Great barbershop! Franky always hooks me up with a clean cut. Very chill yet professional. I’ve recommended him to all my friends and family and he’s yet to disappoint. If you’re looking for a new barber, my man Franky is your guy!

One of the best shops you can go to hands down. I bounced around from shop to shop till i found this place. I got cut by Francisco who is very good at what he does. Not only does he pay attention to detail he makes the haircut fun. Hes talking hes joking he makes you feel very comfortable. If your going to this shop ask for Francisco you wont regret it.

Frankie is the GUY for designs! Down to earth, professional, and socially interesting while giving cuts. I definitely recommend, if you are looking for a cut with designs. Ill see you soon Frankie!!!

Let my hair grow out for weeks with the expectation to get a really good fade after reading about how good this barbershop is on ig (which I don’t doubt at all). I’m going out of town with a flat top no fade whatsoever when I had requested a low skin fade. It looks like I have a mullet also smh. This barbershop cuts clean and I’m just saddened by how bad my experience went.

Very happy with the service I get here. Appointments are on time, the atmosphere isnt ghetto and uncomfortable and the place is really clean and up to date. You have to book by appointment now which makes for a nice atmosphere as you dont have a crowd of people waiting and staring. As far as the quality of the haircut its certainly top notch. They cut all types of hair and not just restricted to one type. I come every week and would recommend this place to anyone.

I finally found a barbershop!!! If you found this barbershop, you can stop looking you’re in great hands! I never knew how hard it was to find a barber for son, but I’m glad I was recommended to come here. I love that they only do appointments; I was tired of waiting only to be disappointed. Mercedes was very patient with my son and did an amazing job!!! My son who hates haircuts couldn’t stop looking at himself and now can’t wait to go back again.

Had a great haircut experience with Mercedes. She gave me probably the best fade cut Ive ever had. If youre looking for a barber shop to use on the regular, look no further because 1UP is the best in Phoenix.

Took my nephew to get a haircut by Gabe. Gabe did an AMAZING job. Very talented and knowledgeable. All the barbers are talented. The energy was AMAZEBALLS with a cherry on top and whip cream. Could not stop smiling. Devonshire love his hair and says thank you🧡🧡💜💜❤❤.

My husband has been coming here for awhile he is beyond loyal and happy with his barber. We started taking our son here for his haircuts and I am so pleased with how they treat our son, not to mention the haircuts are on point! The place is very friendly, we will keep coming here.

Lines in my face, fade line uneven. But Paul was an awesome guy... I think I may have confused him, and he did well, but Im going back Monday to fix the lines everyone made fun of last night.... Includimg my sister (hairdresser) and gf. Other than that super pleasant experience!

I haven’t trusted a barber to cut my hair for 10 years due to countless negative experiences while in Atlanta, GA. I decided to give 1UP a try, as cutting my own hair as an amateur has become too time consuming. I made an appointment with Gabriel and couldn’t be happier. Again, from experience, I know not everyone is well-rounded enough to work with hair of all ethnicities, but Gabriel’s expertise, professionalism, and skill level restored my faith in the barber shop! I’d give 6 stars if I could!

It was late and when I got there only one barber was left by himself. Even tho I already called and made a appointment, this kid could of easily said he wouldnt have enough time because while he was finishing up a cut there was still 2 of us to go and the place was closing in 10min. He proudly finished then cut both of us customers happy and stayed positive and communicated and made the haircut time fly by. Next thing I noticed was my perfect high/tight fade that look absolutely shape. Thanked him about 20 times threw him a nice tip. Need a good shop for a great fade! Heres your place

Great shop, cool owner very well organized. Omar is the best barber period, but all of the barbers are grade A. Get your appointment ahead of time, Ive seen these guys cut ALL races to perfection.

Every other barber seemed great except the dude in the first station on the right when you walk in. You know when you take your dog to get groomed and they do a horrible shave job and you come back with a naked mole rat? That’s what he did to my boyfriend. Every other barber was amazing in the shop. No one greets you either or even tries to talk to you. If you ask anyone a question, you get a dirty look. They aren’t friendly looking or approachable in the slightest.

I stopped in and was promptly greeted upon entry and had the pleasure of meeting my new barber Danny. He cut my hair beautifully he gave me so much more than what I asked for. I left the shop feeling and lookin like new money!! CHECK him out you wont be disappointed!Update: They are now an appointment only shop and my barber Danny has relocated 🙁 I tried to stay there but I recently stopped going because My barber Omar never had really we wasn’t even cool u usually know Something about the guy cutting your hair! They need another AA barber that can relate to AA clients hair even some of the conversation the barbers had was insensitive at best! But What are u to expect from men that do hair Overall Omar is the best barber there just not good enough for me 😂! Yaa

Was less than 10 minutes late and the lesbian still refused to give me a cut, looked super careless and talked to me with ghetto slang, even when I was being serious. Really unprofessional and horrible environment.
