I was employed at Express Employment Professionals for the South East Phoenix location as their temporary Employment Specialist. During my time there the team I worked with was beyond amazing. We worked great as a team, no one was left behind. A very professional team. Professionally dressed, great telephone etiquette, always prompt and ready to work.We were lead by an awesome leader, Charles, the franchise manager. Not only was he professional, he set a great business leadership example, made me feel like I was needed and he constantly encouraged me with my everyday tasks. I was able to go to him for any questions and concerns and he always made sure to get them answered.Hazel, the Employment Specialist has amazing customer service skills, she is prompt with answering phones and greeting customers with an amazing smile. She was also there to guide me through tasks and allowed me to shadow her as she did things.
