First, No one communicated with me through the whole process.Secondly, no one ever gave me an estimate before the work was done.Third, The said it would be done by Friday when I dropped it off, but because they didn’t have a part In stock, they kept it over the weekend (which they are closed) untill Monday costing me $250 a day in truck rentals for 3 days.When I could have been driving the truck and brought it in on Monday with an appointment and been out in less time with less problems and less money wasted.2 star since I got a $40 discount for my inconvenience on their part.

Great place for any repairs on any vehicle. I own a diesel and couldnt be more comfortable with them working on my truck since they work on them all. Cranes, pump trucks, rv, you name it.. Alan the shop lead has always worked on vehicles as if they are his own. I took 20+ vans and used them as our fleet service. I was so pleased I stopped taking my personal vehicle to the dealer and have been using them for over 8 years.They only repair whats needed. If you have a sensor fail on a transmission, they wont be one of those guys that try and sell you a transmission. They are honest and do amazing work.

They tried....... But they just dont have the proper equipment to work on heavy duty semi trucks. They might be good for cars & medium duty trucks but not heavy duty semi trucks. If you have a heavy duty semi truck, GO TO A LOCAL CERTIFIED TRUCK DEALERSHIP (kenworth, peterbuilt, international,freightliner, etc.) IN THE AREA. Save yourself the cost of a diagnosis & go straight to a truck dealership. If you take it here, you will pay them a diagnostic fee & even if they can actually diagnose the issue, youll still have to take your truck to a local CERTIFIED TRUCK DEALERSHIP (kenworth, peterbuilt, international,freightliner, etc.) & pay the truck dealership a diagnosis fee + repairs (parts & labor). Pay 1 diagnostic fee to the local CERTIFIED TRUCK DEALERSHIP (kenworth, peterbuilt, international,freightliner, etc.).

Had a ‘stop engine’ light come on. I suspected I should have done a regen before leaving truck stop. Mechanic came out right away and did diagnostics test. Mechanic did forced regen. All good. Fair price. Thanks guys!!!

This mechanic shop is one of the best shop I came across, not only that they fixed my air compressor, testing it for any leaks, they have also removed my active codes free of charge and did a quick inspection around my truck.Benjamin was a very honest guy. Went in for an a/c repair and they got me right in when other shops were over a week out. Great bunch of guys. I will use them again if Im in the area and have a problem with my truck.

Came in to get a simple oil change on my food truck before a lengthy drive to Chicago. They checked my trans fluid, fuel filters, air filter, tire pressure etc. Showed me all of the warning signs for maintenance and saved me thousands of dollars down the road. Wow! These guys are awesome! I called Ben and told him I was in a bind as I discovered my rear wheel seal was leaking badly in my class C RV. He told me to come in first thing in the morning and they would get me in. Well, that is exactly what happened. I got there before they opened and when they did, they got me right in. Alan, the shop foreman was super friendly and extremely helpful. I had them change my rear shocks too, as they were so kind and helpful, I figured I would give them the money instead of someone else down the road. Well, they knocked it out pretty quick and efficiently. They had a new guy working there who was very aggressive in getting the job done. Jim in the office was very friendly and informative, it helped quite a bit that he was Jersey of course...lol. Oh, Alan, WATCH YOUR STEP...lol. (inside joke). Thanks guys for a great job!

Went in with an issue on a Peterbilt they diagnosed the problem immediately within minutes(was a broken motor mount) and was able to get the part and repair by 5 pm same day. I had 4 mechanics working together to get finished because they closed at 5. The guys were super cool and professional. Thx again and will definitely use again

Thank you Ben for the fast service. This company is great. We had a Semi we needed the clutch replaced on with a very quick turnaround and they fit us in. They have always done good work, but Inreally appreciate them staying late to get our truck in and out. I would definitely recommend them.

In the 16 years of driving I have never met a more knowledgeable, helpful, caring diesel mechanic ever. I only wish he lived in Chicago. Breaking down over the road can be scary but finding this place was a true blessing. He really knew his stuff and took the time to make sure that his diagnosis was the right one. If you are broken down and not sure about wether or not this is a good place to take your vehicle take my advice and take it to Ben he wont disappoint.
