They worked on the engine of our RV. They were very professional. We knew the cost up front and they dealt directly with our insurance company. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. I wish that I could post/share my rating without having to put ANY STARS! Because thats just how unprofessional the employees at this location are. They dont communicate with you on what theyre doing ON YOUR TRUCK! They dont return calls! When you call, it seems as if nobody knows whats going on so they start passing the phone around from person to person! It just DOES NOT seem as if they care about their customers or the customers situation. They had my husbands truck for ALMOST A MONTH and didnt fix anything he asked for. The liftgate on our GMC top kick 6500 stopped functioning and was stuck in the down position. Onsite was able to send a technician to our location where the truck was broken down and quickly diagnosed the problem. The technician was on time professional and knew what he was doing. The front office staff kept us informed during the entire process. Repair was completed and we were able to get the truck back on the road the same day. Would definitely recommend. They are definitely our new go to repair shop.

I made an appointment, they said the only available time slot was 8 am. They have NO SIGNS anywhere indicating it is their building. I went in and no one seemed to care that I was there. The people who finally greeted me all said they only did the call-outs and I had to wait for shop personnel. Eventually someone got me checked in and I was told they would be taking the truck back in the shop right away and showed me to the waiting room.After an HOUR in the waiting room they still did not come for the KEYS! I went and asked and they seemed not the least bit interested. They even helped someone who walked in the door after I had been waiting for five minutes at the desk.I’m retired, I never wake up that early, and then to get there and they just ignored me. Can you imagine if I were paying my professional driver to wait on the truck and they were doing NOTHING!?VERY poor customer service.When I told them I was leaving and taking my business elsewhere they did not seem the least surprised or phased by it.

Took days to get a quote. Then charge an arm n a leg.

Unfortunately needed after hours road service. 6:30pm. Got to me in a timely matter. I was 62 miles away. Ended up with a $860.07 charge. My engine was dead from loss of all electrical. He checked alternator, batteries, fuses and all connections. Said they were fine. He couldnt hook up computer because my ECM had no power. Took about an hour and 20 minutes. Ended up getting towed next day to Kenworth. They found 2 battery cables were hooked up wrong from them installing them 3 days before. Took them 15 minutes to figure it out. Good to go!

I had a water pump replaced, Mike the mechanic did his best but the office kept going up with the cost, it ended up costing me just under 3000.00, dont use these people, run run run elsewhere

Beware! Unfortunately I was a victim of this shops incompetence. The severe lack of communication, is atrocious. Drop off my vehicle December 21st 2020. I reported check engine light and hesitate upon acceleration. I was told they can get to it the next day. Well that turn into me having to call the next week. No results, never received a call from them, until I responded to some be proud letter from the owner.They first tried charging for a repair that I didnt authorize nor did they even do. They then tore into my rear end without authorization to tell me my brake shoe was faulty. What respectable shop generates such a price into just diagnosis without contacting the client first. A thousand dollars for diagnostic. Unreal.I got my vehicle back jan 11, Three weeks and 1000 later. No repair and alot of dishonesty. They originally wanted to charge me 2400 for a brake shoe job.In my opinion this shop should be investigated. For fraud.

Very Expensive roadside service call involving placing and tightening clamps on coolant hose with parts that we provided and refilling reservoir. We were on a major highway in Phx area with an easy fix in the late afternoon on a Friday and they charged over 830.00! Less than one hour on site. I do not recommend. They charged us 46.00 each for two gallons of pre-mix coolant! Invoice #8035

The guys at onsite were amazing. I have a 2008 Thomas saf-t- line and it was a problem child. Hard to identify intermittent fuel issues. They took it step by step and worked through the problem to the end.

