I was hired by Ryan Aholt in 2014 to work on a State Farm Project in Frederick, Maryland. It was quite a wonderful experience. The owner, Brad, came and greeted us on the first day of the assignment. While challenging for an older employee like me, I found the support of the The Best Claims Solutions to be great. They provided a supportive environment and helped the team of over 50 Claim Adjusters to succeed. I went on to work another assignment in Duluth, Georgia that was also great and well supported by this company. This is a great company.

I have not used them in 6 or 7 years. When we did they were able to provide adjusters as needed but the quality of adjuster we were looking for.

I’ve only been with this company on a couple of deployments and it confuses me with the negative reviews. I’ve experienced nothing but greatness with this company. Saturday perks that other contracting companies don’t offer. Trainers on hand rather than leaving you without help. I prefer to work with no other contracting agency. And Recruiter Dan... absolutely awesome!

DONT MALE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! I wish these guys had told me they dont plan on paying for my work before I made the trip from Texas to Florida. Its time to renew my hotel reservations and Im completely broke and going home.

Whatever you do, do not have Austin as your recruiter as he will do absolutely nothing to help you out, or bother to return your calls or emails. I advise potential job seekers to seek a recruiter with a better work ethic.

This company contacted me over a year ago promising the sun and the moon. The recruiter DOES NOT return your calls or emails. When the recruiter does call you back weeks later he says they do not have anything even though their website says they do. A waste of time.
