This terminal is now called T-Force Freight.I have a huge complaint about a driver that showed up for a pickup. We have 1.5 acres of land out in the country in Maricopa that we do business on. We have freight pickups and drop offs every single day with the largest semis on the road. Your driver parked his commuter pickup truck on street on the opposite side of our property than we needed, and then refused to move his truck to our loading area. We have a specific slab of concrete as a loading dock to pick up crates and he would not come to that area to get the cargo. He wanted us to drag our 200lb 6 foot long crate 1/2 acre across our property into the street, and then drag it in the street (45 mph traffic) to the backside of his trailer. We have never in 7 years had a licensed CDL driver say that they would not come to our loading doc to pick up our crates. TForce has also been here several other times without problem, but this particular driver refused to back up his truck saying it was on our personal property and that he couldnt back his truck up. There is a 50 ft clearance on the drive, and enough room for him to completely turn around unobstructed on our property! He wasn’t willing to even back his truck up to the front of drive to make his own idea easier. He laughed at us, and smirked at us while we were asking him to be flexible and so my husband had words with him. We asked for a different driver who was a more confident driver to come out, and instead his ego got wounded and he repeatedly had his dispatcher “Jonathan” cancel our pickups 3 days in a row. This is unacceptable, and immature, and I believe this should be addressed. This kid should not be driving, he’s going to cause a major accident. I’ve left several messages for the operations manager and no one is willing to deal with it. We now have T-force labeled “do not book” with our freight broker.
This place its a joke, when you arrive at front desk, theres like 6 people just sitting there and no one even have the courtesy to say hi, actually theres no one responsable for the lobby. After 3 minutes standing there i have to say “hi” out loud for someone to help me out. Theres no phone number to contact nobody neither. I will never place an order again with these guys.
Never used UPS Freight before. Called to get a price quote and because I was a new shipper they told me all about first time shipper discounts. My quote went from $1100 down to $173. I thought great and made all the arrangements to have my shipment picked up. Driver arrived and to pick it up the next day and picked up my shipment and stated it was around 150 lbs. I said great as I declared 183 lbs, so I should be covered! Wrong, they sent me a bill for $550 more $ stating my shipment weighed in at 1070 lbs (should have been 170 lbs). I had labels on the packages from the manufacture stating what the weight was. They would not accept this. I contacted the manufacture and they stated the weight I used was correct. They would not accept this, after arguing with them for several months, they reduced the bill to $120, Thieves!!!!! Never again.

I never write reviews but I called 4 times to pick up my package, and they would always say we’ll mark you as urgent, “you should be receiving a call within the hour” but never did receive the call after waiting 2 hours from speaking with them( each time) I never received any calls, when customers service called this place no one was there to answer, please don’t use them!
Lost our parts, didnt seem concerned. When they found them they didnt let us know untill they just showed up after we reordered them because our customer was down

Absolute worst customer service!! Scheduled a pick up between 12-3 (3hrs instead of 2) yet the driver won’t be here until around 5? No call to inform your customers of the change. Rude dispatch!! Many other options as far as shipping freight. Stay away from UPS freight!
Lost my first package and second reorder was broken and destroyed
Lost a 2000lb pallet of tile and its taken me 5 days of phone calls with no answer to where my missing tile is and when it will be delivered. Super poor customer service and tracking of their shipments. How do you lose a 2000lb item 1 of 5 pallets. They are clearly marked with the pallet 1 of 5, 2 of 5, etc. So how do you leave the dock with 2000lbs of your delivery missing. And then Ive called 7 times each time they promise they will call me back and not once has anyone followed up with me.
Avoid using at any cost. Tell your shipper not to use them either. Otherwise expect delayed deliveries, people that dont care and no responsibility.
They called to schedule delivery for 1-5 today no one showed up or called. Tried to call the phone number and they closed early. Took work off for this delivery and here I am empty handed. Very upset