This place is not 24/7, and they are closed on weekends.Very disappointed with the lack of communication, I was told I could bring my truck in and they would check it out and have the oil changed same day 1/5/2021. Next day came and no phone call. So now I have to call every day to get an update on my truck. On top of that, now it’s stuck in their lot all weekend since they neglected to let me know they aren’t opened weekend, and I’m Not sure why it took 4 days to diagnose a lift gate motor, but still didn’t give me a quote for the repairs.Now I’m stuck waiting all weekend to pick up my truck since they never communicated with me that they are apparently closed weekends. Let’s see if they at least greased and lubed the lift gate like I asked.I won’t be coming back here, or recommending anyone.

Could not fix my van, it took 4 day to tell me they can not do it. Due to my time I left the van there and came home waiting for auto carrier to pick it up while there someone cut my exhaust system.

The most dishonest truck repair shop. Run from this place. Over 2k to replace a water pump cheaper at the volvo dealer. They charged $1000 for and aftermarket waterpump. Volvo sells that for 600. On top of that they lie lie lie. Promise it would be done same day then never call you and close shop. If you want garbage service with an expensive price tag this is the place for you.

These guys are amazing. Chris, Jesus and Javier took care of replacing my E-Tracks on my trailer. Quoted me 330pm on Thursday to fix, or by 5pm on Friday for complete replacement (of course my company wanted the full replacement since it was a warranty job) and I got here at 5pm on Friday with the trailer having the last few screws being put in. These guys are professional. Price was steep, but you pay for quality. On a side note, want to apologize to Javier and Jesus for scaring them by trying to hook to the trailer while you were in there. Totally my bad bros.

Set my truck there February 8th pick it up February 16ththe inside of my freightliner was ran sacked the went threw all my cabinet took a large container of change a luggage bag with electronics and money and clothes were stolen talk to Adrain the general manager he offered me 200 dollars . No security cameras in the back just a lock on the gate . Truck was left unlock .sounds like an inside job !!! I had to make a police report . 2 other trucks were broken into as well they said . no police report.

Very unprofessional business. First, I was told that my truck would be fixed within two days..two days turned into six days. Every time I called to check the status of the repair, I got different answers and that someone would return my call to give me an accurate time frame. No one would call me back and I had to keep calling to get answers. Second, I got told the repair would cost me under a certain price and I ended up paying double of what they estimated me. Had an overall bad experience with this company and am very unsatisfied.

Excellent location. These guys are quick, no nonsense, make it happen type of folk. They worked on my food trucks generator, one that almost everywhere else refused to work on. They had it properly connected and maintenanced in just a couple days. Excellent service, great group to work with.

I seriously caution anyone using this service for excessive charges and taking advantage of a highway radiator hose breakdown at dusk on the 201L in Mesa,Az. I was the driver that evening of Jodie’s Peterbilt and was disappointed to here of the excessive cost for this 30 minute repair (tightened hose clamps x2 and refilled with 2 bottles of coolant) ( mechanic asked me if I wanted to buy more coolant). On-site truck repair took nearly 2 hours to respond and in the meantime I found the broken hose at dusk/dark on top the engine after spending most the time looking and tightening hoses underneath and on the sides. The mechanic finally arrived (friendly)with the correct tools and repaired in 30 minutes BUT it took another 30 minutes just to complete billing phone calls between supervisor and mechanic and supervisor to truck owner jodie and myself the driver providing the credit AND I never received a bill printout after requesting one after repair. This is what prompted my input here after learning what this company on-site truck and trailer repair charged for the simple fix. Please scrutinize this company Onsite truck and trailer repair in Arizona before using for example: is there a minimum call out fee, what is the mechanic charge per hour, what does a gallon of replacement coolant cost? Etc I overheard around 800$ for this 30 min repair, 2 gallons of coolant, and a 2 hour wait time plus another 30 minutes of billing phone calls! Beware no matter how they respond to this accurately described overcharged event.

