Not sure how this place has 5/5??? They had to last minute reschedule, showed up late for their reschedule. Since it was a father and son wanted to be nice and tipped 20%, which was our fault. When they left we noticed Streaky windows, streaky mirrors, a bunch of dirt left in our trunk. Disappointed is an understatement. Not worth the money, for something I had to clean myself for almost an hour after !!!!!!

Big J did some detailing work for me yesterday. He was thorough, friendly, professional and worked his butt off. Cars came out squeaky clean. I recommend him if you want a great job done by a great guy.....best part is he comes right to you!

I’m grateful to Big J’s Mobile Detailing. After a few camping trips the car had gotten covered in a layer of dust, had some detergent spilled in it and had a few years of general life on it since I last had it fully detailed.When he was done it looked great inside and out and smelled good.Due to the times that we are in, he honored all social distancing and health protocols being advised by the media and the government. He even added a disinfectant step to the car detailing at the end as part of COVID world concerns.

I texted to have my wifes car worked on that day and they did an amazing job on the exterior and interior! I was very impressed by all of their hard work.There were some stains on the seats that looked like they had been taken care of, but when everything dried they were still there. I had reached out and tried to meet five or six times over a few weeks, but was never able to have them meet me again to try and work on the stains. I offered to pay a little extra, but still did not have any luck. I understood I was not paying for a full service, so I was probably low on the priority list, but the only reason this is not five stars is because they were unable to make time to look at the car again, but otherwise if they are able to I will gladly change it to five stars, even if those stains dont come out. They are great guys!

I have used Big J for a few years ever since we was located on Indian School and 44th St. I have referred him out countless times to friends and business associates. In my opinion he is hands down the best and most convenient detail option in the valley. Whether it is a high end car or an offroad vehicle, I am always impressed with the quality of the work.
