This place is awesome and as soon as i walked in, Anya who is an employee greeted me and answered all my questions and was very professional and welcoming and even walked out to see my rims so she can tell me what product i need to use. The place is very clean and organized and prices are fair.

Went to chemical guys today to get a kit to start detailing my own vehicles. When I walked in I was instantly greeted by Lena who can literally teach classes on customer service it was so good! She took the time to walk me through the products they offer and build a kit that fit my needs for my vehicles. There was no pressure to buy or upselling what so ever, and she was very knowledgeable about all the products they offer!Would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Upon walking in I was greeted by Mike who was helpful the entire time I was shopping. He was able to help me find what I needed and all questions were answered. In detailing it is crucial to use the proper product for the proper application. It’s a lot of headache if not done right. They knew what every product does and we’re more than happy to show me demos of the product. I do wish the hours were extended through the afternoon but other than that I will be visiting again!

Purchased a few products through Amazon to detail my car, and I was impressed by the end result. Did a Google search and discovered they have a few locations in the Valley! The representative was knowledgeable, friendly and able to find the perfect product to fit my detailing needs. Even gave a discount based on the number of products I purchased. The guys at Detail Garage are top-notch as well as their Chemical Guy products. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and can help you with all your detailing concerns and questions. Im working on starting my own little detailing business, and Jynx and Jack have been more than helpful in answering any questions I brought to them. They never sold me anything I didnt need and always have tips on what products go hand in hand with each other to get the job done. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is all about taking care of their car inside and out to go check them out. You wont be disappointed!!

Was online shopping at the Chemical guys website for products for my jetski. I was in the process of entering my card information when i found the Detail garage store location. I am extremely glad i didnt place my order online and instead went to the location today. The staff was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly.Mike greeted me at the door and asked me how he could help and if i had any questions. I told him what i was going to be doing and showed him the kit i was about to order online. He advised me those would all be great products however through conversation made a few recommendations for alternative products that would be better suited for my specific purpose on the jetski, since the hydroslick was more designed for automobiles and not gelcoatings. I ended up with the Jet seal and based on Mikes knowledge of the products i am confident it will work very well.The overall entire shop experience was more of a learning opportunity for me as Mike knew quite a bit about the products and was happy to answer all of my questions. At the end he set up the products i was purchasing on the counter in the order that i would need to use them, then asked if i wanted to take a photo for reference to later.Short story long, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR DETAILING PRODUCTS GO TO THE DETAIL GARAGE!!!The product knowledge and friendly staff is worth the trip.

We have a 2008 Jeep Patriot that had extremely oxidized headlights and had tried a kit from a another retailer with poor results. Walked in one night on the way t to dinner and a asked them. Bought the kit and WOW what difference. Took a about 45-60 minutes total for both headlights a and still have plenty left over for more.We a also used the Jet Seal on a glass shower enclosure and it seems t to base holding up well in there.

Big fan of Chemical Guys products. Im not a professional detailer, but watching their videos and following the advise of the Chemical Guys and Gals, Ive been getting professional results.

When are they open? Google, yelp, even Facebook shows they are open however i just went there and doors were locked. I understand Covid but come on... other small businesses are consistent with their hours Seems to be the norm for this place as this is not the first or even second time this has happened. Id give 3 stars but Ill give them credit for their organization and cool display/large inventory of products. It is Chemical Guys only, sadly. If Im ever in a pinch for quick detailing, Id go here again. The guy working was pretty chill and knowledgeable.

Clean store with products neatly facing forward for easy access. Being that I detail cars less than 2 miles away from the store it helps to be able to get the things I need quickly.P. S good 👍 🍿 popcorn, but I know a plumbing supply store that has free soda for its guests. 😁😉

I recently stopped in the detail garage to look around Im from out of town upstate N.Y. to be exact and wanted to buy some detailing supplys as I like to detail my own car and trucks I met Danny and he was very knowledgeable and helpful and most of all friendly I ended up spending about $100.00 bucks on some stuff. I found theyre prices to be good for the quality of theyre products. and the store was very inviting,clean and proffesional I would highly recommend them with no hesitation. !!!! THANX DANNY !!!!

March 26th 2019 in the afternoon, I walked in and noticed the impressive displays and how well the store is organized. I asked for recommendations about products, I am a newbie and not knowledgable. I ended up being asked what do you mean? I spoke plain simple English to my knowledge just to find myself stunned on how the kid could not understand me. Irritated, finding as my questions were too complex for him to answer, I just wanted to exit the store as soon as possible at that point, at the same time I didnt want my time here to be a total waste. I then asked for and stuck to his simple recomendations, made my purchase, and left. I later used the products to find out I didnt get what I was really looking for...I will return in hopes of finding more than just a live body behind the cash register. And my next experience will be less stressful. All the products are good quality for their labled purposes. But one product didnt achieve what Id thought or hoped it would do. My product related questions were: If I were to do this as a side job, what waterless carwash product would increase the chances of satisfied repeat customers? What product would last for more than just 2 regular cars because I dont want to come back to the store very often for 13 dollar bottles of waterless car wash. And to get a what do you mean? response kinda floors me. In any other sales profession, I would think that would be a sales persons dream question(s) to get asked.