After spending Christmas and New Years with Chris and his team they have absolutely came through in getting back on the road, non stop best customer service and her I of a team, I highly recommend Chris and his crew for any repairs ... pinche cabron

Be very careful with this shop! They will get you estimate and tell you it will be fixed on time. I dropped my truck on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning they send me estimates. I followed back to them and authorize to do only whats need it. The 4 wheel seals replaced after all and after many, many calls and chasings finally they call me on Friday evening and done with rear wheel seal job. They blamed me that I first authorized to do the job on bearings, which I never found out until Thursdays afternoon that one of the bearing was damaged. Then they said my mechanics had to open up again and to replace that bad bearing that I supposedly didnt authorize and they charge me double for that labor. The owner name is Chris, who originally set up everything and at the end he disappeared. The manager name Ethan, at the end of the day called for him and saying Chris didnt want to talk to me and our credit machine is closed for the day. Then I got mad saying that Chris promised to give discount and now Im paying more that what he quoted even is 3 days past due his promised timeframe for fixing. Now they are asking me to pay only EFS, Comcheck., Or cash because they think I will call my bank and cancel the payment. I had to send my driver to get a cash and take care of the balance next day! People, if you want a lot of stress, chasing on phone, and losing valuable time and at the end they will say...You are playing a game .... than go to this shop. Be ready and have your patience up and running! Never ever, will visit this repair shop!!! Very disturbing customer service!

ROAD SERVICE BROKE DOWN ON 10 AND 101 ONSITE REPAIRED MY TRUCK AND GOT ME BACK ON THE ROAD IN A TIMLEY MANNER

Mice had eaten the electrical system and Onsite was able to repair it even though it was quite complicated. Other shops weren’t able or willing to take on such a frustrating and time consuming job. They persevered until all the bad wires were replaced. Nice, honest people.

I had a noise under my class 8 truck and needed it diagnosed and fixed quickly. They diagnosed it and made a comment as to a completion time and gave me an up front estimate! They completed repair before the scheduled time and for less than the estimate! Followed up the next day to make sure everything was ok!Great people and some of the best customer service I have ever seen!!!If your looking for a place to get some repairs made you can’t go wrong here!!!

Called in to check if they can do a wheel seal on my semi truck asked the lady on phone till what time there open and told me till 5pm and I told her I’m 25 miles I can be there in 30 mins she said as long you’re in be 5pm is fine .. got to the shop at 4:46pm and one of the front guy said it was to late them a manager came said yes they can do it and told me to go and drop trailer in front and take in the truck inside the shop.. when I drop the trailer another person came and told me that is going to take them 6 hours to do a wheel seal and because is after 5pm the rate goes up from $100 hr to $150 hr the only thing I told him was like that’s not cool at all what you’re guy’s are doing.. was like TA Truck Stop a certified shop only charges $300 buck just want to give you guys heads up stay away from this shop they will rip you off....

Understanding this business is under new ownership made me hesitant, but after seeing previous reviews I figured to give them a go. I will only bring my vehicles to Onsite. We took our motorhome to WW Williams to get the pinion seal replaced and they charged us 330 dollars just to look at it. So I called Onsite. They were very professional and honest with the pricing. We took the motorhome to them and they found the u joints needed replaced also. They didnt just tell us they showed us so we could see for ourselves, so while the drive line was off and the price was right they replaced the items needed. We were heading to Texas the next day and they stayed late to complete the work for us. I could never ask for a better shop. I would advise anyone who reads this to do so also, others that we tried were rip offs. Thanks gentlemen for your hard work and honesty.

We had a few of our fleet trucks that needed servicing, and had started to look around for a good mechanic shop to take care of them. We had gotten a few different opinions from different shops, but we ultimately decided to go with Master Mobile and am I glad we did! The service was stellar, and we felt well informed through the whole process. The cost was reasonable, and we were always given options when it came to parts that we needed. Last but no least the staff are always friendly, helpful, and we always felt well looked after in the end! I would highly recommend them to anybody!

Dropped off truck and trailer for simple electrical work called in to make sure they had time and availability. 11:00 at night in had a feeling I should drive by and check on it. Shop was closed up gates were locked and my truck and trailer were parked out side on the side of the street unlocked. Next am got a call asking if I had picked it up....... lucky someone else didnt. I dropped it at ASH up the street and they quoted me and started working on it within an hour. They never apologized nor offered do do anything, didnt even look me in the eyes when I came to pick up my keys.....

