I can recommend Jesse and Mobile Detailing Phoenix without reservation. I bought a used Kia Soul that the dealership did not disclose had horrible cigarette odor and instead masked the smell by using an odor bomb, which worked for a week before wearing off. He is thorough and knowledgeable and doesn’t cut corners just to get the job done quickly. Steam and upholstery extraction does wonders if you take your time and don’t rush it. He even came back a week later and did a quick retreatment at no additional cost when I told him there was still about 5 percent odor remaining. Thanks, Jesse.

I reached out to this company to remove the smell of smoke from a used vehicle I had acquired. Jesse came out and was not only able to remove the smoke odor but also remove stains on the back seat that I had not mentioned due to the fact I believe they were permanent. So I let a family member borrow my car for a night out and they had a very horrible night to say the least. My car was a disgusting smelly mess and Mobile Detailing Phoenix was AMAZING!!! Was able to come same day within a couple of hours and the work was incredibly impressive! I was thinking it would need 2-3 deep cleans before it would be back to normal but it looks like a new car!! I would HIGHLY recommend in a heartbeat getting your car detailed through them!!

This company is has HORRIBLE customer service and will hang up on you for asking for prices and then when you try to call back they either don’t answer, pick up and hang up or eventually just straight up block your number. Don’t use this terrible company, behavior like that should not be encouraged.

Jesse did an amazing job. I go on off roads often and there was old mud and dog hair on my seats. It’s looks and smells great.

I scheduled an appointment several days in advance and was asked to reserve an hour window. The detailer called me the night before to confirm the time. Then, the one-hour window came and went, and no one arrived during the window or called me. So, I texted the detailer, who was slow to respond and defensive, blaming his tardiness and lack of communication on the first customer of the day. Then, after arriving two hours after the initial time given, the detailer told me there would be a 25% upcharge for animal hair, which surprised me because no animals have ever been in this car. Sure, some passengers may have had pet hair on their clothes, but the hair in the car did not equate to a 25% upcharge. When I conveyed that I felt this charge was unwarranted, I got excuse upon excuse. So, with the missed appointment time and upcharge in mind, I canceled the detailing. Id recommend shopping around and finding other mobile auto detailers. This outfit is not professional. There are plenty of others out there. Avoid this outfit if reliable service and honest, upfront costs are important to you.

Had Jesse come out after a car wash detail had put swirls all in my black Audi. I am still trying to get my money back from the car wash! After he was done my car looked amazing! No more swirls and the paint never looked so good. Next time I will do the ceramic coating And will never get my car detailed anywhere else after seeing his work

He did such an amazing job! My car is no easy task because I go hiking quite often with my huge 70 pound, shedding dog. Needless to say I have dirt and hair all over. He was able to get all that out, leave the car smelling brand new and all the interior looked so shiny. I would highly recommend to anyone! Already passed along his number to a few family and friends.

As for my experience, Jesse and his team showed up just a tad early which I was very happy with. I am a very good at amateur auto detailing and I am also very picky. Bought the Ultimate (interior / exterior) package. They classified my Fiat 500L as an SUV, without telling me, and charged me extra. Plus $25 for pet hair removal, which wasnt mentioned on the site, and which wasnt even touched in some places. The windows and dash are streaky, and the lower parts of my car may or may not have been washed, its hard to tell. I liked the men who did the work, and the parts that were done well look good. But the company behind it is dishonest, sneaky and unhelpful.For a job that was scheduled for 10 a.m. with a one-hour window, I didnt hear from anyone until after 11, and was told they were 45 minutes away. An hour later, they were 20 minutes away. The interior / exterior detailing was slotted for two hours, and took 40 minutes. There was no detailing involved. Just a very superficial job. I ended up being charged $170 (plus tip) for something that I was told would be $125. After everything, they created a very large stain on the ceiling while trying to clean a few small spots from a soda, and the tool they used completely changed the texture of the fabric in that one spot. Strangest of all: The next day, my car reeked of meat, as though I had jerky or Slim Jims stashed throughout. As a vegetarian, there was certainly no meat hiding in my car. It took a week, lowered windows and air freshener to get rid of the odor.Skip this place. Find someone who will treat you and your time with respect, who will communicate charges to you ahead of time, and who takes the time to do the job properly.

I am shocked at the horrible customer service!! I booked the interior detailing for $79 on the site,then I get an email saying it’s $119 with shampooing. So I sent an email back asking to just do the $79 detailing- I then get a response “No thank you” and service got canceled. Instead of just letting me know it’s extra for an suv, which I would have paid, they just assumed I’m trying to bargain!!! Wow I feel disgusted, would have given a 0 star if I could because they don’t even deserve 1 star! Horrible experience, wouldn’t allow them to touch my car even if they offered to do it for free!

I had my Black Lexus detailed at a local car wash, which left visible swirl marks in it. I was so upset. I called mobile detailing Phoenix and Jesse not only removed the swirl marks he did a ceramic coating and my car looked beautiful! I also had him touch up the few rock chips in my paint. Very professional as far as scheduling and showed up on time. Highly recommended and worth paying more for a professional instead of the car wash.
