During the pandemic I came in to get a haircut. Said I could not without an appt on google. Been doing that ever since. Come in today after booking an appt just to be told they dont use the app no more and they will not see us due to them being busy.

I am shocked to find Mercedes here. She should be in a more upscale salon where you spend $200 or more for extensive hair color. We came in and she did my daughters hair for school. It turned out GORGEOUS!!Supercuts give this lady a raise.We love, love LOVE Mercedes. Thank you Mercedes!!!I would post pictures, but I couldnt get any with my cheap (no storage) phone. I will try to later.

Used to only go here for my haircuts, but will be finding somewhere new for sure. Dont book through Google or open salon as they apparently no longer honor these appointments. Went in thinking I was going to be seen at noon and was informed that they couldnt get me in until 5pm. Absolutely terribly customer service.

Ive used Supercuts in the past, but this is the first time Ive taken my 7yo son in. The woman who cut his hair did a fantastic job not only with the cut, but in freaking with a wiggly 7yo.

Mercedes was the stylist that cut my hair and she done a wonderful job.

Ive been going to this location since 2010 and the same people manage it...these are the best this company has to offer as far as I’m concerned. Would never go anywhere else, even if i moved far away from this location. Never one complaint. Not only is the management stellar, so are many of the people who have worked for them. There is an amazing stylist in there by the name of Danielle. She has been cutting my hair for 8 years now. Who would have thought that one can get a high end barber/salon cut at Supercuts? But its true. Ask for Danielle. You wont be disappointed.

Made appt online. Walked in and was attended right away. Nice hairstylists. She showed stylist various pictures of style she was looking for. My daughter got the haircut she wanted. But I thought it was expensive. My daughter has long hair so she was charged $55 for cut & style. I left tip because she did good job, so came out pretty steep. By the way, theres no cell service in that little area and no wifi at all for guests in that store.

Im very happy to see these hard working people back at work. Yes there were some issues, but you cant prevent plumbing issues in a hair salon. Theyre bound to happen at some point. With that said, they were able to work around these not so pleasant conditions. And they did it very well.

Dont go in at 5:30 expecting service. Danielle might greet you with an condescending hello before ignoring you and continuing on with another client. When you interupt her to ask if they have time to see you, youll get a roll of the eyes and a since we close at 6, probably not. How about telling people that when they walk in? Rude.

Super expensive not to mention it is way expensive. Great clips and the barber college are way more cheap and you can get what you pay for in a more friendly and warm environment. I called before going to this place they were just my last resort really. The woman who answered the phone and took my question sounded annoyed and like she had something better to do

The women that were working looked like they were taking their time longer than what is expected. One woman was chatting away with a customer but not working and chatting, literally stopped cutting hair to talk to him and then snipped one section and stopped another 5 min to talk. This went on for a good 20 min since I walked in with my child. The other girl was working on color which was more understandable but there should be more people available on a Sunday when most customers come in to get a “quick” trim. This was the worst wait time. Friendliness was good but I expect you to work and be friendly. I don’t have all day to be waiting for you to tell me your who life’s story or hear you telling it to someone else.

I came to this Supercuts after getting a terrible haircut from The great clips by the target around the corner and I have to say they are amazing! i went in with uneven hair Lengths that were absolutely ridiculous to the point I was afraid I would have to take my hair to a shorter hairstyle but Danielle was able to save my hair by giving me beautiful layers! Never again will I go to a great clips !! Thank you Supercuts !

Danielle is awesome. First time I went in for a hair cut it really wasnt what i needed. I had a funeral to attend out of town so I was not able to return that day to get it fixed. When i returned 4 days later I call and Danielle said come on in and lets see what we can do to make this a better experience for you. She was able to fix me up no extra charge and i have been returning to have her do my hair for the past 3 years. i would say you got a real professional there.

My son loves getting his hair cut here now and refuses to go to any other place, I’ve had such a hard Time trying to find the right hair cut for him because every time no matter what he always ended up with cowlicks but Mercedes and Danielle gave some recommendations and needless to say they were right. Definitely recommend this place even though the price is high.

This was a nice place but the only reason I got a good price for a adult haircut was because my friend is friends with the employees. Their prices are outrageous otherwise. $25+tax and tip for a regular adult haircut. Shampoo is extra. Great clips and other places charge between $8-$13 . But the lady did a good job and was very nice so if you dont mind paying outrageous prices for a nice lady to trim your hair then this is the place.

