I went for an interview here a few years ago. I came out and my car had been damaged by another vehicle. The person responsible left a note with their phone number. The woman refused to give out her car insurance information. I knew security was patrolling that are so I went to them and asked for them to review cameras because someone hit my car. They refused to do so and rudely told me it isnt their problem. I had the same reaction from the people who were running the garage. I had just bought my vehicle and was unemployed at the time. These people were the most heartless people I have ever run accross. Apparently, it is okay to have a hit and run in their parking lot and not give a damn about their clients property!!!

Great experience so far with this company. I had never acquired a job through a temp agency so I wasnt quite sure what to expect. The whole hiring process was very smooth and they even have a representative on site to answer any questions we might have. Pay is always accurate and on time. I also know several other co-workers have used them multiple times and have always had great experiences. I most definitely would recommend them.

Randstad is the BEST temp... agency in town hands down!! Erin Tolar and her staff are passionate, and motivated to get you a respectable job. There are a few bad apples on the other hand. Avoid this recruiter at all COST Mikella Borstad!! She is very condescending, and dismissive, an ASU sorority girl that is very out of touch with reality. My best guess is she needs more experience in the real world, and how things WORK.

I had a bad experience myself here when I would never get a call back and they would assure me different opportunities but would never call back with more information, I would call to check on the status and they would act like they didnt know what I was talking about and I still recommended my friend, I thought it might be different and sadly IT WAS NOT! he had a terrible experience as well .

Randstad is a great agency. I was so surprised to get a call from Ashley T and she told me that she needs someone for a call center. She asked me what did before and I told her that I worked for a call center for 4 years now. After interviewing, she told me to complete the test and complete all my paper work and email them to her. After a couple of days, she emailed me to go for an interview at a company in Folsom. I went to the interview and they liked me, so I was hired. I had a great experience with Randstad. I’ve been with Randstad for almost a year. They are a great agency to work for. Very supportive and professional in every way.

Not as friendly and helpful as they once were a few years ago. Not good at following up with job seekers. I sent my resume to Danielle per her request, but she never got back to me. And the last young woman I spoke to, I believe her name was Jordan came across a little snooty.

I sent Valerie Rice my resume directly in March for a position advertised on one of the job websites. Needless to say, I never received a response back. Over a month later now, I see the posting is still up on the job website, so once again I send Valerie my resume piggybacked on top of my previous email. I was happy to see a response from Valerie the next day, only to be disappointed. The response was the typical thank you for applying verbiage, with the specific reason my skill sets did not match the job description. This really boggles my mind for the simple fact the job website that I was on specifically stated your resume match 89% for this job. So I pulled the job description up and matched it up against my resume and was very confused. The job description posted was very basic, entry level, with no specific specialized technical skills it was just basic clerical duties. The reasoning Valerie stated in the form letter I received does not hold up in any way, shape, or form. As a staffing agency you serve no purpose to the community by falsifying information to applicants. You are in no way providing the services intended either for the applicant or the many employers you work for. As a former staffing representative I know its imperative to provide the applicant with correct information as to why the resume might have been rejected. This is an absolute necessity for a number of reasons. First and foremost, as a staffing agency your goal should always be to be continually recruiting new applicants to increase your current pool of applicants. This will make your job as a staffing rep/recruiter easier, because you will have more to choose from and the employers wouldnt have to be waiting for over a month (which is absolutely unacceptable) for you, the staffing company, to fill their positions. By rejecting applicants resumes with false information, you are in no way increasing your recruitment numbers for your pool of applicants. Basically youre sending them out and away on a wild goose chase. You are in no way assisting the applicant by lying to them. As a staffing company is imperative to be direct and honest with applicants so they can improve in the areas where they may be lacking. For my specific case I would have happily accepted another reason for rejection, for example gaps in my employment history. At that point I would take that information and seek out further assistance, other resources to help me fill those gaps so that I am marketable.Simply what Im saying is, it is unethical for a staffing agency to falsify any documents. You are a disservice to the employers you hire for, the applicants you assist, and Randstad itself. A staffing company that chooses to lie rather than be direct and honest, is simply a tarnishment to the HR community. I highly suggest that management or higher really get down to evaluating your staffing there at Randstad. And to the companies and government agencies that use Randstad to assist in hiring employees, you need to really sit down and ask yourself is this who you want representing you, a dishonest company that falsifies information.

They seemed like such a nice organized professional group when I went in there. Started with Randstad July 2012 on a five month assignment. I figured that was the end of Randstad and erased their number from my phone. 2 weeks later before my unemployment could even kick in I got a call from Ryan McKitrick for a chance to interview for a direct position with a reputable,well-known company.I was offered the position on the spot and I want to thank Randstad and the entire office, especially Ryan, you rock. What a way to kick in the new year, drinks are on me! :)

The company was helpful in finding a job in a timely manner but they leave out the real facts about the job. They only inform you of the good of the position. The job was supposed to be Monday through Friday, 630 am to 3 pm but then come to find out you have to work on Saturdays and then we have to work at 5 am on Mondays and sometimes Tuesdays and its not even overtime related. And once you confront the agency about the conflicts, they say that was mentioned during the meeting with the recruiter. I am not a naive person so I know what I heard not what I want to hear. Do not trust this company.

Very quick on job placement among getting you setup to start, Chyna was my representative she was very through among saw me through the process among paperwork, she called to see how onboarding went and to double check to let me know everything was ready to get started. Courtesy from the time I walked in then leaving warm environment highly recommend if looking for a job this is tops I applied for one of there jobs and the next day was getting ready to start.

