I had a very important document to send overnight for early AM delivery. I dropped the package off a few hours before the cut off time. It was not delivered the next day. I contacted the store and was told to call UPS customer service. UPS customer service blamed the store for not sending out on time. The store is saying they sent out on time. Pushed in circles trying to solve. Use Fed Ex!

Horrible Customer Service. Needed help with shipping. They not only selected too big of a box, but tried to tell me how to pack. That was after standing there, watching me. I ended up wasting an entire roll of tape, and buying a box that split apart after packing it the way they told me to. I still need to ship stuff out. Horrible!UPDATE (06/23/21):It took four months for you to reply?The clerk was not kind, immature, and not even close to being helpful. She packed the box, by literally throwing everything in there. I had to take everything out, and repack the box correctly, to show HER that she was packing it wrong. SHE picked out the box. I couldnt. The box broke, because it was the WRONG box. When I was finished packing, there was a lot of room left in the box. Her attitude, and lack of customer service, caused this mess. You do not know me, and what I know about shipping. Your response shows that she is allowed to treat customers this way. Unacceptable.

Owner more interested in being right vs being helpful. Bad attitude and lack of professionalism. I’ll go elsewhere.

The worst customer service from the manger! She yelled at me and was so rude after i just couldn’t understand how they lost a package that weighed 92 pounds!! She offered no solutions to loosing or stealing my package! She said call corporate! The package i sent was worth 5,000 dollars and now I’m out that money because ups says they are not responsible!! Terrible customer service! Don’t ever use this store to ship packages! Go to the store on happy valley so much kinder people and they don’t yell at their customers who just want their money back or their item returned!!!

Great hours. They open at 7:30 so Ive shipped dental cases here for the last few months. Every package Ive sent has arrived on time and intact. Friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend them.

I was a customer here for 10+ years and they had always been great... until they changed management recently.Apparently, they closed my mailbox with no notice and did not even make an attempt to contact me via email or phone. I went in one day and my key didn’t work. When I asked about it, the lady was very rude and said that it was closed 9 months ago for non-payment (I had recently paid and had been in there to pick up my mail just a few weeks prior).I asked what it would take to reopen the box and she threw a price list down and said the prices had gone up and I would need to fill out all this paperwork. I decided it wasn’t worth my time to deal with such poor customer service. Since I was expecting an important item in the mail (which I had confirmation of delivery there), I asked if it had arrived. They rudely said that any mail for me would have been returned to sender.The new management here is terrible and has made it clear that they do not want your business.

Dont bother with making an appointment for a notary because a confirmed appointment means nothing. When you show up youll be lucky if someone is there any the store employee will look at you with a blank stare and say I dont know why you were able to make an appointment because we dont have anyone here for 4 more hours. Im not even sure Walmarts customer service is this bad.

Female associate was extremely rude, apparently upset that I interrupted her socializing session. Almost immediately she told me that UPS had already picked up and then asked if I still wanted to ship the package (why else would I be standing in a UPS store with a package in my hand??) She was not helpful at all, did not offer alternative solutions to my shipping needs and when I was appalled at the price to ship a 9x11 envelope she blamed me for wanting the package delivered quickly. I subsequently offered to pay for the envelope that I was going to use so that I could leave and take my business elsewhere. I had to ask her twice how much the the envelope was so I could pay for it until she told me just to take it and leave. I said Thank You and she responded with Have A Nice Life. Completely inappropriate. How this woman still has a job is beyond my comprehension. I then went to Michaels Mailboxes and they quoted the same package, delivery time frame, etc. for $25 dollars cheaper. Save your time and sanity and go somewhere else.

This store is great. I dropped off the wrong box for shipment and the staff was able to retrieve it from the local driver. Thanks, saved me some worry.

Busy store but they get the job done. I Just dropped by to get my finger prints, I had to wait a few but everything worked out. The technician explained the process and encouraged me to return if fingerprints needed to be repeated Free of charge. I will let all my classmates know to come here for finger prints.

This UPS Store is 5 minutes from my office. They even provide postal services here. The lady upfront was very helpful.

Please do not use this store !!! They lost a package and wouldn’t take responsibility as it was their fault !!! Their service is terrible and I don’t recommend them to anyone !! My package was worth a lot of money and it was never found which leads me to think they cannot be trusted

Missed my driver pick up, so I used this store to drop off packages............. they are fast and friendly. I parked right up front and dropped off all my boxes. They even let me use the dolly. My apologies for all the packages today, running a little behind in production.

Ive been a mailbox and shipping customer (about 2 shipments a month) for a little over 5 years. The people here are great, really know what theyre doing and provide outstanding customer service. Ive also used the print, copy and notary service on occasion - very convenient. Highly recommended.

I let them price gouge me 5 or 6 times. Every time I went in I was shocked by their shipping quote. We sell products on EBay, and EBay has a shipping calculator that spits out UPS prices. THE PRICES YOU PAY AT THIS STORE ARE THREE TIMES WHAT YOURE QUOTED FOR UPS SHIPPING BY EBAY. Today, they quoted me $200 to ship an item that EBay calculated shipping at $60. I shipped this same item with them before, and they charged me half as much. THE SAME ITEM. They said: this ones different, its WAY bigger. IT WAS THE EXACT SAME MODEL NUMBER. (Theyve got an arsenal of excuses that seem believable-its how they TOOK me so many times. They charged $40 just to put it in a box. That box was twice as big as it needed to be. Looking back, I think they used the bigger box to drive up the shipping cost. ***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***

I am the owner of a small business and I went into the store today to inquire about a package that was dropped off for ups delivery and delivered damaged with over 90% of the contents missing upon arrival..after explaining the situation to the new store owner Jamillah, she asked me if the package was damaged when I brought it in for delivery last week..I answered her in an admittedly sarcastic manner in that why would I do that and she let me know she didnt like the tone of my voice and told me to leave her store..After some heated cursing on both are parts a ups driver who was in the store at the time put his hands on me encouraging me to leave..definitely none of his business..suffice to say,we will no longer be using this outlet for processing and would warn others of the unprofessional exhibited..

I had the pleasure of working with Heena and was beyond satisfied. I spoke with her over the phone prior to coming in and she was very helpful. I had lots of questions about how to ship a cake and she was very patient with me. She was just as helpful in store and very pleasant and friendly. I will definitely come back to this location. Would have given them 5 stars but there are times that I cannot get through on the phone. Wish they would hire additional people for when they are busy! Otherwise a great location!

I love the peace of mind I get from UPS sending a text with the date and time of my delivery, followed by a text when the package has been dropped off. They are always prompt and the delivery person is alway courteous.

Sharma (employee) up front very rude asked for tape to seal top of box and directed me to the whole tape aisle, I said all I needed was a small strip to seal box. She said no, you have to purchase a roll. I always use UPS to return packages from school . Well they charge you $4.99 at this location for a single strip of tape . Thats ridiculous !
