Arrived in town for vacation with an abscess. We have a friend in the area who recommended the practice after his positive experience. Dr. Wood fit me in immediately, already over and beyond since they don’t know me and I had no doctor referral. I have had extensive dental work in my life and am very particular when it comes to my teeth. Dr. Wood is simply awesome! She took her time, did a fantastic job, and made me feel like family. Her entire team is truly wonderful. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Allen is awesome. I first met Dr. Allen when I was referred to her (11/16) for a root canal my own dentist couldnt handle. She did a great job and I got got follow up phone calls after the procedure. My most recent visit was for a tooth another Endonotic specialist said needed to pulled. I immediately came to see Dr. Allen because if anyone could save it, I had confidence that she could. She gave me a couple options and we decided on a reverse root canal. She would see if the tooth was so bad it had to be pulled and luckily we were able to save it for a few more years. I appreciate that Dr. Allen looked outside of the box and just didnt pull the tooth in question. She was honest when she said that I will eventually lose the tooth but she bought me plenty of time to put some money aside for that expected rainy day! I highly recommend Dr. Allen. I only wish she could be my regular dentist!

I was referred to this office by two other doctors. I’ve had root canals in the past, which is something I prefer to avoid. This time, it was no big deal. The doctor was great. She took the time to analyze the area thoroughly, listened to me, and was professional throughout the procedure. I felt better after the root canal and had no pain the next day or thereafter.

Office staff was friendly and informative. Dental staff including the doctor were professional and thorough. I felt very comfortable at my visit. Definitely would recommend!

I was in a lot of pain and the office staff worked to squeeze me in the same day. After a brief wait I was given x-rays and an examination to determine the offending tooth. The O.R. was state of the art with hand-held x-ray machine and large displays that I was able to see while the Dr explained the procedure that was being recommended. Once diagnosed I was given a brief explanation of the estimated charges by the finance department then ended up having a quick and painless root canal surgery which immediately stopped the tooth ache I had been experiencing for several days. What a relief! All the staff were friendly and very professional. The Dr was an extremely skilled surgeon and I felt like she genuinely cared about my pain. They even followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure I was OK. I highly recommend Phoenix Endodontic and I thank them for the way I was treated that day.

I first met Dr Allen about 30 years ago when i was referred for a root canal. In the ensuing years i have sent my son, 2 friends and my 90 yr old parents to her. She is an excellent diagnostician, an outstanding Endodontist and her follow up care is extremely thorough. But what really sets her and her staff apart is their level of knowledge and compassion. Dentistry is high stress for a lot of people and root work is twice as stressful. She, Susie ( chairside) and Kevin (office Mgr) all 5 Star . Highly recommend Phoenix Endodontist Group .
