Went to Arizona family dentistry on 7/30 @4:30p.staff was great and they explained everything to me. Had a little up sale as usual but thank God my insurance covers most. After all said and done looking at almost 500.00 out of pocket. We will see how it goes. Was hoping to at least get my 12.00 extracted and molar tooth refill but before that I am force to do the 72.00 up sale deep scaling which I had done in the past and it was the most painful experience of my life to even get what I really want done which is a simple deep filling like they did before and take out the decay tooth. Well instead I need a 400.00 crown which I just figured it could be filled again and call it a day. Oh well. We will see. But overall the clinic is nice, staff is nice, and they was prompted. I did get my basic free cleaning at least and plaque removed .Update 9/24Went back due to cavity on right side was starting to bother me after initial exam so book app. They got me in very quickly. I was anxious due to all the treatments that I was told that I needed but they did only what I needed in this visit. I loved the experience and the dentist that took care of me was the best experience ever. She let me know what I needed done and what she was going to do today. Suggested extraction for next visit which was good plan for me. I will be back. Wish I could get that same dentist for ever.

First time at Az family Dentistry and the experience was great! Dr. Dobra is very kinda and professional, as well as the assistant Anthony and supporting staff. The office was very clean and organized, I will definitely come back for any dental needs.

So had and appointment for my son and myself today. Checked in and asked if we were all set. Was there 30 minutes early doc wasnt even at the office yet. My son was let back. Then another patient came in and they let that patient come back. About 20 minutes later I get a call from the doctors office. She realized I was sitting in the waiting room and said she called wrong patient. Then I hear them in the back of the front desk about how they were not aware I was there for an appointment too. Didnt get an apology or not even an acknowledgement that I was even in the office. Once my son came out they were like well get you right in. I told them no thank you and canceled any future appointments. We will be going to a different dentist. The thing is that we had been coming here for years when it was some dental no issues now I feel they are lacking.

No one was at the front desk to check you in staff came out to check patients put that was leaving and paying still no acknowledgement of me sitting there waiting to check in very rude the dentist was professional and polite.

The Dentist was such an A.Hole. “I do this all day long so let’s get it done”. He could’ve guided me through the process of getting teeth yanked out of my mouth.. due to it being my first time EVER getting a tooth pulled. Besides being considerate!!!!!.. he decided to keep threatening to walk away without finishing the job. I wouldn’t give a star if I could.

Everyone was very pleasant but scheduled a week out for surgery even though patient was in excessive pain. No pain meds prescribed.

I cannot say enough good things to say about this dental office. The staff is AMAZING and Dr. Anna is gentle and extremely efficient. Coreena is the dental asst and she makes you feel like you are her best friend while working on you. Her knowledge is very extensive. As much as I DONT like going to the dentist...this office gives me a piece of mind❤️Very friendly staff. Eric is terrific! Does his job very well. I didn’t know the rest of the staff but my dentist got my tooth out in less than a minute! Great service!

Had our first appointment today as new patients for my husband and myself. Coming from a background of growing up and working in the the dental field I am Uber picky but I was pleased with the the protocols they were taking during this time. The staff was friendly and the Dr was super nice. I didn’t see front office staff to greet anyone but I’m assuming because of new protocols it isn’t really necessary to have them There. Overall the office seems super clean. We had to bring our two kids with us ( a four month old and a 2 year old🙃🙃) because we don’t have family or friends around to watch our kids. They were super understanding which is really nice considering it can be a pain and annoying to Some offices. This was our first visit, so obviously making a nice first impression is key. We will see how future appointments go.

I’ve been going to this dentist since I was 13 years old. Seen many changes due to the constant change of owners. Since Dr. Anna and her team took over I’ve seen nothing but positive changes from the environment to the customer service. I don’t see myself at all changing dentist. At Arizona Family Dentistry they develop personal relationships that makes it easy and more comfortable to call whenever there is something wrong with the teeth, gum, etc. If your looking for a family environment with dentist that actually care about you this is the place for you !

The doctor and assistants are great.I love this Dentist office on Lower Buckeye and 75th Ave. My crown cracked in half and they were quick to get me a appointment and get me a temporary crown and fitted for a new one.

Amazing staff and very welcoming! Went in due to having a broken molar. They took care of me right away and placed a temporary crown. When choosing the color of my permanent crown staff were helpful and patient. I have the permanent crown now and it feels completely natural and it was a great match with the color. Highly recommend

Office was clean and tidy but a bit small. Not very kid friendly. The staff was really nice and very helpful in explaining services, treatment plan and billing. I also didn’t feel like I was being scolded for not having perfect teeth like other dentists do. I appreciated that. Made me feel very comfortable.

