was the last straw. I finally got to shake the CEO hand one day. He wiped his hand off on his pants right afterward. My hands were clean. To above it to be a trucker. The old man ran it well took care of drivers. Now its just a trainer mill and a RIP off. Set up. Dont trust what your told.

Place is full of people with the biggest ego whatsoever, very misleading... went to AIT which is a werner owned school on a pre-hire to the tune of $8000,i had my CDL prior so technically the only thing I needed was hours in a CMV... after leaving went to my orientation did my training with a trainer for 5Wks then was asked to go to Las Vegas too pickup my truck, started my solo driving for 2weeks when i was told by my dispatch to route to their Fontana terminal where i was brought into safety to be told that my services was going to be terminated because of my criminal record, the problem is i dont have a record i was arrested and the case dismissed, which they were privy to that information prior to hiring me..but was treated like toilet paper they would give me a bus ticket with a truck load of my personal stuff. Their safety investigator who need to know how to read a report wouldnt even have the decency to call me back after numerous attempt.. so now Im left to hold the bag with my student loan... not the place its market to be.