Christie service was really helpful

I called them to swap a leveling value in Eloy, AZ. They explained their rate for after hour rate, plus mileage and travel. I thought $418 was pretty steep compared to other big name shops in Phoenix to come out (double the price of TA), but they were available at the time. I didnt want to wait 4 hours. So I said lets just my truck going in which they did. The only issue is there was an additional $167 above agreed rate for coming out. I called Ron we went over the invoice he agreed it was wrong and will be credited to my account in 3 days. After 2 months of consistently calling to follow up, I request to speak to their vice president. He said nothing will be credit due to picking up the part. Which I had on will call, which was provided to Ron. So I wish i would of waited 4 hours and saved $400.

They came out and picked up my unit. Took it back to their shop and made the repairs. Then had my unit back at my shop before my driver needed it for work. Last place had truck for a week for just a few small things I wanted repaired. Did a great job. I would use this company all the time now. Meet the owner and what a down to earth guy who really cares for his customers. Thanks guys for the great work.

Called Valet fleet about servicing our trailers and a flatbed truck. Talked to Ammon directly about this. He told me it would be no problem and they could take care of it . Asked for my email so I could give him some more information about the units and other info and never heard from them. If you dont want the business say so in the first place.

It all started with a big mistake of taking the van to this location. I have a 2015 Mercedes Benz Sprinter van having issues with DEF. Before I took the van, I called them to confirm if the work on DEF issues and issues with MB Sprintrr and their answer was that they were an expert.I asked for a quote and the the time when they would complete the work. I dropped off the van when I heard that they will comple the repair by the end of the next day . Waited for their call which never happened. When I called the next day, I got the answer that they were finishing and was okay to show up at their site. When We showed up at their site, the repair was far from completion. I noted that they lacked proper tool for MB, asked for the second time and even offered to take the repair to a different place. But they said they can do it and have the tools but informed that they would need to to make more repair and need more time.The same thing happened after 2 days. They could not fix the DEF ISSUE. We had to take the van to MB to fix it. We use the van (2 of us-partner drivers) to earn our living and supporting our family. We lost a week of work.Thier customer service is the worst possible. The employees are abusive and prophane. Zero ability to work on MB Sprinter.I would have given negative star if Google would alliw but had to give at least a 1 star to put this up.Please, please DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE to fix at least your MB sprinter benz.CAUTION: Wold not recomend unless if you want verbal abuse and ripped off.

I used them for only one month back about 3 years ago. I quickly moved on when I started getting billed for services to trucks that did not even belong to me. I had one of my moving trucks need a new part for the gas tank, I waited weeks for the part to come in. Once it did they put the part on, and I picked up the truck, only to find out the truck was not fixed. I called right away left messages for the owner, stating the truck was not fixed, therefore I am not paying the bill that they sent me for the truck. I hired another company to fix the problem.Also at the same time disputed the charges for the other 2 invoices that were for MAC trucks. I do not own Mack trucks. I was told to write a letter of dispute on why I refuse to pay these invoices, and I did that. Back then there was an older lady who was the secretary. She knew the situation. Well her we are 3 and a half years later, and Im getting several calls about these invoices that I do not owe. Then I get a call from the secretary, a new one who I find out worked for a prior company called R&H services. This company I plan on suing because they parted my truck out while they were holding it on their lot, while I was waiting for an estimate to get it fixed. So this secretary did a horrible job while working at R&H and now is working for this company Valet Fleet. She calls me and act like she knows it all, stating I owe these invoices, I asked her, Dont you have the letter on file I sent disputing these charges. Nope they did not. I heard they are now under new management, and it has gone down hill since then. They seem to be desperate calling past customers trying to get out of them money that isnt even owed. I would move on to another company, that knows whats going on and is more organized.
