Everyone at On Demand is courteous and friendly. They go above and beyond to look for information and notify the client if additional details are needed. Expectations are met and they are very consistent in their deliveries.

Carmella and her entire team always go out of their way to accommodate every urgent request and change of plan. This happens a lot and they always get the delivery done when we need it. Also they make the scheduled deliveries early to way early 99.9% of the time.

I havent used a courier service before. I was able to order the service, and get my items with in a few hours. The driver was courteous and helpful as was the person who set up the service for me. It was very reasonable as well.

I had a last minute hiccup with some board retreat packets and needed a one-hour delivery asap. I called and spoke to Scott at OnDemand and he was super helpful. They had a reprint of the packets picked up within 30mins of my call and delivered within an hour of me contacting them - amazing service. I couldnt believe how reasonable the price was for the level of service we received either. Couldnt be happier with my experience.

It was very quick and easy to schedule pick up and delivery. They were able to deliver items quickly, and provided electronic updates on when the items were picked up and dropped off. Staff was friendly as well.

I never put reviews on a company because Im sensitive to business as I have been self employed for the last 25yrs and I understand you cant make everyone happy however, this place is not somewhere I would recommend to work for. Very unorganized and dont make it a point to keep track of your pay. If they dont care about making sure their contractors get paid efficiently why would anyone want to work for them? I wont bash them because overall they appear to be good people who lacks experience and communication skills. Sometimes as a business you have to compromise your bottom line for the advancement of company growth but that is something today businesses dont understand as a result of greed! Long story short, if you have your stuff together this is not somewhere you want to work. If youre struggling trying to make ends meet and will accept mediocrity this may work out fine for you. On Demand sent first day rookie to my home with, no notice they were coming,Just showed up and gave us one minute to get check for title firm or she was gone... Who the heck hires any firm like that when their are 100s of thousands of dollars on the line and can not say who they are representing? She had no info on even who the check was to be made out too... Look if you got a big deal going..try to find a firm that does not send inexperienced person out on the job...why risk getting a rooke that screws your deal into the ground. They did say they were sorry for sending a new.. unbonded ...rookie... to deal with our hard earned money.

I worked for attorneys for 45 years and would have 25 to 50 tickets a day with a service our firm used. I am picky with services that I use as we depend on them. From my work in Houston to my work here in Phoenix, I have never used a company who epitomizes the customer experience. Best staff and service ever. On-Demand treats me as if I were their ONLY customer and always takes care of me and growing company needs. You will NEVER find a better service. On Demand has saved my tail more than a few times. I am always impressed with how quickly they come to pick up and deliver. I have used them to deliver a number of things and sometimes its with very short notice and they have always been able to accommodate. They are a great partner to have in any business.

We have used On Demand for a few years intermittently for delivery of documents around the valley and they have been great. I dont have experience regarding using the website as we always call ours in because the volume is low, but they have done a great job for us.

DO NOT bother registering for an account. DO NOT click “Sign up for an account”. DO NOT leave credit card info. on their “secure website”. I did the above, on a Sunday, hoping to use their services the next morning. I received a confirmation, giving me my customer number. I received an email, confirming my registration, with my i.d. & password. Then, when I tried to log in, & order their courier services, it said there was “no account by that name.” So I called the company (Monday) to try & locate my account. The young...errr...girl who answers the phone was flippant, insulting, rude...the problem ‘must have been your fault...you left IE open too long or something’. 🙄 I wasn’t even on IE! When I asked to speak to ANYONE else, she said “nope! Its just me and the dispatchers.” I said “so there’s no tech help?” She said “nope.” So there’s nothing you can do to help? She said “nope!” I recommend you take your hard earned money elsewhere.