Charged $125 for a lift gate when I have a forklift. Would have been nice if the driver asked if I had a forklift in the first place. If I knew that you charged $125 just to drop a ramp I would have saved the money and brought around a forklift. A+ effort with your sneaky charges.
Easy to get things done at this location
Had a safe shipped through ups freight and all seemed well up until it was time for them to deliver. They called and scheduled a delivery date/time window which was great. The day came and no delivery. I called to check the status, and to my surprise the shipment was never sent out for delivery and no attempt to communicate this was made. Its not like people take off work to be there for delivery or anything... so I called the local terminal directly to actually get results. Took delivery and the ups guy was very helpful. I then unwrapped the safe for inspection and quickly found obvious damage. It became clear that the safe had been tipped over at some point during transport. Good thing I took before and after pics to clearly show the damages, now I have to jump through hoops to claim these damages. Ive never written a review or felt so compelled to do so in my life until doing business with this company. I figured ups is a reputable company that specializes in this type of transport work... boy was I wrong! I will never use this garbage company for freight transport ever again.. lesson learned!
I was given a window of 11-5pm for delivery. It is close to 7pm and no updates. I took off of work to be here for this delivery
UPS called me and gave me a 4 hour window to be home to expect the shipment. I took off work to be there. No one ever showed up. Called and was told OK - someone will be reaching out to you to reschedule. No one ever called. Going on 3 days...
This is will by my 3rd time with a poor experience with UPS Freight. Dont know why its so difficult to pick up an order from there terminal. My crew is waiting an hour and half to pick up a pallet and what does UPS do, loads it up to another truck while they knew we were WAITING....My crew end up having to chase down my shipment to another carrier. Told all my suppliers to use anyone else but UPS Freight
Worst experience EVER with a freight company
I have never seen this amount of incompetence in a shipping company in my 32 years as a builder. Had a two pallet delivery scheduled go to Prescott on Wed. last week. The items have been in the UPS yard in Phoenix for a week as of today and these people cant seem to coordinate getting it put on a truck and sent to our location no matter what. I have been promised it 3 days in a row and they have been a no show. When we call to ask what happened the answer is Oh, we didnt get it put on a truck. Other than getting stuff put on trucks and out for delivery what the heck is your job? This was a $1200 delivery and the supplier is going to eat that. We have numerous larger orders coming from them in the next few weeks and I have instructed them to use anyone but UPS. Never again!

We needed a lift gate truck and UPS Fright sent one without. I understand, things happen. After contacting them about this, at 5:15 pm, there was another and correct truck at our business. Great service!
Terrible customer service. Unprofessional drivers. This company really aim to protect their workers, not be of service to their customers. I recommend using a regional freight company over UPS. You will receive helpful customer service, competent workers and better service.
Ive scheduled delivery times twice and it has yet to be delivered a week past the first scheduled delivery date and time. I just set up a third time and date for delivery. I would give 0 stars but the ladies at the Phoenix office were nice and genuinely tried to help me so they get 5 stars. It averages to 1 star because it should not be difficult to deliver a package especially when you set a time up for it to be delivered.
This UPS freight location lost my freight package, and originally I was very upset with them, but I must say overall I am satisfied with the management of this location.The manager called me personally, apologized for the incident, and promised to make it right. He found the package within a couple hours, and scheduled a home delivery immediately (it was originally scheduled to go to a store instead).I would recommend this company for freight to anyone.

Low on empty trailers
I was looking for a part time job. What a joke I received inadequate on the doc training inadequate explanation of job duties. The facility from the doc to the restrooms were filthy. You can barley see the safety walk lines or any other lines on the doc. They stress safety but I seen just about everyone hit a safety pole or each other forklift with no consequence and the pay was only $12hr. And the supervisor was just as bad. I will not be going back I expected better from a company like ups.
This place had me wait 1 hour to pick up my box. Pickup office was slow had a nice long conversation and gosiped about other workers before attending me. Managers were just as bad. This place is ran really poorly and has bad mangment.

As of today, my delivery is one full week late. My delivery was already rescheduled to Friday, and when they misplaced my entire shipment, they rescheduled me AGAIN to deliver today. I have been waiting at my warehouse for the past 10 hours for the delivery and it is now 3pm. No update on the PRO tracking number, no call from any driver, no call from the freight terminal, and when I try to call the number listed here, it just rings forever and no one answers. I have never been so disappointed in any company as I have been in UPS. The incompetency on every level has been astounding. If this is how they conduct mere communications, I can only imagine how they conduct freight transfers, and would not be the least bit surprised if my urgently-needed, fragile shipment shows up completely damaged. You have failed miserably. I will return to shipping via YRC.Edit: Well, what a surprise! I just called UPS freight hotline, and guess what? My freight is on the truck but not getting delivered today. Way to go! UPS have outdone themselves in how miserable they can make me!! I have now wasted a combined total of 18 hours at my warehouse waiting for this delivery, another 4 hours on the phone trying to determine shipment status, and another 5 hours making phone calls to customers explaining why their shipments have been delayed (now for a THIRD TIME). Im so glad you guys get paid to fail and not fulfill your only responsibility, which is to deliver one damn shipment, while I DONT get paid to deal with all of your failures. I really appreciate how you have respected my time and money as your customer.
Ridiculous not once but 3 times Ive had to pickup a a freight from the willcall at this location. 2 of the times no one ahead of me in willcall but took almost a Hour and half to get one pallet. The one other time there was a person ahead of me and it took just over 2 hrs. And willcall was set up 2 days in advance.
I have an $1800, 500lbs motor that was picked up by this facility. Paid extra for 2 day shipping and it supposedly got to dallas on last Saturday night and hasnt moved. Called dallas, they said the trailer it was on made it, but the motor isnt on it. They have no idea where it is, they said it could take another week to find it. How do you lose a motor?. I bet its still sitting on the dock in Phoenix.
