Santos is ethical, professional, communicative and resourceful. He could have easily found ways to up charge me, but instead, found ways to minimize the cost of my repair. He is excellent.

Santos answered the phone patiently in regards to my repair at least 6 times. My PC had a bad power supply that made an obnoxious noise. Geeks and Clicks diagnosed the issue the first time and made the appropriate repair. I am very grateful for Santos and Geeks and Clicks.

I brought my HP laptop to this shop for service as I was bombarded with popups. I was then called and told the laptop could not be repaired. I went to pickup the laptop and was handed an HP with much more wear and informed it was the one I dropped off. I immediately went to Best Buy where I purchased the laptop, they confirmed threw the serial numbers it was not mine. When I called to resolve the situation my number was blocked. Small Claims Court is the only resolution if you deal with this Shady Shop, BEWARE.

My computer was very slow and I wasnt sure what was wrong. I bought my computer only 6 months ago at Best Buy. When I took it in they said I needed an appointment and it could take up to 3-5 days for it to be returned. I remember seeing Geeks and Clicks on Indian School and took it in. Santos was able to switch a few settings and under 5 minutes it was working back to its normal/fast ways! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be coming back and highly recommend this place!

Santos is the Saint of computers! Expert, friendly and quick with his service. I was waiting in line for the Geek Squad at Best Buy getting a bad vibe with the wait and customers in line so I looked for another repair place and found Santos. Santos fixed my computer in less than 10 minutes and didnt even want to charge me for it! I gladly gave him a $50 before I left.

Great computer repair service. My laptop monitor was not working and he was completely upfront with me about what the problem may be, the odds of him being able to fix it, and the potential costs. He said before hand that if he was able to fix it, he would charge a flat $95. If not, it would be a flat rate $45. He told me this before hand so it was my choice to decide if I accepted it. There are no hidden costs and this man is good at his job. Certain with supporting a family business that provides good service with upfront pricing. I would absolutely send any of my friends here with a computer problem before sending them to other computer service places.

Excellent repair at a very reasonable price! The fan on my laptop bit the dust. The repair was completed along with a refurbishing numerous parts and the labor was only $95. I am a very, very happy camper!