Who says a hair stylist cant do it like a barber? These ladies put the barbers to shame. Ive been frequenting this spot for my haircut for several years. I go well out of my way to get here and its well worth it. Mostly because of the manager Danielle. She has hair salon super powers - Im pretty sure. Wasnt busy when I was in, got my wash and cut. Mercedes was very nice, polite and I enjoyed talking to her while she cut my hair.I had a coupon sent to my phone and she helped me to access it on the tablet at the shop. Got a discount on my cut and the wash was free.

I needed a haircut real bad and I arrived at the perfect time. People I know where saying just go to get clips they dont know I went there once I came out crying. As they were trying to convince me because it was only 2 blocks from my house I kept having terrible thoughts of my traumatic visit long ago. So a very wonderful young lady named Bella greeted me and had me sit down. All I thinking was I was glad that I didnt settle for a great clip when I truly got a super cut . (LOL) Right. I finally got a stylist that knew what feathering my hair back or layering it. At that point I was totally relax as this young lady, gave me the most wonderful hair cut I have gotten in a long time. I received a smile and proper greeting when I arrived, I was treated courtesy the whole time I was there. I will remember this visit for a long time I finally got the haircut I wanted. Kudos for making me smile So remember people why settle for a great clip when you can get a SUPERANTISPYWARE ! By all means you want someone who pays attention to what you want go here for your hair desires.

Don’t get me wrong, the people are nice and polite but my hair is diagonal i had hair all the way down to my butt and they cut 5 inches off when i asked for 3 it’s shorter on one side and both the front ends weren’t even cut. i asked for a straight cut and guess what?? i have layers now.

Took my sister to go get her hair done, since she had liked how they had done my hair blonde a while ago. When she had told the stylist who was to do her hair, she said they could only go darker. I had informed her that I previously had gotten my hair bleached from black/blue to a sunflower blonde at that exact location and she still insisted the salon doesn’t do it because it would be a process to get my sisters hair from auburn to blonde. I had asked for an explanation because i still couldn’t believe her words. My sister and I knew she would have to come back to do the process a few times and she was more than ready to pay but the stylist said she wouldn’t do it because she /personally/ would not— that it would be “too much” trouble for the salon. The stylist tried to convince my sister to at least get a haircut but she wasn’t too happy with how passive aggressive she was being towards me. Plus the haircut she had just given me was not the way I asked but I just decided to not say anything because it’ll grow back hopefully soon and i could just fix it up then. Honestly a shame because I always love coming to this specific location, as it is the salon i’ve been coming to for nearly 8 years now, but i’ve never dealt with an unprofessional employee like that before.

I am so happy that I can trust Supercuts to do my hair cuts the way that I want my hairstyle. But I really do miss my other Hair stylist Lori she is best I really do miss her alot.

I have been going to this location for several years I’ve seen all sorts of smiling faces while going there. I’ve never had a bad hair cut there and never had any bad service always above 5 star service. Mary, Danielle, Bella, Mercedes and Jaz make every visit exceptional I highly recommend them all for any hair related needs.

They charge way too much for just a haircut. If u wanted a shampoo and blow dry its almost as much as a real salon. Haircut was good though

I got my haircut here about 2 months ago... And had been meaning to leave a review but have been busy with life... All I can say is NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! I got something from their clippers. I had bumps all over the back of my head. The ladies were trashy as can be gossiping about the guys they were with and obviously never clean their equipment. I seriously had probably 50 bumps on the back of my head. Disgusting place

I will never go get my hair cut at this location ever again! I do not know the name of the employee who cut my hair, but its the pregnant one. First of all we waited for over 30 minutes, there was 3 employees but two were in the back and only one was working. I showed her a picture of the type of hair cut I wanted and the length, when she was done and showed me my hair I was beyond upset! She cut way more than I wanted, she probably cut a good 6inches more!. I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible, to top it off when I went to the register to pay, she said my total was $16 and some change, I gave her a $20.00 and I was just standing there for my change, when she just said thank you have a nice! I was in shock, did she really just keep my change thinking that I wanted to tip her after she almost left me bald? I was so overwhelmed with the whole situation that I just walked away. I straightened my hair this morning and Im even more upset, my hair is cut super bad, it not even at all and theirs placed where she cut bigger chunks. She needs to go back to Beauty school ASAP!! and Change there business name to Super Bad Cuts!! I will be calling their manager.(Ps I would totally upload the picture of my crappy hair but I dont think we can?)

I moved from Paradise Valley to Avondale, and still go to this location for her. If you are an introvert like me and not comfortable with people, the staff here is super friendly and you dont feel pressured. I suggest booking with a stylist because this place does get busy.