No phone trees, spoke to a person right away, Corina. Super friendly, told her I needed a second opinion on an over price treatment I got from another dental office. She got me next day. Following day, I met with Caitlin, the hygienist and she confirmed the treatment plan was needed and got my cleaning done same day of exam! Loved the service I received and referred my family and friends!

I walked in with no appointment, due to a cracked tooth and to my surprise, it was phenomenal experience. Severice was very exceptional and the staff members are professionals. Procedure was quick and effective, now I have no pain happily. Thank you AZ Family Dentistry!!! Prices are reasonable as well and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone. Seriously I will be coming back to do more business again because of this experience.

I’m very scared of the dentist always have been. Came in for a cleaning. And they did an AMAZING job in making me feel comfortable! Got my wisdom tooth remove as well and they did a very good job in helping me calm!

We used an orthodontist in WA for my sons Invisalign. We are spending several months in the southwest to escape the WA winter and needed replacement chewies and a case for his Invisalign. The current ones had developed a really bad odor. After calling around we reached Arizona Family Dentistry. They said they could provide a new case and some temporary chewies. I also called another orthodontist near them and they could supply the chewies.What made the experience so great is that I was prepared to pay for all of this. And I did have to pay for the chewies but Arizona Family Dentistry just gave us the new case and temporary chewies even though I offered to pay. This is excellent service even though we arent regular patients.If this is the level of service you get from this office then I would send anyone to them for work!

Bad experience with AZ Family Dentistry.My insurance give me possibility for 3 crowns, x-ray, examination, extraction and filing free, covering all.Dr.Ana Maria Dobra, trying to pay $89 for x-ray !!! Extract 2 tooth ( no one, promis and crown......CROWN maybe in MAY 2021!!!!Never ever returned.I appreciate his nationality, because she spoke same language, but I have enormous regrets.

Disorganized & overpriced.I setup an appointment & when I arrived they had no record of me. Turns out they scheduled me for an office 30 min away from the one I set up the appointment with. When I arrived at the office they scheduled me they were not friendly, they weren’t rude either; but they could have greeted at least. I checked out 3 different places for the service I was looking for & realized this one was way overpriced & wanted me to do the treatment for way longer than I needed it.

The staff was professional and friendly. Everything was done quickly and explained thoroughly. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their job. Thanks to everyone there. See you at my next appointment. 😀

I do recommend this office. I have been to different offices in the west valley born and raised here. The office employees are wonderful. They make you feel comfortable and listen to your needs. Dr. Nolan and his dental assistant really pay attention to their work. My son is only eight years old and not once did he scream or cried in that hole hour. I was also in the room during the whole time. I really like that. My son has one more appointment and can’t wait to see him again, he really took good care of him. Overall I will be coming back with the rest of my family.

Excellent service and very affordable!

I experience was not a good one, I will not be returning there. The dentist asked me if I was interested in getting a bridge for one missing tooth that has been gone for 16 years. I told her no and she did not respect my decision and told the hygienist to work up a bridge treatment plan. They do not communicate with you, I was left in the chair at the end wondering what was going on. I asked if I was done and was told wait a minute we are working on some info. at which time a guy came in and tried over and over to sell me a bridge. The fishy thing that makes me think they are up to no good is that I have 2 dental plans so I usually pay knowing for any treatment. They were only going to bill one insurance and then wanted me to pay the remainder myself. Once I payed them then they would bill the second insurance and if they paid it then they would maybe refund me. Every dental office I have been to in the past runs the billing through both insurance companies before you start treatment. Then if there is going to be a balance they tell you upfront what you will owe. The fact that they want the patient to pay without even looking into the insurance coverage tells me they are dishonest.

Very friendly staff and they were able to get me in and out without waiting. The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Nolen was very nice. I will definitely be making this my new dentist office.

I accidentally came for my appointment on the wrong day and they were more than accommodating and squeezed me into their schedule that day. The hygentist and dentist were very thorough and made sure that I understood what they were doing and their recommendations for further preventive care (proper way to floss, etc).

Today was my 1st time coming here the DR. and her assistant are amazing they made me feel comfortable even tho I was extremely nervous the DR made small talk and relaxed me a bit and went over a treatment plan to get me started and my options
