Mercury helped me and the company I work for when we were in a bind because Fedex failed and we needed to get a delivery to an important client. We had a perishable package of wedding flowers that needed picked up from a FedEx storefront and John had a driver there within 15 minutes and on the road, even though there were some complicated delivery instructions. Since were based across the country we needed urgent help from someone local who we could trust, and Mercury sure didnt disappoint. I wasnt sure if a courier company could help me but was I WRONG! My semi broke down just outside of Gila Bend AZ. I had 3 pallets needing to get to Scottsdale AZ by 3:00 p.m. Truck was down at 8:30 a.m. Called the company with best reviews (Wanting my delivery made in time). Mercury had a 4.9 review so called to see if they had a truck available to take my load into Scottsdale. Spoke to Peter and he gave me a price I couldnt refuse. I feel Peter understood my situation, listened to my Exact needs. He had a truck to me in less than 2 hours from Phoenix, driver was professional ( had a cooler with ICE cold water!!!), got my load off using their liftgate and had it delivered by 1:30 p.m. Mercury SAVED the day. I encourage everyone in need of a delivery service to give them a call, they bailed me out of this jamb. For any of you big rigs I dropped 2 injectors and truck couldnt go any further.

This afternoon I needed a small package picked up from my residence (in Chandler AZ and deliver it to Surprise AZ) I called 4 different delivery companies and out of the 4 only 1 answered the phone. I spoke to John Deese who assisted me. The rate in my opinion was very reasonable since it was the start of rush hour traffic and the distance. He was very polite and kept me informed with updates as to the drivers location and when it was delivered with who signed and the time. I would recommend this company to anyone. Our Company uses many couriers across the US. This was by far the most pleasant, efficient, courier we have ever worked with.

I operate a large warehouse business in the Phoenix AZ area. Although I have drivers that deliver my product I had 1 driver call in sick on one of my busiest days. I checked online for a service that could assist in making my deliveries for the route driver that called in sick. I found Mercury Delivery Services name and called to see if they number 1- had a box truck capable of delivering pallets of my product. To my surprise they did! And the price seemed too good to be true, because after calculating my cost of paying my driver, my trucks fuel consumption, insurance on the vehicle AND the driver, Mercurys rates were about 1/3 less than my daily operating cost for that route. To include their driver actually completed the route in the same time my driver usually does (and Mercury did the route cold).Needless to say I am meeting with their representative after the holidays to work something out to have Mercury cover partial routes on an ongoing basis, to include covering for my regular drivers when they are sick or on vacation.I would definitely recommend Mercury Delivery Service!

Got my pallets picked up within 1 hour ( he said about 2 to 3 hours)and delivered to my customer in Casa Grande, Arizona on a (Direct Shipment) within 90 minutes from the time it was picked up. Today I booked a courier with Rob from Mercury Delivery Services. I booked with them because of their 5 star reviews from 23 people here on google, so I felt I needed to write a review of my experience.I think if you needed a courier WITHOUT a tight deadline, they would do a fine job. However I was on a tight deadline, and I felt they were dishonest in their communications about being able to deliver for my needs.I was calling from Australia, it was 7am Phoenix time and I needed something picked up from the airport and delivered to Scottsdale urgently. I explained the urgency of my situation and asked for the price of a direct courier with no other stops. The price was USD$95 - though this was not important to me, I just needed it delivered. I asked if they could pick up now, he said yes.After I went through the whole process giving addresses and credit card details, I asked for an ETA. Rob said 2 hours. It was peak hour and also the airport was busy. I had checked on google maps and the route at that time of day said 55min. I called back and I said 2 hours would be fine. Rob started getting strong with me on the phone saying he couldnt guarantee 2 hours. This was my red flag and I should have pulled out at this point but after already going through the whole process I went ahead with the booking - this was my mistake. Feeling uneasy about my delivery and noticing that they hadnt charged my credit card, I called back to make sure the booking was definitely made. It was a different guy this time who didnt give his name. He told me he had spoken to the pick up destination to check it was all ready to go and the driver was on his way now. This guy sounded really confident and made me believe it was all underway. Knowing that once he got to the airport it would take about an hour to get to the final destination I felt at ease and went to sleep (it was currently 12am in Australia!)So after two hours (now 9am Phoenix time) my contact at the hotel called them and asked for an update/ETA. He asked for Rob but spoke to an unidentified person. They said it would be 2-3hours. My contact was polite but he said the guy from Mercury Delivery Services was rude and hung on up on him.We missed the deadline and the package finally arrived in my contacts room after his presentation was finished. I dont know what time it arrived.In retrospect there were a few red flags. I dont think this is a terrible company, but in this instance I think they put their needs of booking a job, before my needs of needing something urgently delivered.Some advice for Rob and the team. First of all, before accepting an urgent job, call the delivery driver and find out where he is and if he can make a deadline you give. I dont think any courier company would classify a 4-5 hour service in a 32 mile radius as a rush job. Second of all, have enough respect for your customer to say no to the job if you know you cant deliver for them - aka be honest. You may lose $100 but youll be in business a lot longer by having a good reputation.

Mercury Delivery literally went the extra mile to pick up a ATV part in Phx that we broke out of state and met me halfway to California on I-10! Well run and very time efficient!