This agency was very helpful but Nicole is a very rude person who doesn’t treat employees with the respect they deserve. Just because you are in need of a job doesn’t give her the right to be disrespectful.

I had a great experience with Randstad. I was called and told about the job and within a week was told I got it without needing an interview. The paperwork I had a hard time with but it wasnt by any fault of theirs. I ended up with a full time permanent position with my job and am very happy with everything overall!

They never got back to me and I had left important papers there and they never gave me a call and when I went to retrieve them, they claimed they didnt have it. A man interviewed me and never called me back. My experience trumps most in my field and they are horrible at callbacks.

Randstad was my recruiting agency when I worked at Waymo as a UX Researcher . For 2 years I had nothing but issues with this company. They would miss paychecks... they double pay and want it back... they didnt even offer sick day in the beginning, then when they did, they wouldnt let you use all the sivk time you have aquired. They did zero negotiations on my behalf. Changed my point of contact 3 times. Very disorganized, money thirsty and all they want you to do is shut up and work so they get paid. When my contract with Google ended they basically didnt care... then they disqualified me from unemployment because I didnt email them to say hey today is my last day when they should be the ones on top of their employees assignment dates and reaching out to me to see what the hell Im doing. I will will never work with this organization again.

Unbelievable service! Not only did Becki take care of me in helping me find a great job, but once I got the job she made sure to keep in touch and support me along the way until I got a permanent offer letter two months later! The entire application and interviewing process Becki was there to walk me through with all my questions and to give me advice. I could not have made this cross country move and landed a good job like this if it werent for Becki! Ranstad is an professional and great staffing agency to be employed by, they took the time to speak with me about my experience and what I was looking to pursue. I like how fast and accurate they respond to if the employer was interested in hiring me or looking at another candidate. So if you want a staffing agency who get you employed and also continues to work with and check on you after employed try Ranstad.

My experience with Randstad has been very positive. Katherine Conner has been a delight to work with, had me placed in a temp/contract position and she returns emails and phone calls almost immediately. Up through my placement I cannot say enough good things.The one negative is that I have been surprised that once the papers were signed with Randstad for the temp/contract position, no one really followed up to see how the position was, if I was satisfied with the position and work. In my case there was a training class of 3 weeks and then a test to pass with a high score and there was no follow up to see if I passed or failed. I did emailed the good news, but was not asked or expected to do so. I realize the primary goal of the agency is toplace people, BUT…I would think they would follow up.I look forward though to working with Randstad in the future.

They found me one job ...2-3 years ago.! After the contract ended I never heard anything back. Every-time I called they always had new staff, couldnt pronounce my last name; etc. Not a very good company! I wonder whos palm gets greased by money from this company to remain in business!?!?

Terrible terrible place to work for... once your assignment ends, they dont bother helping you look for another one. I was at a assignment for over a year and I was not liking the assignment due to hours. So I was trying to find a new one, They never get back to you, they dont care!! Money hungry people.

Not very impressed. I passed the typing test the computer test and Ive done everything that they asked me to do and still they havent find me a job yet. Ive call my recruiter, I emailed her, and no response.This place is very unprofessional.Customer services is lacking at this place. Very unprofessional very unorganized, they say that they have a position for you but, they never contact you ever, EVER!! Lets just say they waste my time...

Leo Aldaba was my recruiter n she found me a good job where I was at for a little over a year n she took some of my suggestions and followed through on them. I dont believe its Randstadts responsibility to find me another job but for me to see whats available with them and other companies. I would say the only bad thing about Randstadt is that they dont pay for holidays after working for certain amount of hours like other companies do.

In March 2017 I was let go in the Phoenix central branch because I put my complaint in writing to Chyna Gardena & Jordann Pinder try to punish me by giving me assignment that I couldnt commute to another part of town in Tempe bording Awatukee? My point is Jordann made up this story that I was rude to the staff when I called for work, but the truth be told I was always given the run around. It is illegal to blacklist an employee that put a complaint of being harassed it is considered employment discrimination base off retaliation. Yes, the recruiter, Jordann can lie but emails I have dont lie and I Dont have to accept any position thats too far to get to. I knew when I was offered this position in a far commute it was a set up that she knew I wouldnt take it and if I did, I was screw either way by her saying I was being difficult. The company is suppose to have a zero policy on harassment so why are these agencies still punishing their employees? It will backfire if not already and what comes around goes around. Jordann stop telling lies on people and blacklist me and others to find work. Its an abuse of power that can get you and your company in trouble one day.

Horrible staffing agency at this location. I have worked with other Randstad location and this one is by far the worst due to Leonela Aldaba. She is very unprofessional, rude and never responds back to emails. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. She never follows up with emails or calls. Stay away!

This is the worst agency that i have ever come in contact with. They have horrible communication, dont pay you on time, and they make guarentees that they cant follow through on.

First & foremost I must say this --- Mary Stewart is the Best.When I call & Im able to talk with her - she is always so cheerful & makes you feel very comfortable & will not steer you wrong (like other places that i have dealt w/in the past). When ever I seen a posting & i seen it was with Randstad I would call her & try to get more info, if im not getting the attention I feel I deserve - she will correct it or tell me whats the best option to have it resolved. If I cant reach her by phone, I can always email her & I usually get an answer within 2 hours or less if not a friday.Whenever I have friends that are either curious on where Im working or are unemployed i give them Marys info & tell them to be prepared to email her their resume. Mary Stewart is wonderful, helpful & always sound cheerfull when I talk to her.

Worst experience ever. They never update my assignment info in the payroll system, which causes delays in my paycheck; and they then blame the delays on the employer, who had nothing to do with it.
